That IS unheard of! We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have any cement or mortar/brick work to be done... you absolutely will not find better people to do it! And they were very affordable. They replaced two sections of our driveway that had broken up over the decades. The older gentleman was an absolute artist with the wet cement! They also repointed some brickwork, and were very, very precise and careful about keeping excess mortar off of other parts of our house. We will absolutely, without a doubt, use them again and again. And it didn't work. Another technician arrived on Monday and determined that the contact needed to be replaced and did so. He also helped me find and treat the ants. No problems until I received the second bill $298. 00 That's $441.00 for a $200.00 part. My major gripe is that We were charged an additional $98.00 for the second service within two days. That's just not good customer relations. Will never use this company again and will not recommend. To add insult to injury the part actually costs less than $30.00. I don't mind a business making a profit but that's a bit much.
