EDIT: Jesse the owner is a liar and a complete jerk. He wrote his response after I told him I would be leaving an extremely truthful and honest review that would hurt his business, he wrote his before I had the time to edit my review with our experience we had with this HORRIBLE and DISHONEST company. Jesse and his crew came after a no show the first time and had offered to do a few things like oven cleaning, baseboard cleaning and fridge cleaning for free to compensate for his no show before. I reluctantly agreed to give them another try. Bad mistake. He showed up and immediately asked for supplies, a ladder, vacuum, things that he needed to complete the job he came to do, which I thought was a bit off considering any other company we have had clean never comes unprepared. He then 2 minutes later asked us to turn off the a.c. because it was too cold for his worker. Again, something that was very weird to me given his crew would be working and sweating, a little a.c. should feel nice. So right off the bat, upon arrival asked for many things that are off for a professional company to ask their customer. I told him not to touch the a.c. and I was leaving and had left the check to pay him on the counter. 10 minutes later I check the a.c. from my phone security app and see he indeed turned off our a.c. after I said very clearly do not touch. So I texted him immediately and he responds right away and LIES and says he didn't touch it. So now we are 12 minutes into their arrival and I feel a very odd and bad feeling because he just lied to me and it doesn't feel right anymore to have them in our home. So immediately I tell him please STOP what you are doing and leave my house immediately, I don't feel comfortable with you in my home anymore. He responds via phone call and tries to say it's ok I just have bumped it, it won't happen again. I said no you would have had to go Into the settings to turn it off, now you are lying I don't feel comfortable please leave now. He refused. I was right around the corner and arrived back home no more than 18 minutes of their arrival. I walk in and he acts like nothing is wrong and I didn't just ask him to leave. He refused to leave. He said his 2 person crew was already done upstairs, I said you have been here for 18 min how is that possible? I said please return my check I am not satisfied at all, you guys just got here 18 min ago there is NO way very much if anything has been done. He gave me a hard time about leaving after I said it MANY times. Finally he started to leave but he refused to give me my check back. He did not perform the services he was hired to do so why would I pay him? Especially after all he has said and lied about. After womanizing me, my husband had to come inside and Jesse immediately gave the check back. Jesse made a scene. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I saw them cleaning my neighbors house so I went over there and introduced myself and had a nice chat with the owner Jesse. He gave me his business card and I told him I would be in touch to schedule a day for them to come clean our home. I have 4 little kids and it's very hard for me to find time to clean so when I found them and saw their great reviews I was very excited. I had been texting Jesse to make the appointment and get us on their schedule. Today they were supposed to come at 10am to clean for the first time and at 10:30 They still had not shown up so I sent him a text to let him know I had to leave to go to an appointment so I would not be late and he seemed very nonchalant about them being late and it being our first time to have them clean. I'm sad that we didn't get a chance to have them clean but even more sad that he didn't seem to much to care and that it now left a bad impression of their company. I have little kids and we have a lot of activities and appointments we have to go to so I really would have appreciated at least a text or phone call saying they were running a bit behind, that would have changed a lot! Especially since he had my number and we had been texting the few days prior to schedule the cleaning. Bummer! read more

Share Cleaning: The name says it all. They "SHARE" the cleaning efforts with you by needing things and leaving plenty of work after they are done. "Can I borrow a vacuum." "Do you mind if we get some trash bags." "Can I turn off your AC please." Dude, what were you actually cleaning, oh that's right you were too busy texting your girlfriend while the ladies cleaned or pretended to clean. This guy is a joke and a fraud, and has a piss poor attitude to add to it. If you pay me in cash, no tax required. We all know what that means, not paying taxes huh. He is confrontational and does not tell the truth even when you catch him in his web of lies. Stay far away from, they were in my home for a total of 15 minutes and somehow did more harm than good. One of the ladies dropped her things on my brand new wood floors and left scratches. They were upstairs for 10 of the 15 minutes inside and claimed to have fully cleaned about 1500 SQ FT which included multiple bedrooms and three full bathrooms. DO NOT waste your time, bad news and bad attitude. read more

Gotta say, I needed an EMERGENCY clean before my husbands folks came in...and honestly, they don't like me fairly well. We had just gotten a new pup and he leaves hair, EVERYWHERE, I was short on time and I needed a clean quick. I found their card on my door a few days back and I told myself "what the hay, lets give them a try." My husband and I met with Jesse and he gave us an estimate and honestly, we were surprised by the price- it was high, it was actually reasonable! We had asked for baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, stairs, kitchen, the works! and for a DEEP DEEP clean, it was a great price. Sure, it took some time, but the outcome was gorgeous! Even my husband (who rarely pays attention to much, pfft) said he noticed the difference, the smell, the look, EVERYTHING look GREAT! 5 Stars. Yes, yes and yes. During the unprecedented winter storm events earlier this year, my pipes froze and burst flooding the entire downstairs of my condo. During this time, most water restoration companies were taking 3-5 weeks due to demand but not Share Cleaning... They were out to my place to start work within 3 business days, which at the time, was unheard of! After that, Share Cleaning came by every so often to move the drying fans within my place to ensure the most efficient drying. They were able fully to dry up my place which prevented future costly mold repairs. My place was fully restored with no leftover odor, mold or residue. . I highly recommend Share Restoration if you have water damage. My guest bathroom toilet tank cracked overnight and flooded my entire house. Jesse and his crew came out quickly and removed the excess water, removed the soaked carpets and pads, and set up fans and dehumidifiers throughout my house. Jessie and his team did a great job on our white carpeting, succeeding in getting up pet and coffee stains, plus an old residue/stain from a black leather rug we had layered over the carpet for at least 10 years. It seriously looks like new! They were very thorough and moved all the furniture away from the walls to clean all the way to edges in each room. We also had them clean the grout in our bathrooms and that tile has never looked so good. I will definitely use them again! read more

Absolutely wonderful job cleaning the windows at our restaurant, Oni Ramen. They were very dirty and this was the first cleaning with Share Cleaning (won't be the last). A few companies that did quotes charge extra for the first "deep" clean but not Share Cleaning...and if they did, they are extremely affordable. Long story but the owner Jessie hires people to give home good reviews, how do I know this? Because I worked for him and he asked me to do it. However he never once paid me. He stiffs you on everything, and find ways to charge you for things he believe you owe hime for. He will provide call and harass me after I leave this review because that's what he likes to do. There are several people that are assigned to cleaning which really helps speed up the cleaning time (nice when you work from home). My warehouse was flooding due to sink overflowing overnight and they were able to come by same day and start on it. They cleaned up all of the water in and around all the furniture , drying off the walls/floor took a few days indeed but was well worth it.
