Told me that if I left a bad review that he'd have to retaliate and he has my address. Told me I must have been drinking in the morning to ask him for such a request. Wow. Seems like a lot of effort for $300 charge that he could have stopped if he wanted to. Reading other reviews it seems like he's treated other people this way too.

I filed a police report for the threatening email he sent, a claim with my creditor, the BBB, reviewed in Facebook, and tried to leave one on google, but was denied. We had to cancel mainland visitors for Christmas because we had no place for them to stay. We have a 2 bedroom condo that has now been reduced to a one bedroom because of this. We also run our A/C 24/7 to reduce humidity. Not a cheap event. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Worst part is that we had absolutely nothing to do with this and yet we are the ones that continue to suffer each and every day. Stay away from Big island Pure Water.
