Andrew is the MAN!! If you have a major Plumbing issues or need water heater repair or replacement, look no further. You landed on the gold mine. New house purchase = many issues, count on it. We needed a water heater replacement. Our Bradford White water heater was nearly 20 years old, had tons of gunk at the bottom given neglectful maintenance, and rust found in hot water... lots of rust. Warranty didn't cover this, so we quoted and spoke with a good number of plumbing technicians to find someone affordable, honest, and simply no games! Plenty of companies were quoting us around $2200-$2500, some mentioning Bradford White and others mentioning American Standard (if they say they recommend the latter, it's a tactic called upselling). Why did we conclude to use Andrew and his 1-man running company? To sum it in one word = Integrity. Andrew has rare characteristics super rare to find these days. When there was a small leak from a copper pipe in our basement refractory to putty I didn't hesitate to reach out to Andrew. My water heater broke down and I needed someone to come look at it. I sent out requests for quotes and Andrew answered my request. Over text messages, he explained what might be the problem and a quote. He then agreed to personally come over to my house after I got out of work (home by 5 pm) to fully inspect my water heater. I text him when I arrived to my home to let him know and he informed me that he was stuck on a job. I understood, so I told Him to text or call me when he was on his way; thus I stayed home in order to be ready for his arrival. Over 2 hours passed and no response. I texted him and eventually he responded after 7 pm. He responded that he was not able to come over tonight to look at the water heater. I answered "got It." He never responded back nor did he attempt to reschedule. I text him the next day towards the end of the day to see if maybe he'll come by and still Look at it, yet he declined to answer any of my texts messages (2-3 requests). I was polite and very flexible with Andrew, yet he did not show up or answer my messages. I'm trying to give him my business and yet, no answer. I don't mind if I have to wait a bit longer due to delayed work from other customers, I understand, but the lack of communication was horrible.
