She was trained by different people and not one of them trained her the same! There is no consistency amongst the nurses at this facility They claim they give their patients meds and they don't! My colleague was let go because she questioned these practices! She has been a RN for 40 plus years and has never seen a facility ran as poorly as this one! Do Not send your loved ones here even if it's the last place on this earth! She has turned them into the State Board for unprofessionalism and falsified documentation! Safe at Home (SAH) was providing in-home support for our father a few days a week as our father's companion was needing support with his bathing, getting to doctor appointments, light cleaning, etc. A different company selected and paid for by the VA was covering the other days. SAH, BY FAR, outshined the other company in all areas! SAH management, Vanessa and Luisa, are kind, caring, responsive, available and very communicative. The caregivers are kind, loving, VERY PATIENT (my father can be challenging), and competent. They are on time and have stayed late when needed. Our father enjoyed the caregivers; they connected with him and felt very comfortable with them. The caregivers would interact with our father and spend quality time with him. When our father's companion unexpectedly passed away, SAH was there to help! They immediately provided 24/7 coverage for our father until we were able to move him close to us. I cannot say enough positive things about SAH and all who work there. If you want high quality services and peace of mind, knowing your loved one is being taking great care of, SAR is for you!

The ER from a fall, suffering a broken hand and fingers (my hand being deformed)- I could not reach down comfortably with my opposite hand. Anyhow I asked a nurse to assist me. So I stood up and inquired with another nurse, who said, "Just wait"- - then the doctor came in and the first gal got them and threw them on the chair as she looked me dead in the eye! I've never been in so much pain and treated so poorly! Then after seeing the doctor who ordered pain meds and X-rays. Sent me next door to await some pain meds. That nurse said don't sit there and pointed across the way. Once seated she said you can come back or just sit there that's fine as she rolled her eyes and made a sye- UGH!!!
