We liked the system so much that I had them install a new heat pump in our rental unit. Unfortunately we had a part that needed replacing 18 months later. Airmech promptly came out, determined the problem, ordered the new part and had the system working again within a few days. The replacement part was covered under the warranty. Alex, the general manager personally reached out to me and worked out the labor costs. Their customer service is excellent!

The service technician Christian arrived on time and courteously introduced himself and his service procedure. He used a handheld meter to measure pressures and other important data about the unit's performance. He showed me the results on his meter: a loss of pressure, probably because of a coolant leak. He laid out my options and answered my questions. After getting my approval, he replaced the missing coolant and added a dye kit that would help find the leak. He also mentioned the dye kit included a sealant that might close up any small leaks. After adding the coolant and dye kit, the HVAC unit quickly brought interior temperatures down. Short-term problem solved. Christian explained that AirMech offers a maintenance plan that I should consider. It pays for regular inspections and provides a 15% discount on the work he had just completed. I opted in. The money I saved that day will more than pay for a whole year of the maintenance plan. A couple weeks later, I called AirMech again to have them inspect the lines to look for leaks. Christian was my man again. He arrived bright and early and performed a visual check in the attic. Then he hooked up his meter to the outdoor HVAC unit. He showed me the results and interpreted them for me: all readings are in the "ideal" range. It looks like the dye kit with sealer did its job. And because I had opted into the maintenance plan, there was no charge for the visit. Long-term problem solved. AirMech's staff operated with professionalism and integrity. I will call on them for my future HVAC needs. And I hope I get Christian again!

I met with the owner Mathew McGuire, who I found to be friendly, sincere, and someone who is vested in his business, his people, and working to ensure that he wins life-long customers with every job. I had done a lot of research with AI, so I knew my options well (that research was very helpful and I'd highly recommend doing it in advance of having people out to give you pricing). I had no intention of beating up each of the companies, I simply asked for their best pricing and options. I used AI to carefully review each bid in detail, including the proposed equipment and how appropriate it was for our home. All companies gave solid bids, but there was a very large spread between the highest and lowest. That usually concerns me, but all my research about American Energy indicated that they were a solid, competitive company. It was a big investment, but I ended up converting to an electric heat pump and also getting all our ducting replaced. We have a 2750 sf single-story home with 17 vents, so the new ducting was nearly as much as the system itself. That said, the ducting has made so much difference in terms of balancing the temperature throughout the house, which was a real probelm with the old system. The new system is extremely quiet and maintains a consistent temp throughout the day--and we've had some extremely hot days since it's been installed. American Energy's installers were all very friendly and professional, and did a great jobs with prep and clean-up each day they were here (the initial install took two days). There were a couple minor issues after the install was complete which required two follow-up appointments. One was a equipment issue that required Carrier to provide a replacement part, but Carrier was responsive and quickly provided it. For the additional follow-up appointments, their scheduling person as professional, courteous, and accommodating. In fact, she went out of her way over a weekend to re-schedule an appointment that was supposed to happen on a Monday morning. To me the company has to be a good one to A.) get that kind of diligence out of employees, and B.) to keep those kind of employees. In the end, I'm extremely happy with the system and will gladly subscribe for their annual maintenance contract.

Very disappointed with American Energy Home Pros…read more Our AC went out, and we called American Energy Home Pros to diagnose the issue. We paid a $100 inspection fee and were told we needed a new indoor fan motor. We were quoted almost $1,565 for the repair, and they didn't have the part available but said they could order it. Before agreeing to the repair, I decided to get a second opinion--and I'm very glad I did. Frost Energy Solutions came out and diagnosed the same issue. Josh replaced the same motor for $775 TOTAL, including the inspection, and even topped off our Freon. That's nearly an $800 difference for the exact same repair. I understand companies have different pricing and overhead, but I felt the original quote was extremely high, especially after finding another reputable company willing to do the same job for almost half the price. I would definitely recommend Frost Energy Solutions and Josh. He was professional, honest, fair, and transparent about the repair and pricing. In this economy, that kind of integrity means a lot! Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before paying a high HVAC repair quote. We're very thankful we did!

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.

Two word review: Honest, Responsive…read more This is my THIRD consecutive 5-star review for Rocklin Heating & Air. In the last 10 or so years in the area I've called RHA, one other place because they could get me to faster - had a bad experience, waited for RHA had an amazing experience, and decided they're going to be my ride-or-die for HVAC. I called them at 7am and by 11:30am their tech had fixed and tested everything and off to help someone else. Yesterday was the start of a heat wave and ... our AC unit quit on us. I called RHA as soon as they opened this morning at 7am, asked for Joe in particular, and they gave me a window between 10am and 12pm. Joe texted ahead of time at 10:30, diagnosed the blown capacitor, swapped it out, cleaned things up a bit, tested the coolant, answered a bunch of questions, and was on his way in just under an hour. The diagnostic was $129 and the capacitor was $186 today. By a complete and total coincidence, I had been running some experiments with home temperature sensors for the last week. You can literally see on these pictures exactly when the AC unit stopped working - and when RHA saved our bacon. The "other" place I called years ago only had a $79 diagnostic charge, but wanted to rip out and replace the entire HVAC system - and claimed we were taking our lives in our own hands by not getting it fixed with him immediately. Joe and RHA took care of everything for the diagnostic. Yeah, you can probably find someplace to charge you less for the diagnostic or maybe less for the part, but when your house is boiling hot / freezing cold, you want to be able to call on someone you can trust to help you out - and not take you for a ride.

They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. Now I only used my AC for 2 whole days It gets cold and it has been awhile since I have felt cold in my aging car of 22 years. With my new water pump installed as well, my car is running smoother overall. Smoother shifts, heater gets warm fast. Almost, now almost like it was in 2004. So, Did I find a new shop for my Project Commuter Car? Yes I sure did. They have gotten a new customer. Up next is my Transmission Gasket & plug. One thing at a time! He inspected them and showed me how each one was clean, dry, and completely fine. He then inspected the rest of the engine compartment and the undercarriage and showed me that it was all in great shape. Finally, he noticed that a previous mechanic had removed the plastic shroud for my front wheel wells and failed to install new clips to secure the shroud afterward. I had wondered about the gap he noticed for years, but I didn't realize it was anything other than wear and tear. He replaced the clips for no extra charge. I know it seems like a small thing, but to me, it speaks clearly to Roland's character: I believe he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers and taking good care of their cars. When I asked him about some issues with electronic parts on my car (e.g. a digital dashboard display), he let me know that his area of focus was mechanical service and advised me to take my car to an electrical auto shop. I was grateful that he knew the limits of his expertise, communicated them clearly, and stuck to them. I felt his quoted price was quite reasonable, and even after he performed more work than requested (still within about a 1-hour time slot), he stuck to his original price quote. I am very happy with the service he provided and the price I paid! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Rolland came to my house and went straight to working on the fuse box without having made sure the…read morehigh voltage system of my Prius C was disconnected. Major red flag #1. He spent 40 minutes prying at different parts and trying to forcefully remove my fuse box to get to the 100A fusible link that I had to tell him was located beneath and the assembly had to be unbolted to get to it from underneath. After 40 minutes of painfully watching him attempt to force things open. I politely asked him to stop as it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing and broke a few components off my housing. I tried calling him to let him know of the damages. He denied responsibility and said he was only at my house for 5 minutes. He told me to never contact him again and failed to respond to the before and after photos I sent. Do not trust this shady business. What went from a lb easy replacement of a 100A that I could have done myself but did not have the time to do so, resulted in several hundred dollars of parts in addition to more for labor due to gross incompetence. DO NOT TRUST HIM!

Technician didn't know what he was doing, Had no knowledge on pricing of product or basic knowledge of AC parts and how they work. I needed a fan replaced on the top of my AC unit because the Ball bearing was going bad. The tech told me that it may not be going bad but just gets hot when the AC Is on for 2,4,8 hours (his words) seems like a broad window of time for something to get hot and overheat. Second of all, heat does not cause the Ball bearing to squeal so loud that you can hear it inside the house. The tech them stated that he would hate for me to pay for a part when the unit is old and needs to be replaced. ( unit runs and cools the house fine) So now he is trying to get me to replace the whole unit instead of just replacing the part. Now the funny part is that i asked for a cost to replace the fan and of course he said i don't know and that he would send me a quote by 10am the next day. I wait till noon with no estimate and call him to find out why i do not have it yet. He then texted me back and says it will cost $725 to replace part and labor. I then call him again (because he clearly wasn't too busy to text me) and said he was too busy to send me a written estimate and hangs up on me! I have price shopped and I know a few things about HVAC along with my Father. My Father contacted his HVAC distributor and was quoted $ 100 for the part. Keep in mind this part takes 15 minutes max to install, so $725 - $100 = $625 in Labor for 15 minutes of work!!! What!!!! At this point I call the office, where i speak to a lady who said "not to be rude, but i know we have the lowest prices and we can not be beat" I asked what their hourly rate was for replacing parts and she said they don't do pricing like that. So I asked how much the part was and how much i was being charged in labor, and to my surprise she couldn't tell me either! I was quite frankly appalled by her lack of professionalism. I work in a customer service industry so i know what good/bad customer service is and this was most certainly bad! To top this off, the lady in the office said she deals with all the escalated customer issues! I thought because of all these Yelp reviews i would be getting great great service and an overall enjoyable experience but that was just not the case. Be careful, they will rip you off 1 read more

After a rough start, I ended up very pleased with Jaguar. My initial review, which was very negative, is below: "Called to schedule a next-day appointment and was given a window told to expect a call or text 30 minutes before the technician would arrive. By the end of the window I had received no communication from the technician. I called the office and they said they would send someone over, and to expect a call shortly. Hours later I hadn't received a call. I ultimately cancelled the service request." Following posting this review, the owner Mustafa contacted me about the issues I had experienced. Apparently there had been some turnover with his front office staff and the service request had not been forwarded to the technicians. He contacted a local technician in the area and offered me a discount to allow him to make things right. The technician who arrived, Jeremy, was polite, courteous, and friendly. He hopped on the roof and figured out the problem quickly and described what was going on. At this point I was offered a range of repair options, including replacing several components which were still functional. The more expensive offers felt a little sales-ey, and the upsell attempt made me somewhat uncomfortable. After discussing with Jeremy what our long term goals for our unit were, he explained that he could simply repair the broken part, which he completed quickly. I ultimately received a respectable discount for the repairs (15% with a free service call) in exchange for the inconvenience of having to make several calls to the office. Had a 5 year old AC that was not cooling. We have been in the house for 4 years. Had the company out who installed it, a big local company, lots of radio ads. The guy came out and told me I needed a new compressor, that the pressures were off. 1500 dollars for new compressor install. My gut told me to get a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. I called Jaguar, great service on the phone, technician came out next day. I was informed that the compressor pressures were low because there was a coolant leak from the coils. JESSE, the technician, was extremely professional. He gave me options, said he would recharge the system and put some dye in it to diagnose the leak. From there, we would need either a coil repair or replacement depending on where the leak showed itself. He came back to confirm that the leak indicated a new coil was needed. No warranty, big job. Again, he was honest, and said there is still one other option. The dye acts as a sealer, and there is a chance we could get some more life out of the coil. He will come back to check in a couple of weeks and either we'll let the dye do its thing and seal, or replace the coil (hope not). What I got out of it was Jaguar is very professional, and what I appreciated was that Jesse was very honest. If you want honesty, no BS, and great customer service, call Jaguar. Their reviews live up to the 5 stars. Also, to Jesse's manager: give Jesse a raise. Very professional, very knowledgeable from what I can tell, and includes the customer in the process, showing me exactly what's going on, and giving me options. I'll pay more for honesty, which is a rare thing these days. read more

The unfortunate part in today's world is not every service company can be trusted to be both competent and honest. I live 120 miles from a rental house in North Highlands and the tenant called to say their air conditioning was not working--temperatures were exceeding 100 F. I had no previous relationship with any heating and air company in the area and chose Jaguar initially for their 5 star rating in the hopes I would get a competent and honest company to fix my air conditioning problem. Below is my experiences: 1) I called Jaguar and they were able to get a technician named Ron out that same day. 2) Ron went out to the house did some diagnostic work and then called me to explain the problems. He sent me text photos and explain to me what my problems were and the timeline to resolve the issue. My specific problem was complex and required a second day to resolve it. 3) Jaguar sent someone to the house the next day before their official start hours and the unit was up and running by 9:30 am. In summary: Every experience I had was a 5 star with Jaguar. 1) Setting up the service appointment 2) Timely service deliver and problem fixing. 3) Great communication skills regarding diagnostics and fixing the problem 4) Honest, competent and highly communicative technicians--Ron really excels and goes the extra distance he showed after his official work day to provide timely resolution. 5) A bill for the services completed that I thought was great for the services they provided 6) Jaguar is a company that is honest, has highly trained staff and resolves problems in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. read more

Back in March as COVID was first arising, Sylvester came by to remove the old a/c platform and brought a carbon filter. I was unable at the time to decide whether I wanted that or a traditional one. He gave me the carbon at the price of the traditional and paid the difference out of his pocket so that i could try it out. A generous gift and one that, given the length of COVID, has likely proved beneficial. Since then, i've replaced the filter twice and stayed with the carbon. I also had them come out and service my unit that they installed december 2019. at the time, the tech found a leak. Sylvester came out to fix it and couldn't find it. He was responsive to my distress about their new system and it's fits and starts as well as my distress about the uncertainty of whether the unit needed to be repaired and my need for him to speak with the technician who found the leak to determine where it was as i could not be of much help. They give two maintenance inspections in the first year after installation and due to COVID, my spring maintenance was missed. They generously offered to extend that to this spring. I just want to say thank you to jaguar heating and air..i own property in Sacramento and had the misfortune of a couple air conditioning units go down at the same time at a couple of my properties..i did some research and found amazing reviews on yelp for this company called jaguar..i never heard of them and was quite frankly a skeptic when I seen so many 5 star reviews..i decided to give them a call. Mark was the person who guided me through the whole diagnostic process and ultimately the sales of 2 new air conditioning systems. We communicated over the phone for weeks working out all the details and never once did I feel like I was bothering him..i am an engineer and have a habit of overwhelming people with questions. But I never got the feeling I was a pest..i flew to Sacramento for the week during the time of the scheduled install just to make sure things went as good as mark was saying they would. I only needed to meet one of the install teams. Once I seen these guys work I knew right away why these guys have so many great reviews. Scott and Josh did a superb job at what they do. MARK HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!!!!! THIS TIME HE SAVED US, PERSONALLY, 11,000.00!!!! It was 108 degrees, my husband and I were getting dressed to go to my 50 year class reunion and the AC started blowing HOT AIR!!!!! That quote, of 11,000.00 was from a well known Heating and AC company, in the area. My husband and I were sick, especially when we had been told, each time this company came to service our unit, that it still had life in it and should last for some years. We were sick at their new revelation. I called Mark out for another estimate and he said the AC will last, at the very least, 5 more years and the heater will keep going to another 20+ yrs. He went on to explain about the engineering of the AC: how well it was built: how much easier it would be to work on because of the great engineering of the unit. He went on to explain that the heater is a top of the line unit and that we wouldn't need to worry as it is an amazing work horse and will last for quite a while yet!!!! I wanted to cry with joy and when he was through and he didn't even charge us for coming out. He said it was a FREE estimate and he would not let me pay anything!!!!! Mustafa with Jaguar Heating and Air has the best service in Sacramento. He is curteous and Prompt to respond, very honest and fair. I had a couple of Heating and Air contractors come out and quote me some outrageous prices for a Central Heating unit that was installed less than 5 years ago and was still under warranty. The contractor who installed it claimed that the warranty had expired, because the Manufacturer date was past the 5 year mark. Even though the actual install was less than 5 years. I called the manufacturer and they honored the warranty - my original contractor still quoted an outrageous price for items that were not necessary. Mustafa checked my unit and repaired it for half the cost, said one part was not necessary, still works. The other was a part he had in stock, gave me a reasonable price. He was patient with me and answered my questions with respect. The other two were very rude and gave me little regard, and did not explain the process or call the manufacturer to try and negotiate warranty. If I had not called around I would have paid alot more to the original contractor who installed the unit. Now I doubt he even installed it at the right price or correctly. So found Jaguar via Yelp. Called Saturday at 12:03am and left a voicemail. Followed up at 7:30am, and spoke to a guy who had been working late but he took down my information and said a tech would come out same day. (Came home Friday to my air conditioner pushing air out but it wasn't cool-- I have two doggies at home so being without air in the summer is not an option.) they called and I spoke to a gentleman (I'm going to butcher this but Mufasto?) who said the tech would be out shortly. Tech got here sometime around 12:00-12:40pm. Mark is amazing!! He didn't even have to go upstairs. He figured out my unit, gave me a diagnoses he thought it was before he even opened up the unit. Very friendly, this guy obviously knows what he's doing. He talked me through the whole thing (what he was doing, what parts did what). It's an older unit. Mark will be our go-to guy, he went above and beyond to help us out -- he even messed up his drinking water bottle to clean out our unit. Mark-- thank you for everything! We discovered a leak at the bottom of the A/C unit this past Wednesday just before 8pm. We decided to give Jaguar a call after reading all of the positive reviews and were given the first appointment on following day with a 3 hour time window. Mark was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest about doing the job right the first time without cutting corners on the repair. He took the time to explain the HVAC system and the cause of the blocked condensation line, which had pushed water back into the bottom of the evaporator coils and leaked down into an air intake duct. The solution was to flush the line from the outside up into the evaporator coils to remove the years of accumulated debris. He also covered his shoes when entering and exiting the house, requiring minimal cleanup. The price was extremely reasonable for his time on site and the distance traveled which included a discount for first time service. I highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to call again for service and yearly HVAC system inspections in the future. Thanks Mark! read more

I was in the middle of decorating a birthday cake when I noticed the house was getting really hot and my frosting was starting to melt off the cake. I frantically ran to the computer trying to find someone to come out and fix my air conditioner. I tried calling businesses that said they were open 24 hours some didn't answer the phone others said they couldn't come out until Monday. Being that it was Friday there was no way we could go all weekend without AC. I called Jaguar Heating & Air and they came out the same day. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the entire problem because the company that installed our unit did a horrible job and he needed to have a sheet metal installer come out the next morning. They arrived Saturday morning and completed the job and best of all they are extremely honest they didn't try to sell me services I didn't need and reasonable. They came out two days checked my freon which he said we didn't need replaced a defective part and completed the sheet metal work for $245.00. I've had several supposedly "good reputable" heating and air companies come service my unit in the past few years and was never satisfied with the result. Our house was never cool during hot days. I felt like I was getting ripped off by these other companies. After a little research I found Jaguar Heating & Air with very good reviews and I figured I'd try them. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Mark's the man. Very friendly and informative. He was able to answer all my questions and walked me through everything he was doing. Mark was able to diagnose and repair the problem within minutes and now it's running like a champ. He also cleaned the coils which other technicians never did in the past and the coils were pretty filthy. If you're looking to service you'r HVAC unit then Jaguar Heating & Air is who you'd want to call. They're reasonable, honest, and I felt like they did care about my issues that I was having. These professionals are the real deal. We had them replace our HVAC system and install a whole house fan earlier this year, and they were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, honest, and did outstanding work at a fair price. I truly appreciated Jesse taking the time to address all my inquiries, guide me through the different options, discuss the pros and cons of each, and ultimately find the right system for our needs. About a year earlier, they had come to conduct a tune-up on our old system, which was nearly 20 years old, and they didn't pressure me to buy a new system. They thoroughly inspected it, performed some maintenance and minor repairs, and gave me an estimate on its remaining lifespan. In fact, I only replaced the system this year for extra safety. Additionally, they even applied the amount I spent last year towards the purchase of the new system. I needed to have a maintenance service done on my a/c, so checked on Yelp for recommendations. First one I saw was Jaguar. All positive feedback, so gave them a call. The woman answering the phone was very nice, set up the appointment, and told me Jesse would be doing the service. She gave me a three hour window and said he would call 30-40 minutes before he arrived. This was great as I didn't have to wait around. He called just before 9 to say he would be there in about 30 min. He was right on time. He did a thorough inspection of the unit, and did find that the coils needed cleaning. He tested everything, and came in to even test the air vents. He had a checklist on the invoice explaining all of testing that had been done, and how each rated. Said my unit was in good shape. My AC was causing my electricity to short out. I had 1 AC company come out and identify the problem. An inner voice told me to get a second opinion. I looked on Yelp and saw all the excellent reviews so before the 90 degree weather hit I decided to call Jaguar. I spoke to a very nice and professional receptionist who surprisingly scheduled a same day appointment. I rec'd a call later on that a technician was in my area and could he come over in abt 20 min-30 minutes. I happened to be home earlier than I expected and I said great. She advised me that Jeff would be my technician. Jeff arrived, asked me what was going on, I told him. It took a little time to find the real issue, but he found it and saved me a few hundred dollars. This is what excellent service is all about. Very Satisfied customer. I had been having an increase in my bills recently and they looked at my unit and did not believe the gas heating unit was my only reason for the increased gas bill. They took a look around and asked me some questions. The culprit was the gas fireplace that I leave on all day through out the winter. They also noted my pool was heated by gas. They cleaned the coil in my heater (on the roof) and lowered the tune up price by $10.00. They gave me some great information on ways to lower my bills and information to upgrade my unit. I appreciate that. A business that gives me options to help me. That's what I appreciated about Heidi and Mark. Not a hard sell but information to let me make an informed decision. I just had my AC installed by Jaguar Heating and Air, and let me tell you, it was a cool breeze of an experience from start to finish! A huge shout-out to the installation dream team: Jose, Dheavan, and Fernando. These guys were thorough, professional, and super respectful. Dheavan deserves an extra high-five for explaining everything with the patience of a saint. He never rushed me, even when I had a million questions! Here's the only hiccup: the third-party company tasked with hauling away the installation waste. While they did take the old AC unit, they left a little trail of trash behind--definitely not up to the sparkling standard set by Jaguar's crew. But hey, that's just a minor blip on an otherwise fantastic service! I would absolutely recommend Jaguar Heating and Air for their top-notch service and professional squad. WOW! I'm beyond happy that I called Jaguar! The service provider sent by my home warranty company quoted $1550 to replace an evaporator coil and thermal expansion valve, only $1,000 of which was covered by the warranty. For reasons I won't go into I didn't trust the service provider, so the home warranty company sent me a check and I found Jaguar. Mark came out within 48 hours. He was on time, super friendly and, based on the age of my home and the cost breakdown of the service provider's quote, he was confident the problem wasn't my coil. It took him 15 minutes to add freon to my unit and replace a different part for only $250! My home is now a comfortable 74 degrees for the first time in almost a month... I can't say enough about the quality service, expertise and genuine concern I got by choosing Jaguar. They've made a customer for life with me. Thanks a million Mark, you rock! read more

They had it installed in 2 days' time, and let me tell you, this new system? Makes me come to terms that I never really had a real one to begin with!!! I was given options to which one would work best for my unit (I live in a condo) and wasn't swayed one way or the other. Chose one, and I am SO THANKFUL I did! These few days in the 90's so far have given comfortable and cool air throughout my home and including my bedroom which never cooled off or heated up to the rest of the house. I held off on giving a review because I wanted to make sure the cooling worked and it does!!!!
