Had called in advance to see what the cost was for a full detail & shampoo of my seats would run me. The gentleman had said 180$. So I stop by during my lunch & regret even showing up there. Short man with a goat beer started arguing with me as soon as i arrived over the prices. I was like" hi I'm here for the shampoo & detail" then right away he said 240. Frequent customer here, but usually only get the lowest wash. I was always hesitant coming here for their most expensive washes because I'd always notice wax not fully buffed onto the car paint. Visible smears on the paint, but for an 11 wash not bad. Now I also pay up to $60 dollars here and the workers know me, I am a frequent customer. However this last Sunday when I went and got the Supreme I had nasty nasty scratches on my paint and smeared wax on my hood and front lip of my car as well as caked around the headlights. ***MUST READ*** Never again will I appear to support this establishment ! The first person who took my request of what type of car wash I needed; gave me the perception that he was the Manager / Host / Cashier. Now once I paid for this service the Manager / Host / Cashier took my payment he didn't leave inside the facility until I did - I was just looking at was cool products they had for your vehicles. As soon I paid workers got started on cleaning the car from the inside. One of the workers was using the visor mirror to DIG IN HIS NOSE to pluck out hairs - that's disgusting. Mind you - I'm sitting across from the car being serviced . While waiting for the car to be clean I forgot I didn't have cash on me to TIP the workers working on the vehicle. I'm very generous and giving back to people that are in for the hustle. So then I remembered this place had a ATM inside; so I went in to take out a $20. Once I went in the guy that is Manager / Host / Cashier went in with me. At that moment I felt I was STEREOTYPED due to the fact he didn't leave until I left inside. Soon as the ATM dispensed my $20, I then ask the guy do you change for a $20 like $10 and $10 . He then said "no I don't got change". At this point I'm very intrigued as to a business that mostly stays running on cash couldn't break a $20 dollar bill - to be used for TIPPING the workers . WOW ! My words exactly. I keep saying "THE CAR" because it's not mine it's family and I was going to bring 3 other cars today to get serviced. But unfortunately it's not going to happen due to this unfortunate experience. I understand this business is not a multi million nor billion dollar company. *So I say that to say this* This CARWASH business needs to RE-EVALUATE the type of Manager / Host / Cashier. Find someone that is willing to advocate for brand of the business. As for the Manager / Host / Cashier A message for you - You should start developing a better PERSONAL BRAND for yourself and that will guide you on a path to obtain INTEGRITY. Due to the fact you judge me based upon my appearance it instantly made you think I was a threat personally to you ; How so? Your ego took over. Rather than actually protecting and advocating the BRAND of the business you actually tainted it with your own. Knowing I was judged, stereotyped you may want to look for another establishment to work at, because the community you work in has a huge pallet of people that look like me and have biracial ethnicities. I myself started below 0 in my career from taking care of animals picking their feces up to selling items door to door , and running & managing a multi-million dollar electronic Retail store. I use to be a huge fan of this car wash. It was a huge convenience since I have them literally like two or three blocks away from work. I would normally drop off my car and they would call me when it was ready for pick up. Well as I continued to take my car I started noticing that their work wasn't the same. Yes, I can't expect much when I'm paying about $20.00 for a wash, but I also don't expect them to leave my car dirty while I had just paid to get it washed. This is a very good car wash, however the people employed there are not so good. The guys name is Benjamin. I have used him twice and it will be the last time. I left the payment by my front door and after Benjamin was done with my car he came to ask for the payment of $35. He didn't mention that he had ALREADY picked up the money and DID NOT tell me. When I told him we can check our cameras he said "He didn't have time to wait and check the camera". Highly disappointed but definitely not ever using Benjamin and his crew again. read more

There are many car washing/ cleaning options for simple or deep exterior and interior cleansing. I chose the deeper cleaning of exterior and interior including wax as I had not washed my car during the entire pandemic. It was a great deal (49.99) and they cleaned every part of my car so well leaving it shiny. Before they returned my car the kind worker asked if the wash was sufficient and to my liking. He also added this glorious cherry scent to my car (you get to choose). I took it my car to get washed and vacuumed. I even took out the baby seat so they could vacuum the back seat. They did a really shit job vacuuming the inside of car the front, too.
