Orange Chicken. Excellant! So much better under the new management.

Under new management. Service and Food were excellant, so much better than before. Also more expensive, but what restaurant hasn't increased the cost since Covid. No more frozen veggies, these are fresh and taste it. We had Orange chicken and special low mein. Both were excellant. Ambiance hasn't changed much but does look clean.

I normally don't do reviews, and didn't intend to, but my wife told me to because the food was SO good!

The place was empty at 12:30pm on a Sunday, which made us feel a little uneasy. The decor and lighting could be improved, but each of the six dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious! Seven of us demolished the food and we all left feeling incredibly satisfied with our shared meal : )

I could have just ate plain noodles at home..

Man this was such a let down. We NEVER eat out. So after reading a lot of good reviews and talking about it for an hour or so my heart just broke as I bit into the most tasteless greasy meal in my life. I'm not even kidding. Ordered spring rolls got greasy ass egg rolls. Ordered chicken rice noodles with no bean sprouts half the order was bean sprouts and the noodles where falling apart! The pork fried rice was mush as well as the white rice. The lo mein was a solid hunk of grease yet somehow dry at the same time. The grease on man it was crazy like if I would have powered through it out of sheer hunger I have no doubt I'd spend a few hours in the bathroom regretting it. The egg flour soup was a creamy white color? I was not brave enough to try it. But my husband said it was like broth with no salt. Damn, just to put this all into perspective my 13 year old son who will gladly live off of nasty ass gas station food that's about to get thrown away WOULD NOT EAT THIS FOOD! I'm more pissed about the fact that we dropped $60 and I still have to make dinner which ya know was what I needed a break from. So yeah thanks for reinforcing my decision to almost never eat out.

    Singapore noodles!

Nothing special. They have a decent "AMERICAN" Asian food-mainly fried/ battered items.

There is nothing fancy here, but the food is pretty good. The sushi is well done by the Sushi Chef and I have no complaints there. I am usually troubled by Asian Restaurants that span throughout different regions, but Fusion....that's the point. I think they do well, although I am spoiled with Seattle Teriyaki. It set my bar for Teriyaki and velveted Chicken or Beef is NOT it. Velveting is a Chinese technique and NOT a Seattle-Japanese technique. Their portions are good and they are generous and eager to provide what you need. I always feel welcome and never leave hungry. I am going to try a house specialty now. I've had their Sushi, Teriyaki, Teriyaki-Don Bowls and their Egg Drop Soup. I like it. I go there frequently. I would've given it 4 stars but sometimes I have to get my own Sriracha Sauce or refill my own water. That won't keep me from going back or tipping well. Everyone is nice and well intentioned; just not trained well for true "Full Service" restaurant hosting and service. It's great for families and inexpensive date nights. If you heard it's not good, ignore that. It's just fine. It's a Pan-Asian restaurant with a Sushi Belt-train for lunch and it's worth the $! I'm heading there now. See you in a few minutes! :)

I had a noodle dish and it was amazing flavor! I love this place for their food. The back of the house has got it together! I asked for the hottest as well as some Nak Cham, and they accommodated me well. Here's the kicker (why the 4 stars and not the 5), they did NOT refill my water, the only thing I had to drink and there was no one to hail for service. It is simply bad form to ignore the only table in the house. It was 98F outside and I wasn't handling the outdoor heat well, as I had just finished a round of Disc Golf at a local course. It was mid afternoon. [to the ownership] Please remind your staff that water refills are the first and most basic form of restaurant service. It's Table-Service 101. Water is of paramount importance for someone who has just ordered the hottest number of stars in their dish and asked for more hot sauce to boot on a 98F day. Why should I have to even tell you this? You're in the hospitality industry! You should already know the basic tenets of your industry yet your staff is untrained in the basics. Their misperception may be that table-service iis just drop off the plate, the utensils and a drink and done! Well that's just the start! It is not worth more than 5% gratuity. My suggestion is to treat your staff to a truly fine dining experience at an upscale place where the server introduces themselves in a professional manor and takes special care of the patrons, where no details are missed. I didn't come there expecting a white tablecloth experience, but water is the very most basic need on our planet for humans especially while eating! The staff is friendly and nice, but come on! You're better than this! Your food and back-of-house crew deserve better. It doesn't have to be fancy nor revolutionary. Just basic. The most important part of the industry is hospitality.
