This is a very small shop, but the owner has some fabulous jewelry in here for sale and he really knows what he's doing. He recommended that I replace the entire head that holds the diamond, rather than just try to repair the one prong. He showed me how the prongs had been repaired multiple times and were not strong enough to hold a 3 carat diamond safely. So we went ahead and replaced the whole head and I am so glad that I took his advice. The new head is much stronger and more substantive than the old head and I feel like my Diamond is really safe now. He did a nice nice job. It looks great.

Of course all charms are average prices and the signature destination charm is the more expensive charm. I was disappointed to get it only in a plastic bag and not in the nicely wrapped charm box other locations provide especially at $85 and the taxes over $6!!
