If negative stars were an option, that's what would be given. They don't even deserve ONE STAR. We've had this machine for a little over a year.. that's right. A SINGULAR YEAR. It has consistently had issues since then that they refuse to actually address. Artie sold us a lease for this piece of junk, then disappeared off the face of the planet when it started having issues. The one time we were able to get in touch with him he was snide and rude. Weird since this is the LEMON they provided us with. On top of that, they're more than happy to take money from us without providing us what was promised, a working printer. If we treated our clients how they've treated us, we would be out of business! Trash value, trash service, trash machine. They've replaced the drum now 5 times (the new one being delivered Monday), and it never stays fixed. We send legal documents to the state and to our clients and cannot do so with the printer messing up every single scan. On top of that, the "base" sold to us with the printer came in an entire year later and couldn't be installed due lack of knowledge from those delivering it and then due to missing a part.... It's not worth the money they collect. This has been a huge hassle all to be told the only way out of our contract is to buy the piece of crap machine they leased us THAT DOESN'T WORK. I wish if I knew about this company before I would've saved my self from being stressed dealing with other companies. I worked closely with Justin Dorsey he is the best you can ever deal with. I called him to help me find a machine. it was urgent as my machine was down and within the next day pacific office truck was in front of my shop with a new machine and 3 technicians. within a couple of hours they set the machine up and I'm back in business! Not only that he actually helped me ship back the old machine to the previous company, finalize all paper work for me and shipped the machine back with a very reasonable rate. I'm working with Justin on getting my second machine. I'm not looking any farther for any other company, they're truly the best I've worked with in the last 10 years in the printing business. Horrible customer service. We signed up for a maintenance plan. Our printer went down. We called them to come fix it. They came out and said they had to order a part and that they had concern because of some other issues with the equipment. They said they would call us and we have not heard anything for 3 days. We purchased a new printer 2 weeks ago and have not received it.. We have called our representative numerous times and have emailed him. No response. We currently have no copier. No response. Exceptionally and consistently poor customer service. TOO many incidents to name them individually

Will say anything to get you to sign up and once they do they own you for years to come. Among the lies their salesman told me: No 3rd Party Lender involved; I would only be dealing with POA; No charges for return of copier at end of lease. Pay no attention to the low prices they quote you as you will always pay more due to usage. On top of everything they never provided me with a finalized copy of the leasing contract despite requests to have it sent to me. I registered my complaints with POA soon after starting contract and while apologetic did little to nothing to make it up to me and certainly would not cancel the contract. On top of that the machine they supplied me started to break down on a regular basis, sometimes for several weeks at a time with no offer of a loaner machine to take its place. After Lease was up POA offered $150.00 to negotiate with them on a new lease and to cover the copier return costs based on their salesman's representation. POA's 3rd party lender wanted over $500 to ship from Nor Cal to So Cal = Complete rip off. Was then left on my own to try and find a shipper and was able to at least get it down to $325.00 but that was another hidden cost they once I was able to get out of my existing. Then POA once again failed me by not sending the $150.00 and then stropped responding to my emails. POA= POS Go read the stories from employees on Indeed (esp from the salesmen) and they will tell you how POA's pay structure is geared to force salesmen to get you on a contract no matter what. They scam their own employees. Just a disgusting company. I wish I had done more research before signing on with POA but I had to learn the hard way. Learn from me and don't waste your time, money or happiness with these rip-off artists. You may pay a bit more at other copier leasing companies but they will at least be straight up with you and will treat you well. read more

Because Justin Dorsey has been SO amazing in providing exceptional customer service, we also recently signed contracts for a new stamp machine and phone lines, as well as purchasing new phones through them. Time and time again he goes above and beyond to help us out with any questions and/or concerns that we have. The techs who show are up nice and professional. No complaints there. I have reordered toner and the correct toner shows up in a reasonable period of time. No complaints there. So why, then, does it take 1,2,3,4,5,6 phone calls, 3 emails, to contact someone about billing? Why does our contracted rate vary so much? Why, when I try to contact someone about it, can I not even get through to anyone....ever? I finally got through to Phelicia who was really helpful. However my company has called them back here around 5 times since then. And the techs that have shown up have been here with a complete tool set of their own. I found this company when our office was finding a more cost effective way to handle our printing needs. Did some research and POA seemed very promising. I called them and was assigned to a Sales Manager. Of course, initially, he was on top of his game, answered all my questions, phone calls, even text messages. He got us to turn around and have a signed contract within days. After signing the contract, that's when it all started to go downhill. Calls were not answered, questions were passed on to different people, we needed guidance on some technical stuff and he just passed it along with no follow up whatsoever. Basically, after he got our business, he was done being attentive. Having a tech come out is also a herculean feat! But, nothing compares to their supplies representative. So far, she's always gotten our orders wrong. Promises to deliver at a certain date, but doesn't push through, sometimes emails are unanswered. And then there's the billing department, we've set up our account for auto debit several times, but no, we still get invoiced every single time even though we call them and tell them we want to go paperless. I want to express my pleasure at the above and beyond service I have been receiving from your company. Last week I was deep into a very large project when I discovered someone had used the last black toner. I called Katelyn after 4:00 with my emergency. She was sympathetic and let me know that the last shipments for ground and overnight had already gone out. She went to find out about a courier cost for me. Moments later she called back to say that one of the warehouse employees said that he would stop by FedEx on his way home and drop my package. What a life saver. I got the toner the next morning and was able to carry on the project. Way to go Katelyn! It's nice to see people really caring and trying to help. I can't thank her enough. In 5 days, I ran almost 6 cases of paper through our copier, nearly error free, and then there was an internal error which required a service call. I was able to get same day service and get it going again. Farron is a great technician. When he was here he saw how large the project I was working on was. He cared enough to call back the next day to see if everything was going ok. Again, showing that extra level of service. Yesterday the project was completed and shipped. This is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a wi-fi router for my computer in Sept. 2015. I made 2 calls and was told each time I would receive it in 5 days. Needless to say that never happened. I have made numerous calls and no on answers the phone. Finally I went to tech. support and they transfered me to customer service. After holding the line for 45 min I finally talked to a rep. They told me they would return my money. It is now March 18, 2016 and I still don't have my money. I called today and had to go thru tech support but I waited 28 minutes for someone to answer. Now they have transfered me back to customer support and I have now been waiting on line mins so far 43sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss?and no one has taken my call. I went in for an interview with these guys and they made me do one in-person interview, then go on a day long excursion doing cold-calling and then they finally had a last interview where they told me that the base salary they advertised on the add was not what was offered. It's actually a recoverable draw...like a loan that they provide. You then have to pay back the money they loaned you using commissions. The manager was trying to tell me how this was a salary. While on the cold calling excursion, I learned that pulling the classic bait and switch is a normal business practice for this company. read more

This company's customer service is the absolute worst. The receptionist always mumbles her name so you don't catch it and the supervisor Ray Martinez NEVER returns any voice messages left for him. I don't think their technicians can even get a hold of this guy. They make up lies about parts needed to fix your copier and always claim they don't know when the part will be in. When they do give you a loaner machine to hold you over while your copier is being serviced, they don't set it up properly and conveniently forget crucial parts of your old machine such as fax modules. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS company as you can. They have since moved to the 925 area code and are no longer at this Alameda location. The one saving grace for this company is the level of service you get from their technicians. Outside of that their sales reps, receptionist, and their so called "manager" are all horrible people to work with. read more
