I usually come here to wash my car and never had a problem until today This lady come up to me rudely telling me things, that I wasn't allowed to dry my car were they wash the car and rudely telling me to move my car, there were no cars waiting for the machine so I didn't see no issues with me drying the car there Mind u I always dry my car when the sun is out in the washing area because if I don't and just dry my car out in the sun it leaves water marks so that's why I dry my car in there because there shade but it was unprofessional and rude for her to say that to me So I just nodded my head and looked away If I wasn't able to dry my car there I feel like they need a poster letting them know but there wasn't one I really don't know if she was having a bad day or what but they need to learn how to talk to customers at all time!!! read more

Originally came to VACUUM ONLY but then decided why not just wash the whip while I am here, even tho it might right (on a summer day) Well... I noticed that this place works with TOKENS ONLY smh I have a good amount of quarters on me that I thought I was going to be able to use but I can't now. I was still a little hopeful. Thought that maybe they would have a machine where I can put in my quarters to receive tokens. NOPE! All they have is a regular change machine that will give you tokens. That's about it. I am not about to put a whole $5 bill and be left with all them tokens. Luckily I have $2 bills that I can use to vacuum. If I didn't have the dollar bills. If I didn't, this would have been a waste of time + gas. A little note for the owners: It would be very helpful to have a person to work here and/or a quarter exchange machine so that people who end up in a similar situation as mine can still get things done. Easily the worst self carwash I've been to. Took my motorcycle to wash. They have no air dryer in the bay. Half of the wash options aren't available and they removed the labels. It looks like they were removed by someone vandalizing them but when you move the needle to that option you'll find out they're just not available. I swiped my card and it let me start my wash. I don't use the brush for personal reasons on the paint so I prefer the soap cannon. The option is not there but there is a soap gun which made no sense. After I was basically forced to use the soap brush the timer runs out leaving my bike covered in soap. I swiped all my cards and it declined them all. (Yes I have money in my account) I had to ask another customer for a dollar to put in the machine because I wasn't carrying cash and the machine was asking for cash only. After I put the dollar it gave me a minute so I used that minute to rinse my bike but it stopped working after a few seconds. Left my bike with soap. There weren't any employees around or any number to dial if you need assistance. Definitely recommend you don't come here. I'm only a few blocks away from this place, but for sure won't be back read more

Made the mistake of swiping my card at this car wash and now I'm being charged double on my debit card. I can't get a hold of anyone to fix this for me either. I've been coming here since I was a kid with my parents and now that this has happened I don't think I ever want to go back. On top of this, the equipment wasn't even working properly. I'm pretty disappointed and hope someone is able to get in contact with me and issue me a refund or I will have to contact my bank. read more

Horrible. First of all the new system they put in stole 20 dollars from me. I put a whole 20 dollar bill and it didn't give me ANY coins. No option for card anymore. Second it gave me coins that didn't work! It spit out 4 tokens that I got from the dispenser so that's another dollar right wasted. This place is awsome to get your car wash at. They offer Power wash with soap, wax, and tire degreeser, can't beat that and full cycles start at $1.75. Pretty neat compare to other locations. read more
