I think of Eric Marsh as the motorclub triple AAA of the home inspection business. When you need his professional assessment, really fast, he is ready to do the job. I needed an inspection done right away and Eric came through for me. The work was thorough and his follow up report was impressive. My home was listed with central air conditioning but Eric discovered the home did not in fact have central air conditioning. As a result of Eric's report, I negotiated the sellers to include a new $4000 a/c unit with my purchase. I also had the sellers to install a fireproof garage door and repair some other problems uncovered in Eric's report. Pacific inspections conducted a very thorough home inspection for us this month when we were negotiating for the purchase of a couple of rental properties. We had the opportunity of attending the inspection with the owner/inspector Eric and his very able assistance. Once the inspection that was completed after about an hour and a half we gathered in the living room and they gave us a presentation complete with photographs identifying all the issues of concern. Eric and Travis are excellent! They were at the property early, and after introductions and explaining what they were going to do, they went to work and did a very thorough inspection. They were very patient with my questions, and also provided guidance and advice on things that would be important to do as a homeowner. My experience was the same as Mack's...exactly. Eric did an incredibly thorough job not only of the inspection itself, but in explaining everything to me as well. While he was reviewing his findings with me after the inspection, I had a question about the roof...he enthusiastically said, "let me show you", and minutes later he had the ladder set up and we were on the roof.
