She made sure to criticize me if I did not pick up her calls immediately and gave no indication that she appreciated my business. You are on her timetable, so you better pick up, or else. I was picking up my kids from school when I missed her call. When I called back, she and cancelled my service time and sent the technician to another home. I was upset. I had just talked to her that very morning and told her I would be home during my visit window of 2pm to 4pm.
