They told us our plumbing configuration was problematic, and they wouldn't be able to separate the house water from the outside water. That meant we would either need to manually bypass the softener when we watered the lawn, or rent the more expensive automated unit. The installation was going to be almost $400 and up to $50 monthly service fee. I had Performance Plumbing Services come out and inspect the property, and he was able to locate the plumbing which would allow for the proper installation of the water softener, in a convenient location. I purchased the water softener I wanted, and it was installed in a professional, timely manner. The entire experience was professional, they are obviously experienced, and the cost was reasonable. I would use them the next time I need plumbing services.
