I had some paint peeling off of the spoiler on my car, I reached out here on yelp and got such a quick response and a very reasonable estimate ($100-400 cheaper than other estimates I received!). We had to take our Mercedes in to J&J auto body for some body damage and when we got it back she looked brand new. They were fast and so helpful working around our schedule. Thanks to Yelp I picked this spot to help me with a vehicle repair. I was very happy with my overall experience. I had to jump through some hoops for my insurance company but they were great to help me feel supported and navigating what needs to be done to get everything pushed through without longer delays than needed. J &J took on a challenging problem; the repair of a major dent in the fender of my vintage 1951 Studebaker pickup truck, requiring the removal & repair & replacement of 74 year old body parts. Unfortunately, my beloved vehicle was totaled, but I felt that J&J Body provided great service during the lengthy process. J&J was recommended to me by my two mechanics, one of whom is located near the Standish location; the other is located near the Piner location. The vehicle was first towed to the Standish location, where John was very helpful in determining what steps where necessary. The vehicle was eventually towed to the Piner location where Mike took over. After various machinations with the insurance company, the vehicle was put on the rack and found to have a very bent frame, which is common with older pickup trucks. The process was slower than I expected, but this was in part because CSAA was slow to reply to information from J&J. As this was my first accident in 30 years, I was unfamiliar with the process. In hindsight, I would have had the vehicle towed to Standish first and then, if necessary, paid to have it put on the rack earlier. To J&J's credit, it could be that the insurance company would not have covered the rack time until further along in the process. However, as I did not need the vehicle, the delays were not important to me. One minor issue is that J&J charges a 3% surcharge for credit cards. This is understandable as most insurance work pays the vehicle owner with a check and the credit card company charges businesses like J&J fees. Still, be ready with cash or a check. I think the ultimate question is: Would I do business with J&J again? The answer is yes, though I hope to have another 30 years without an accident. read more

Great customer service which is hard to find These Days. Always had 3 people to talk to if I had any questions. Kelly, Cynthia and Mike were all very responsive and helpful And answered all my questions whenever I had one. Told them exactly when I wanted to bring my car in and they were ready to receive it on that day. I couldn't find a ride home so they took care of that for me too. They kept me posted with any issues having to do with the repairs. I had bumper damage. The repairs came out perfect. I try not to do recommendations because people's ideas of great are different but in this case the proof is in the finished product. Extremely friendly and accommodating! My wife had an unfortunate encounter with our carport pole, leaving a lot of white paint transfer and a slight dent in the right front bumper. We brought our car into J & J Auto Body for a non-insurance estimate. We were treated like royalty by Kelly at the front desk and Mike, the technician who looked at the damage. J & J Auto Body has repaired two vehicles for us. The first was a 2000 Nissan Frontier that had a tussle with a deer. The deer ran off seemingly unscathed, but the truck needed a new grill and headlights. Mike located the parts, repainted the front of the truck, and it was better than new.The second vehicle was a 2022 Honda Odyssey that we bought used. The passenger door started cracking one morning and had to be replaced because it turned out to be more bondo than metal. Again, Mike tracked down a new door, matched the silver paint perfectly (which is no easy feat) and made sure all the electronics worked flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with the results. I pulled in to J & J get a quote on my Subaru front end and was met by the co-owner Kelly Yoast, she was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. She took pictures and noted all the small dents and dings that need to be repaired. I received a quote in my email later that day And it was $1,000 less than G & C auto body and Crash Champions auto body. Kelly quoted replacing the front bumper where the other two were going to use Bondo filler. Kelly called me a few days before to tell me there would be an extra $90 charge for a part, otherwise it was exactly as the original quote. It took them one week and when I picked it up but I was floored at how perfect The car lock, it looks like a brand new car they had match the paint perfectly and washed it and cleaned the inside. Needless to say this is the only auto body shop we'll ever use, as long as Kelly is still there read more

Kelly and John were a great help with my car. We got into a minor fender bender but that ended up really messing up my trunk and bending the frame a little. The cost was going to be way more than we expected (and thankfully it wasn't our fault to begin with). When I brought the car to J & J, I was met by Kelly who looked at my car and knew what I was after. I wanted it to be fixed and safe but not break the bank. I was even able to meet the mechanic working on my car. She gave me an initial estimate but mentioned that it would most likely be more than expected since they would need to take the car apart before actually giving a more accurate price. Once that happened, it was more than she estimated as well. I told Kelly to use after market parts and to do what she could to help with the cost.
