I bought a 2023 Mach 1 Mustang that had mysterious, puckered front seats. Pacific Coast diagnosed the leather insert had shrunk and hardened from sun and heat. Without having to buy the alternative ( new Ford covers), P.C. replaced the black leather with a perfect perforated match and a stripe of color to match the Grabber Blue exterior. The seats are better than factory and comfortable again. Great job, great price and timely. More of my cars are headed their way! read more

I have used this business twice. Once, to repair a big hole I created in the seat back by sliding in and out for years. When I got back in my 2006 New Beetle, I was shocked that I couldn't see a repair. It looked just like a new seat. They are master craftsmen. Also, I had to have the side door panels replaced due to age. They worked with me until I was happy with the look of the replacement parts, (and I'm VERY fussy about my Beetle!), even going so far as to mix a custom paint to match. I was referred to Pacific Coast Custom interiors for an airplane interior. I have to say that they were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain my options, gave me color samples, came out to visit my plane (since I can't bring it to them!) and they exceeded my high expectations. Not only did I get the whole thing done beautifully, it was done ahead of schedule. Completely custom right down to the color of for the thread to do the diamond stitch. During the installation of the side panels and seats, they fixed some of the issues that the other installer had on the headliner and carpeting. I will absolutely use their services again. My 2004 Turbo Saab Convertible was vandalized while at a local repair shop. The vandals cut the canvas to access the car, and damaged the top and tension cable. With only 109,000 miles, the car was in excellent condition and thanks to Ryan, Adam and their team it looks even better now with a brand new convertible top. The advice and expertise given to me by Ryan, his brother and Adam was right on target and so was their work and results. They found the OEM material and gave a fair and honest estimate. It was an uninteresting problem and I thought I'd probably be turned away, but the craftsmen who worked there took the time to diagnose the leak and gave me an estimate and an approximate number of hours to complete the job. I had a really good experience with Pacific Coast Custom Interiors. I took my '04 GMC Sierra in to get the driver's seat reupholstered and the headliner replaced. Dropped it off at 6pm Monday and got it back by 6pm Tuesday. I was lucky that they had just enough of the fabric for the seat because it was difficult to find due to being discontinued. They are a few weeks out with their scheduling but that was not an issue for me. The staff is great. Very professional and helpful. Did not matter to them that my truck has 250K miles on it and looks like it has seen some things. They did an excellent job rejuvenating the seat, the materials are identical to the original, and the headliner is pristine once more. I would not hesitate to go to them again. read more

This seats project was so particular and complicated and it took a few months but at the end of the day it was done with quality, professionalism, and overall beautiful work. We had many supply issues that delayed the project for that long and was not their fault but Bert amazing. He was professional, kept me up to date and was completely honest with every update. Berts customer service and professionalism made stressful times comforting, was reassuring, and a joy to work with. When came time for my seats were done, Ryan fully explained the process of what they did and went through but also understood my side, the consumer side and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He was honest and a pleasure to work with as well and at the end I was 100% happy and satisfied with the whole process. I am glad I went with their work and with their customer service and great work, the wait was all worth it. Run. These guys scammed me on my Sprinter van build. Ryan did a headliner on my BMW 2002. Left out lots of hard to find pieces including the dome light, sun harness, etc.. Got glue all around sunroof seal. These parts are difficult to source, he just threw them out. Redoing the job, removing front and rear glass, labor will be $2,000+. Doing business with these guys is like the gift that just keeps giving. Really damaged us a lot( ($). I could go on. They must 'advertise' with Yelp to have a decent rating, because I know others that had bad experiences too. I think easier jobs would be OK. Much less than honorable though. read more

I went in for repair of a torn seat on my 2010 Tundra. While there, I decided to have a few dents taken care of. I don't drive a fancy truck, so I wasn't looking for support polish perfection. PCCI was ver cooperative and understanding. When I picked up truck, the new leather and repaired seat matched the 13 year old worn leather perfectly. This is the only shop willing to take on the repair of door liners that had released from extreme heat. Alas, first solution did not work, but Ryan and the gang found a GREAT solution for my 2003 Escape. Result is stunning. Then discovered same heat caused a window molding to warp and crack.
