Amazing place to get a car wash! This place deserves more good reviews. When I arrived I didn't know what to expect but the instructions for the car prices was simple. I left my car for them to deal with so they can vacuum it for you. My car was DIRTY with huge coffee spillage in the cup holder compartment but they managed to get it clean I enjoyed the waiting room area, there was AC, snacks, air fresheners and a TV. thank you guys! So I had the $23 wash, which includes the tire dressing on my 89 bmw convertible, I would assume it's less work due to not having to deal with a hard top.. This carwash is quick, outs your car through the automated wash and a employee takes it to the drying station.. When the place is not busy, a team of guys jumps into your car to give it a quick cleaning.. horrible on the windows, the interior still has dust everywhere, even food crums on the shifter cover.. Sad to see this place turn bad drastically. My car was done in about 5 minutes and when I got it back I seen they just wiped down the outside no interior work done and my windows werent dried properly I don't even think they touched the windows at all. Prices were overpriced I thought they washed vehicles by hand but they just put it through the washing machine and got charge $30 for premium, but when I received my car it wasn't detailed enough to be a "premium" service. Manager female, was on site and she seems not to care about the service her workers are giving the customers. My mother recommended this place so I gave it a chance but my honest review is they didn't do a good job sorry, maybe care about customers request and I'd gladly pay for the services. Paid for premium and the car was left dirty on the inside. The windows weren't clean- the chalk writing done by an employee was still there. I had to tell them to clean it before leaving. Cup holders, seats and dash weren't wiped down. Don't recommend it. Will not be going back. read more

This place was better before. I got there on a Friday morning. Only two cars there and they still did not provide quality. I stopped by on Saturday, August 27, 2022 after coming here numerous times with no issues. However, on this evening, my right fender, antenna, and door were damaged - their employees were drying my car like nothing had happened. From a distance I knew something was off because my antenna was to the side and fender seemed jacked up. I made the complaint and Manager came out to observe the damages and cameras asking first if I was sure I didn't drop off my truck damaged already - like really? The Manager then proceeded to come out and advise they were liable for damages and would be responsible for repairs; to get an estimate from any body shop and they'd cut out a check for me or pay the body shop upfront and they'd reimburse me. I avoided the dealer to not have them overpay, and instead took it to a smaller shop. After, I provided the estimate to Manager who said she would relay this to her boss (owner). I am now dealing with the owner NOT trying to fully pay what the estimate came out for ($2,500) - he wants to just pay $1,500. - I should NOT be dealing with this Thankfully, I had asked for a signed letter from the Manager noting date of incident and that the car wash was responsible for damage and repairs. I've been to this car wash a handful of times. I love their rewards program here, I believe you get the 10th car wash free, I gotta double check on that. I usually visit in the mornings before 11am They're very quick. They leave my car very clean both inside and out. They have a nice air conditioned waiting area inside where you pay. I was the first one there and they took my car after another car. When I brought it to the female manager she said it was ready first and didn't care about what I was telling her or how I felt. I always go to Jacks and I like their service. Today was the exception. I pull up for a wash and when its my turn to choose the service "ultimate wash" they tell me they are not doing it. I waited 30 minutes for nothing and couldnt back up since I had several cars behind!!!! I was really bothered because if they have a service they should offer it regardless if they have several customers. Or put a sign to cover that wash to say its not available. Waited 20 mins in line to ask for their ultimate wash. Was told they are currently not doing it at the moment. This is the third time this has happened to me. If you don't offer this service anymore you should really cover it up. And when you ask to leave they literally make you wait another 10 mins because they vacuum the other persons car who was in front of you and you can't back out because of the other cars behind you. I woke up to find some sneaky rain had destroyed my car and I had to go to work so I figured I'd stop somewhere on the way. I felt like, oh no I hate all these car washes, they are all so badly run and worn down, but no! I pulled into jacks car wash and found myself in such a nice lobby, all red inside with memorabilia of cars and such a nice assortment of goodies and drinks available as well as the usual car accessories. It was so well air conditioned too that I almost didn't realize the cute girl behind the desk helping customers out. I was way too shy to say anything of course but she was definitely super refreshing with her customer service skills. Just by smiling everyone helped by her came out with a smile. I think there's voodoo here not sure. But back to the wash! Honestly, I'm used to paying twice as much for half the quality and I was surprised on how much attention to detail the fellas gave here, there a food place next door and a bar on the other end of the property. This place should be busier but I think i arrived a little early in the day when people rather eat than take care of their car. They are one of the only places I know that wash your mats even if they aren't rubber! And there's usually like two guys working on the car so they aren't slow either. In the end, my brand new car looked better than from when I picked it up at the dealer two months ago and I think the price to what I got (ultimate wash) and service and accommodations was enough to bring me back here! The best part of my visit I must say was seating down and having a conversation with a person about the weather as a cool breeze came around as beautiful ocean like Latin music played on the intercom. Ok so about 6 months ago i came and had my van washed and when i got home my rearview mirror was broken. Went back again and when i got home i saw that the piece to the top passenger side was missing on top. I didnt think anything of it so i let it go. Went back a month later and same piece on driver side is missing also. At first i thought maybe car washing machine had taken it off but about a week ago i went again and the door lock knob was broken. One of the best local car washes. Good customer service. Fast service, products they use seem to be good quality. I use this car wash as a last resort as the machines are bad for your paint. Took it down there with my racing tires on and they were unable to take my car because the tires were too thick. I have a dog so I wanted them to vacuum the inside properly and there was still thrash everywhere on the carpet and the corners of the seats.
