We sent our Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in to address a squeaky seat that Jeep could never fix. The staff at Pacific Coast Custom Interiors was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, spent a great deal of time fixing the issue. Customer service is OUTSTANDING. I also had the opportunity to see their full custom interiors on a few project cars at the shop and they do excellent work. read more

I bought a 2023 Mach 1 Mustang that had mysterious, puckered front seats. Pacific Coast diagnosed the leather insert had shrunk and hardened from sun and heat. Without having to buy the alternative ( new Ford covers), P.C. replaced the black leather with a perfect perforated match and a stripe of color to match the Grabber Blue exterior. The seats are better than factory and comfortable again. Great job, great price and timely. More of my cars are headed their way! read more

They did an excellent job replacing my roof liner. Not to pricey. They have very good customer service.

Went down to their shop to see if they had material to reupholster my door on my old civic and these guys sold me some material almost identical to the Oem fabric, thank you guys for being helpful! Here's a before and after, again thank you guys for the help! read more

Amazing people to work with. Everyone is helpful with your issues with your project. They do excellent work! My mustang convertable needed a new roof. They saw that the driver window trim was missing. I had the part with me and for no extra charge, fixed it! read more

They did a fantastic job repairing damage to my passenger seat cover. You'd never know the cover wasn't the original--it looks just like new and matches perfectly. The staff were very flexible and accommodating of my schedule. They were very professional and took care of all my questions and concerns. For anyone who needs upholstery repair, this is the place!! read more

I have used this business twice. Once, to repair a big hole I created in the seat back by sliding in and out for years. When I got back in my 2006 New Beetle, I was shocked that I couldn't see a repair. It looked just like a new seat. They are master craftsmen. Also, I had to have the side door panels replaced due to age. They worked with me until I was happy with the look of the replacement parts, (and I'm VERY fussy about my Beetle!), even going so far as to mix a custom paint to match. He had infinite patience and, again, a master's skills. Lastly, this was all done in a timely manner and at a price that was completely reasonable. Thank you so much, guys!! read more

A few weeks ago I noticed a small tear in my driver's seat that got bigger every time I drove the car. Never happened before in any of my cars. What bothered me most was I have an MBZ. This isn't supposed to happen! So last week I took it to Pacific Coast. The work these guys did was so good that I'm convinced it looks better than original and will last even longer. read more

Pacific Coast Custom Interiors is where it's at! Their solutions rival McGyver. I had (what was to me) a complicated repair with a mystery leak, body work and modifications I wanted done after inheriting a Sprinter from my dad. They were game to help with all my random requests and did an awesome job. Ryan offers personalized service you would never find with a chain company, as well as flexibility and putting in a lot of work to costumize solutions to your needs. They have a lot of awesome classic cars they are restoring on the lot, so if you have one of those this seems to the place for that as well. read more

I was referred to Pacific Coast Custom interiors for an airplane interior. I have to say that they were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain my options, gave me color samples, came out to visit my plane (since I can't bring it to them!) and they exceeded my high expectations. Not only did I get the whole thing done beautifully, it was done ahead of schedule. Completely custom right down to the color of for the thread to do the diamond stitch. During the installation of the side panels and seats, they fixed some of the issues that the other installer had on the headliner and carpeting. I will absolutely use their services again. My next car will be ordered with the most basic interior and I'll take it to them for real leather and a truly custom look. read more

On the recommendation of my Porsche repair shop I brought my Macan to PCCT. After explaining to Ryan how uncomfortable the seats were, he told me about inserts, shaving the bolsters and matching the colors. That's exactly what I had in mind. Working with Bert, the office manager, and Ryan for the right fit was a pleasure. The price was reasonable and Ryan , Bert and Evan made the whole experience go very smooth. read more

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars!!! Was desperately looking for someone to sew my awning for my trailer back to the mounting strip. It was a small job but requires them to move shop machinery. Even though they were slammed with work they took the job and had it done quickly. Evan and Bert were a dream to work with and were extremely professional. Love seeing small business like this so well. Do yourself a favor and stop searching and use PCCI! You'll be glad you did! read more

After hitting a deer with my used Fiat taking my car to them didn't seem like an option. My 2004 Turbo Saab Convertible was vandalized while at a local repair shop. The vandals cut the canvas to access the car, and damaged the top and tension cable. With only 109,000 miles, the car was in excellent condition and thanks to Ryan, Adam and their team it looks even better now with a brand new convertible top. The advice and expertise given to me by Ryan, his brother and Adam was right on target and so was their work and results. They found the OEM material and gave a fair and honest estimate. Then after completing the work they reduced the hours and labor charge, as they were able to do the repairs in less time. My car looks brand new with a new canvas top and many people have told me how great the car looks and couldn't tell there was any damage. It is refreshing to see honesty, integrity and quality work and service. This is a great example of how to make America great again, by inspiring faith, trust and excellence in taking care of people and customers. True excellence and value! Thank you again for restoring my car and faith! read more

I went to Pacific Coast Custom Interiors with a leaky sun roof. It was an uninteresting problem and I thought I'd probably be turned away, but the craftsmen who worked there took the time to diagnose the leak and gave me an estimate and an approximate number of hours to complete the job. They were very polite and professional. It turned out that the job did not take as long as expected so the cost was less than the agreed upon estimate, which they did not hesitate to inform me. My experience with their business couldn't have been better and I am thankful. read more

I had a couple of scratched up rims that I wanted to get fixed. I reached out to a few companies for estimates - some didn't fix rims and the others just gave a horrendously high estimate. I had a really good experience with Pacific Coast Custom Interiors. I took my '04 GMC Sierra in to get the driver's seat reupholstered and the headliner replaced. Dropped it off at 6pm Monday and got it back by 6pm Tuesday. I was lucky that they had just enough of the fabric for the seat because it was difficult to find due to being discontinued. They are a few weeks out with their scheduling but that was not an issue for me. The staff is great. Very professional and helpful. Did not matter to them that my truck has 250K miles on it and looks like it has seen some things. They did an excellent job rejuvenating the seat, the materials are identical to the original, and the headliner is pristine once more. I would not hesitate to go to them again. read more

My 18-year-old Volvo needed a repair to a seam on the drivers side leather seat. Ryan and his team removed the seat, removed the leather, machine stitched the seam while I waited. They did an excellent job, and even charged me less than they estimated because they did it in one hour. I am so happy with their workmanship because my car still runs great and I am trying to keep it looking nice. This is a super friendly family business. I highly recommend them. read more

Pacific Coast Custom Interiors its hands down the place to go to for your car interior needs. This seats project was so particular and complicated and it took a few months but at the end of the day it was done with quality, professionalism, and overall beautiful work. We had many supply issues that delayed the project for that long and was not their fault but Bert amazing. He was professional, kept me up to date and was completely honest with every update. Berts customer service and professionalism made stressful times comforting, was reassuring, and a joy to work with. When came time for my seats were done, Ryan fully explained the process of what they did and went through but also understood my side, the consumer side and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He was honest and a pleasure to work with as well and at the end I was 100% happy and satisfied with the whole process. I am glad I went with their work and with their customer service and great work, the wait was all worth it. Would recommend them to anyone and they may take longer than expected but their work and quality speaks for it as they do not want to produce poor quality/results. They want their customers taken care of. I have some other projects on my car down the road and they would be the only place I would go to. Thanks again Bert and Ryan for everything, taking care of my needs and for producing such amazing work! read more

Run. These guys scammed me on my Sprinter van build. Ryan did a headliner on my BMW 2002. Left out lots of hard to find pieces including the dome light, sun harness, etc.. Got glue all around sunroof seal. These parts are difficult to source, he just threw them out. Redoing the job, removing front and rear glass, labor will be $2,000+. Doing business with these guys is like the gift that just keeps giving. Really damaged us a lot( ($). I could go on. They must 'advertise' with Yelp to have a decent rating, because I know others that had bad experiences too. I think easier jobs would be OK. Much less than honorable though. read more

Highly recommend Pacific Coast Custom Interiors!! Bought a used F-250 that needed an interior update. Cloth seats were trashed and cab smelled like funk. Decided to upgrade to Katzkin leather seats. Had carpet steam cleaned, headliner cleaned and brand new leather seats. Amazing job!! Truck smells brand new and seats are beautiful. The guys at PCCI were great to deal with. Excellent advice when choosing what product to choose. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the price was reasonable. Family run business that treated me with professionalism and a quality job. I went in for repair of a torn seat on my 2010 Tundra. While there, I decided to have a few dents taken care of. I don't drive a fancy truck, so I wasn't looking for support polish perfection. PCCI was ver cooperative and understanding. When I picked up truck, the new leather and repaired seat matched the 13 year old worn leather perfectly. I have used Pacific Coast twice over the last 7 years. Recently they did a great job repairing the side panel of my VW wagon damaged by a person who ran into the car. This is the only shop willing to take on the repair of door liners that had released from extreme heat. Alas, first solution did not work, but Ryan and the gang found a GREAT solution for my 2003 Escape. Result is stunning. Then discovered same heat caused a window molding to warp and crack. Again, took some creativity to put this back together (at minimal cost). This is a great shop: Office staff (Bert) is a treasure. Must be a great place to work, since it's a happy place to be. Would never hesitate to recommend. ***** read more

I was referred to Pacific Coast by the Mercedes dealership. My drivers seat was starting to wear, and split. I absolutely LOVE my car and needed to get a quick resolution so it did not worsen. Although I was not in a position to replace the entire seat cover now, I knew I would be in a few months. They took care of me. They were kind, considerate and helpful. They did what they promised. While I cannot attest to the quality of the work here (haven't brought my car in yet), I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service already. I purchased an old civic yesterday with an insanely raggedy headliner (previous owner's dog?). Before negotiating to buy the car, I called Pacific Coast Customs for an estimate to strip and reupholster it. I spoke with the owner, Ryan, and he went above and beyond what I was asking. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me and went into great detail about my issue. This goes a long way with me. I can highly recommend them based on the way they handled my inquiry. read more
