Britney met me at the door and asked me to remove my shoes. The waiting area was very small, but inviting. I sat down and waited for Carla, as I was a few minutes early, so I filled out some paperwork. Carla greeted me when she arrived and brought me back to the room. She asked me about my health history (and mine is complex) and she listened intently and asked questions along the way. When that was finished, her intuition told her that I needed the spine protocol, which is an essential oil treatment directly along the spine with different layers of oils. Soft music was playing, the lights were low, and I was wrapped in warm blankets. It felt incredible, and as I was left in there all toasty with a heating pad as the oils soaked in, I felt myself drifting in and out of sleep. I'm an insomniac, so this blew my mind.
