After completing the audit he provided a very thorough report, that he had a zoom call to walk me through where he modeled my house in his software to identify potential fixes and the return on investment for each. This is largely due to the age of my house (built in 1954). The Energy audit and follow up report far exceeded my expectations. Kent was at the house for several hours doing the evaluation. He has specialized equipment but also interviewed us about our habits. We then received an extremely detailed report filled with recommendations and also what the cost to implement the recommendations are and how much we will save for each recommendation. In addition, the report included links to rebates and tax credits for implementing energy saving upgrades to our home. Kent went over everything in detail with us and then delivered the report via email. The cost of the energy audit was very reasonable and the information we received from Kent is amazing. We have already implemented 2 of the smaller changes and are considering implementing some of the longer terms upgrades to our house. Please note that this audit is independent. The company is not trying to sell you a follow up service (like installing solar or a new hot water heater). The sole purpose of the audit is to give you information that you can use to make improvements. I highly recommend this service.

I have been really skeptical of all HVAC companies in the past 5 years. I have been burned by so many HVAC techs and wasted so much money. 4 different companies went through with different shadiness levels giving me different answers for the same HVAC issue. Every company kept telling me my freon was low and i most likely had a leak. One company even told me to just replace my brand new system cause "it was from China" The Jaguar tech (Jeff) definitely gave me some disappointed head shakes at previous work but was the only one to truly put his head down, work, and diagnose the root cause of the issue. He checked every part of the system before he gave me an answer on what he believed was wrong. After the diagnosis he detailed every part of the HVAC unit (and attic unit) and explained to me what he was looking for, what he found, and what he believed was the answer. I never felt like he was up-selling me. It wasn't even a freon issue to begin with and the filter drier needed to be replaced. After another visit and a 4 hour procedure my HVAC unit has been running smoothly all Summer 2026. I will seriously only call this company from now on.
