What a great place to stay overnight. We arrived without a reservation (in the off-season). The Security Guards guided us to a self registration board and to a great site. This place has paved roads, paved pads, red lava rock between sites to conserve water, and trees at nearly all of the sites. The pull through sites are good sized (approximately 50' x 25') and the utilities are in a great location relative to most campers and RV's (last 1/4 of the drivers side of the rig). No problems with water, electric, or sewer (though the sewer does come up out of the ground about 3" so you either need a slope device (slinky, sidewinder, etc) or to walk your sewer hose after draining. The restrooms were clean - showers with individual locking doors and a wheelchair accessible shower. No trash or messes left. The laundry was clean and priced very reasonable. The office has a little area for basic RV supplies and offers coffee, etc. The pool was clean and sparkling, but it was too cold to test out. If I need to stop in for a short or longer stay, this is one I would choose again. read more

This is just a basic park not much to it the girl behind the desk when we first arrived weeks ago was really rude to us, but this time around when we stayed on June 11 was really sweet. The big downfall to this place is the dog park is way down a hill that is covered in square stones that are uneven as someone who just had spinal surgery I couldn't walk down it without almost falling and hurting myself. I could not even take my dog down there to go to the bathroom. I had to rely on my husband to do it. When I asked the young man in there if they had a different entrance, it was safer for older people or people with injuries. He said no that was the only entrance there was nothing he could do about it we could walk our dog somewhere else however, there's nowhere else in the park to walk him. If you have a dog in your elderly or you're injured or disabled, this is very unsafe so please don't try to go down the hill. It's very steep. Other than that the location is really good. read more

Super clean! Stayed here over the weekend and man was this place clean! They tout on the website that they have super clean restrooms and showers and they couldn't be more right! The thing is too i never seen anyone going in and out of them and they're just always clean! The campground itself is also very clean. It's more of a place you'd stay for a night while you're passing thru but we stayed Friday - Monday as my fiancé and group were going to a concert at a winery in Lodi. They have a nice spacious pool and a hot tub that is pretty relaxing with a bunch of laid back chairs and seating. Just be aware this is 100% an RV park and no where near a campground. There is no grass anywhere (if that matters to you). The man that checked us in was very nice and helpful and made us feel very welcomed to the park. I'd definitely stay here again for either a little weekend getaway or if there are any events in Lodi! read more

We've stayed many times as we travel full time and this place is close to our "home port." Pros: staff is very friendly and helpful, full timers are terrific, laundry is affordable, bathrooms are clean, sites are level, and it is close to stores for pick up or delivery. They even have a clubhouse you can rent out for group events. Cons: you can hear the freeway noise, HiSpeed WiFi is highly unpredictable (you pay for high speed, and it repetitively logs you out during zoom calls, or will disconnect entirely at night), large dog park is full of clover grass with stickers so if your dog has log fur they will come in full of stickers, dog park also doubles as storm drainage and there is no fence to keep dogs out of the mucky water as it comes out of the huge drain pipe into the yard, and the nightly price has gone up twice over the past year (even with GoodSam, it is over $100/night). This park has modern and clean facilities, sells propane, has a small store and most importantly paved level pads with good hookups. The staff know their jobs. They offer complimentary coffee and tea. The laundry is inexpensive and by pay method to have only residents using it. Trash is picked up once a day about 1000. You can hear I-5 and the train with the windows closed if you try to otherwise it's quiet. There are truck stops, fast food, truck washes, and a RV store in walking distance. The park is away from town and car rental places so Uber if needed. We used Passport America for 2 of our 3 nights, Good Sam for the 3rd night and averaged $54 a night. read more

Nice spacious spaces, efficient staff, clean pool and facilities. Super hot in summer. Prices used to be good, now are just reasonable. Great spot for an overnight rest spot, but nothing more. DO NOT pay for their upgraded wi-fi. It's marginally better than the free wi-fi for about 20 minutes, then you have to keep logging out, and logging back in again to keep it working. Really poor Wi-fi, and ATT reception knocks this place down at least a star, maybe two. read more

Been coming here for years, they didn't know me from previous stays. Woman at check in wasn't very accommodating or friendly. When a guest comes in get up from your chair and welcome them in. Don't yell across the room and tell them to come around room wear you are at. We'll see how it goes mite not be back. It seems a good thing never last. read more

We camped for 6 days at Flag City RV Resort in August-September 2025. The location is good and we have family near by that we visit several times a year. It is a very expensive park at $105.00/night and is the only park in that area so not any other options for camping. This last visit the park's electrical grid continually went off for 5 of the 6 days we were there, sometimes for hours and this was especially inconvenient because the outdoor temperature was in the 100's. This was the parks own electrical system. No one else lost power outside the park. We were not even given information or notice that this was going to be a problem until the last 2 days and several complaints. Upon leaving the campground we could not get our surge protector and power cord apart. We had to take a screwdriver to pry them apart. They were melted and could have caused a fire. We reported it to the office and after multiple emails with the owners, we were offered 2 nights 1/2 off in the future and a bottle of wine. We don't drink so the wine is out. We sent them pictures of the exact replacements for the power cord and surge protector hoping for reimbursement. They refused to compensate us. They acknowledged that the situation was inconvenient but were not willing to reimburse our loss. Their nightly cost is exorbitant, especially for the area. We're very disappointed in their response to this situation for which they are responsible. read more

Bathrooms and showers are rotted out with roaches and the laundry room is disgusting.. washers filled with dog and cat hair too. We stayed here in our trailer for a couple nights in March. The location is super convenient for restaurants and gas. The park it self is extremely well maintained. The spots were thoughtfully placed with an easy in and our route. The pool and hot tub were delightful. The bathrooms were "sparkling" and so clean as advertised. The showers were large with a nice size changing area and good water pressure. The lake/dog area was nice to let our dogs do their business and run around a bit. We did see quite a few foxtails so beware. They were easy to avoid but seems like they might expand in the summer. Our only complaint was that they had a guy going around pressuring washing RVs and it was loud! Obviously a great business because he was cleaning different ones all day but he started earlier then we would have liked to have woke up. It was around 8am, maybe earlier. Terrible experience. We came in just before closing and the night guy Mike was very friendly and accommodating. However, the next morning before we go to leave the men's showers didn't have hot water. We tried to address this with the manager Steve and he was dismissive and wouldn't provide us a timeframe of when the hot water would be back on. When I asked for a partial refund due to the facilities not being available he became belligerent and began using profanities at one point calling me an A$$hole. When I said this is terrible customer service he said I'm no longer a customer and must leave the premises immediately. We were still charged and I'll be filing a dispute with my card holder and reaching out to the owner Dr. Jasber Gill to let him know of the anger management issues the manager Steve clearly has. read more

What a put off after staying at many other rv parks/resorts. Wonder if they're under new management because we've stayed here probably a dozen times over last 3-4 years. This year no 'hello' no 'welcome' greeting. After standing at one counter and waiting for a woman talking to someone else, she said 'she can help you over there' indicating a counter on the other side. Saw many more weeds on lots than in years past. Otherwise nice pull through lots on paved pads with good space between lots. Didn't use pool or laundry facilities. They could use more dog dispenser and waste receptacles along the periphery of park for all the signs they post to pick up dog waste. Will look for another rv park in the future. Management should pay attention to the many posts about rude check in clerks! read more

Very quick and easy check-in. Covered entrance is a little intimidating because it looks too low! Interior roads are wide, paved and easy to navigate. Sites are concrete and mostly level. Sites are near by and there is no privacy. Between the sites are trees and rocks - which used to be weeds and sparse grass so a great improvement. The basic WII FI didn't work. You have to pay extra for, what I presume, is more reliable and speedy internet. Verizon was 5g 5 bars so our hot spot worked fine. Satellite would not be a problem. The park is in a very busy area. There are lots of trucks and traffic noise from I-5, Banner road and 12. Except for the street noise, it is a great park for visiting local wineries and there are lots! read more

Lodi seems to be a very windy city. Great camp grounds. Very peaceful. All neighbors were friendly and respectful. Dog park was as big as a football field. The grounds were immaculate. Bathrooms were clean with excellent water pressure. My Directv came in perfect. Wifi on my phone was spotty for watching things but worked well when just reading things. My parents were traveling and this was one of their stops when my mom had a massive stoke. My parents were suppose to only be at the RV park one day but since my mom was going through brain surgery the staff at the RV park were so nice and helpful with my dad. We ended up being there a lot longer. During one of the most stressful times of our lives I was so grateful of the staff of this RV park. They helped us more than they will ever know. First time staying here and it was with our RV group. It Is a very large flat "parking lot" with pull through's. Very clean, restrooms are clean too. Warm showers, not hot. They also offer a 30 amp and 50 amp along with 110, water,sewer and cable/satellite hook ups. Basic Wi-Fi is free upgrades I believe are by the day but I did not look into that but saw there was a option. Clubhouse is very basic had a kitchen, and a partition to split the clubhouse in two if needed. They have a huge dog run but outside of that there is no other lawn. lots of asphalt and gravel and very young trees. In the summer, this will definitely be a very warm/hot place to be and not sure how much the current trees provide any shade. The main building has a limited store but does have the basics along with information regarding the local area/Lodi. This appears to be primarily used as a rest stop perhaps for travelers moving up and down the state via highway five. There were some "full-time" residence but their sites were also very clean. Did seem to have numerous golf cart/employees roaming throughout the grounds but never did see security. Cons; Very close to Highway 5, lots of road/truck traffic noise in the evening . You may benefit from ear plugs because that's what I eventually had to do. read more

We stay here often, been about 6 months, and WOW, things have gone WAY downhill. One shower building is inoperable, says "under construction" however, NOT A SINGLE MOMENT OF WORK was done the entire time we stayed.... What they're doing would take a normal crew 3-4 days..... DONT START CONSTRUCTION YOU ARENT PREPARED TO COMPLETE IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!!!!! This made us and others have to venture out in the rain and walk all the way to the other side of the park to use the facilities we pay for. The place also looked quasi-abandoned..... The weeds were OUT OF CONTROL! They obviously just let things go for a period of time, then, even though this is a pet friendly park, they sprayed herbicide (toxic) all over the park trying to fix their lack of regular grounds maintenance. All of the hose bibs where you hook your water up leak from the stem. This is an easy, cheap fix replacing the small gaskets in the valve...... yet they don't do it, they'd rather have water wasting onto the concrete than take a little time for groundskeeping. All the lights in the power pods have long since failed.... Instead of spending maybe $500 to replace them all, they just don't care if you can't see when you're trying to hook up at night. This place isn't exactly cheap, and honestly with all of the failures and. Incompetence from management, they should be offering discounts to their customers for the multiple inconveniences due directly to their lack of executing the responsibilities required of a management team. read more

No Wi-Fi unless you purchase it, the "free" option doesn't work at all! The last 2 years, we were a little dissatisfied because we were staying 9 days and they started putting us in with the long term area where all the contract workers were. My husband complained about the bathrooms being out of toilet paper and even a guy washing his tennis shoes in the sink. Nicest spots are saved for over nighters. I don't consider 9 nights long term. We asked for a space close to the pool for our two young grandsons. Much to our surprise we were placed in a spot as far away from the pool as you can get. Not very accommodating. I also feel that this RV park is a little high priced for what they offer. The Wi-Fi does not work, but that may also have something to do with our location in the park. There is no grass or landscaping. The pool is nice, the hot tub prohibits children and I didn't notice a fitness center. I ventured into the small store earlier and was not acknowledged by the person working the front desk. Not very good customer service and I decided to drive down the street to make my purchases. This is our second time staying at this park and once again it is a very clean park. Even with I-5 right there, it wasn't that noisy at all. We have a 31 foot trailer and truck and we stayed in site E21 and had plenty of room. This park has the best restroom and showers as any park I have ever been at. This is a great park to stay over night if traveling to Oregon. We stayed a couple of nights and even drove up to Placerville to look around one day. Last time the temps were 112, this time it was in the low 90's and much more enjoyable. I wish they had grass or something at their sites, but still a great place to be. read more

Flag City RV is a pet friendly park with a nice club house. I do think the staff can be friendlier. There was an alarm going off at the rv sales and service company next to the RV park, so I went in and told Jennifer about it. Her response was, "what can I do about it". I suggested that she call the police, to which she said, "what can they do? It's not our property so it's not my problem!" I said that if they are being robbed, the police would arrest them. She said, "I'm not calling anyone". Also, a lady in our group asked Jennifer to help her log into the wifi with her phone. Jennifer took her phone, then threw it on the counter saying, "you are already logged in", but it wasn't working. Jennifer is very rude and not at all helpful. The next day, when we were all packed up and ready to leave, the battery was dead in my truck, so I went to the office to let them know I might not get out right at 11am. The person at the desk said, "well, I can't let you stay without charging you something". I managed to get a jump and was out by 11am, but I think the way he responded was rude. The staff seem to have no concern about anyone other than themselves. I like the park and location, but the staff need to be trained on how to deal with people. read more

I've read recent negative reviews and while I somewhat agree with the concerns on the price increase, this is not a destination RV park. Sure there are numerous wineries and great restaurants downtown but most visitors are passing through or enjoy it due to its proximity to the greater Sacramento area. We've always found the staff friendly and courteous with super clean restrooms and facilities overall. We've stumbled on Airstream and Tiffin group events, which are always fun and educational. The freeway is noisy but...it's a freeway after all. Ultimately, to each their own, some won't like it but others will and it'll determine on your needs and desires if this is a stop on your journey or not. Happy travels to all. read more
