Worried about water damage and the potential for mold growth, I started looking for companies that could fix the issue. 911 Restoration responded promptly and I immediately had them go to work for us. From the phone call with the manager to the operators who came to deal with my vehicle, I felt cared for and that everything was going to be taken care of. We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. We are going to go with CWF for restoration as well.

Examples: a chandelier over the tub was mounted to a plastic box sitting directly on ceiling drywall with the cable unsecured along the attic floor; several items required rework, including a custom vanity with an off-center sink cabinet, unlevel countertops, and visibly slanted shelves; the plumbing work had multiple problems and the plumber and his sister were fired. Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.

For 3 months they did nothing. Landon would come by with floor samples of poor quality. We found the wood flooring we had but they wouldn't use it. Our bathroom cabinets were reinstalled horribly uneven doors wouldn't close . It looked like Dr. Guess style The drywall had huge bumps and other major problems. We were afraid to cancel our contract and be sued. Once we hired a construction manager we thankfully had the contract terminated. We hired another company who fixed it to the original condition. It cost 4 times what we paid TDR. Eric was yelling at our construction manager and me. He was very rude aggressive and dismissive of my concerns. Don't hire them. It was a nightmare. They wanted to replace our door trim with cheap narrow wood. They were pushy trying to convince is to use cheap materials on our 700k house.
