I understand that people make mistakes, but when they do not stand behind their work, it is not acceptable. I will not be using Sergio again for any jobs big or small. They insisted I needed weekly maintenance despite the fact that I have been getting bimonthly service for over 20 years. They then came up with a monthly fee of $245! If I wasn't so disgusted at the ludicrousness of the quote, I would have laughed out loud thinking they were surely joking.
