We had to move in a pinch to a first floor apartment. The Epic organization found one in Edmonds. Andrea and Daniele were more than accommodating ! They welcomed our transfer, answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were home. Their personable approach to our crisis and excellent customer service skills eased this move tenfold. the apartment is quiet, convenient to all the amenities and our cat is loving all the dogs being walked as they go by our windows. read more

** IMPORTANT** Lived here for a year and immediately had issues that were ignored from the start. One single lady harassing the whole first floor of our building, cussing people out, spraying perfumes in the CRACK OF DOORS of someone with a auto immune disease and anyone's who had animals in their home. Leasing will not take care of this issue and is still ongoing. This neighbor will stand outside her door for hours (She is the hallway monitor!!) so if you want just the smallest bit of privacy, look elsewhere! GET A RING CAMERA. This camera had saved us and provided everything we needed to contact corporate to actually have our issues taken care of. The leasing office will not do ANYTHING unless you magically have video proof and when you do they get annoyed they actually have to do something about it! The grass and apartments are Flea infested as soon as the summer months start to come around and it does not get handled. Apartments are infested with black mold in window seals, slider doors, on the corner of wall and carpets. (They will just paint over mold and disregard how sick it makes you and your dog) a solid 4 months I was being harassed and threatened by someone who was not suppose to be in those apartments. With MANY emails and phone calls to the leasing office they told my fiancé they would come talk to me after a certain incident but since our apartment overlooked the parking lot I was able to watch them close up the office and leave about 2 minutes before 6 pm and 15 minutes after the phone call where they were suppose to come talk to me personally. The leasing office is not professional when it comes to any type of issue in the apartments and will wait months to even address something. After bringing issues to their attention we notice a HUGE shift in attitude towards us and it made the living situation very hostile for the whole term of our lease. I highly recommend going to corporate with any concerns or just overall finding a better apartment. It won't be hard. read more

My husband and I lived here for 3 months after moving from North Carolina to Washington while looking for a house to buy (the housing market here is CRAZY by the way). It can be difficult moving across the country to find an apartment on short notice for 3 month lease and decent rent but Pacific Park absolutely made it easy for us. They fit our situation like a glove. All pros and cons: I will start by saying that we did run into issues; not with the apartment or management but with neighbors and crime. Our car was broken into in the middle of the night. We weren't surprised because the parking lot wasn't very well lit and Washington in general seems to be infested with crime. My suggestion to Pacific Park would be to look into getting a gate or at least light the parking lot better. We also had a annoying incident with a neighbor that shined a flashing light into peoples cars and into our apartment windows. This caused the resident below us to confront the guy and of course loud shouting and swearing went on for an hour, cops were called and management finally shut it down after a few days of it happening every night for 3 nights. Thank you management. The last problem we had was a neighbor down the hall that smoked heavily indoors every single day. The overwhelming smell of cigarettes and weed made its way into our apartment constantly and it was worrying for me because I have a one year old baby. That was an ongoing problem from the day we arrived until we moved out today. I'm sure not every floor or building has this problem though but building D floor 2 certainly did. Now for all the good things: We loved management. They are quick to solve problems in a kind and efficient way (other than the smoker in our building). Every single employee we encountered at Pacific Park was amazing: the maintenance guys, cleaning lady, temporary construction workers and management. They were outstanding, friendly and competent in every way. The grounds are well maintained, the grass is green and the dog poop bags are always stocked up with trash cans nearby. Perfect for the doggo. The apartment we had looked newly updated, with beautiful flooring, a round shower curtain rod (honestly the best!) and a great kitchen. It felt like staying at a nice hotel. I loved staying here. Another bonus was that a local farmers market is down the street within walking distance. The location of this apartment is conveniently located right off Highway 99 just minutes from the freeway and plenty of great restaurants around. After 3 months of living here my overall experience was positive and I would absolutely recommend people to move in to Pacific Park. I can appreciate how great this apartment was compared to the previous apartment I lived in (in North Carolina) for over a year; that apartment was truly terrible so i'm glad to have had my apartment experience redeemed by living here. I have lived here for 1 year and 3 months so far. My experience with this complex has been wonderful so far. If I had any complaints, usually it would be dealt with quickly depending on how urgent I deem them to be. The staff and maintenance crew are all very kind as well. Easy billing as well. This area is also very convenient to stores and the complex itself is always being renovated to maintain a nice and clean environment for everyone. Very pet friendly as well. Its also very handicap accessible if you live on the first though. Overall great experience still. read more

I lived at Pacific Park for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The staff was always so helpful and welcoming. Any time an issue occurred, they sent someone up within literally 5 minutes. The complex was always kept nice and clean and has so many open parking spots available, it was literally never an issue for me or my guests! The other residents pretty much kept to themselves for the most part, never had any issues with noise or hearing anyone above/below my apartment. Im moving to another city and absolutely hate having to leave this place, i hope the next is as great as Pacific Park was! read more

I just came from filling out an application here at pacific park apartments and have to say I've never had a more pleasant experience looking for housing. Working with Teressa, I felt so accommodated and welcomed I could have moved right into the office. Ha! She was kind and compassionate and walked me through all the steps of getting settled and moved in. Her supervisor Kathy was there briefly and in those short moments she was also very kind. They were willing to work with me and my circumstances and the community seems so out together and inviting. I can see myself living here for a long while and can't wait to start my journey with yet another fabulous epic property. read more

My 21 year old child having lived there a year and a half. Having moved in with her bf who has resided there a total of 7 years. Both are in constant suffering of sinus & respitory issues. due to the black mold within their apartment. Their rotted carpet & shear lack of maintenance required by law of all Washington state rentals being ignored, denied or refused by property maintenance & management. Meanwhile management continues to raise the rent. Refuses to give my child & her s/o, a new apartment without raising the rent. While the rent increases have more then sufficiently paid the difference. This GREED WILL SURELY INDUCE A LAWSUIT! I have lived here for a little over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the property. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. It is an older complex, yes, however it is very well-maintained. The grounds are well-kept and landscaped. Any time that I have ever had an issue with anything in my apartment, maintenance responds that same day (or if I put my request in after hours, the very next day). The ladies in the office are awesome and will go out of their way to help you. As a single gal, I feel safe with the secured entrances (I've never encountered a problem with anyone shady). I also have never had any issues with loud noises or disturbances. All-around great experience living here. read more

You better be sure to read through their stacks of legal documents and pick out every single nit in the first tour because they certainly like to screw you in any way possible. We planned to leave and didn't renew our lease, but because they insert some clause that automatically converts you to a month to month lease at a _higher_ rate, we were stuck paying for an empty apt for a month. Then they picked out random _pre-existing_ stuff in the apartment. It's was totally ridiculous. They are also part of Epic management, so I'd suggest staying away from ALL of their properties. They have a very pet friendly policy, but in the future, I'd rather just pay a substantially higher fee somewhere else to avoid them. I'd still come out ahead economically considering how much they screwed us over. read more

If you're a single lady or a dude that is looking for great studio deals, I would recommend this place. I've lived there for a year for $668 for a studio that included free parking spaces and secured entrances. The managements pretty friendly and professional and with maintenance being available at most times. Even though it can get loud during day time when kids are out of school, but at night time it is pretty quiet. Also, there is a small area in your backyard where you could walk your dog around. I've felt pretty safe living here and would recommend students or single ladies to move into these neat apartments. read more

I toured the property yesterday with a very accommodating, friendly woman. I called back today for some more information and the woman that answered was extremely rude and condescending. A complete 180 from the woman I interacted with yesterday (who I was informed was "just a floater" and therefore unable to reach to confirm details). I have crossed them off my list. If this woman is going to treat me so badly when I am still considering them, I can't imagine how difficult she would be once I was living there. read more

I wish I had wait for one month to get the better apartment other place but unfortunately I had to move soon so I got this small stupid apartment with too much rent for one bedroom lots of restrictions fire alarm gets on all the time for no reason, no maintenance on time, they did not setup the code to enter the main door for my guests for two months, I had to go all the way down to open the door for my guests. can't have fitness bicycle in the patio, inside apartment is so small don't have much room for anything and I got call other day said you have a package to pick up by 6pm today and I have been so busy lately so I went to pick up my package next day in my very busy time and they said sorry we made a mistake you don't have any package to pickup.THIS IS RIDICULOUS. This place is a fucking mess!!!! Do not give them any money. They told me I was all set to move in, I drive 5 days across the country and when I get there they say nevermind it's not going to work. They behaved very unprofessional. They said all my documents were fine and then would come back and say wait no they are not we need something else modified. Katie and Teresa were constantly blaming the upper ladder and people at corporate for "making" them carry out strict policies. They took no ownership of their actions. They discriminated again me and my ESA because he was a restricted breed. Only one of our dogs was required to do a pet interview and they made the other one who was under immense stress after the move come into a crowded office. They said he was acting inappropriate when he should not have even been required to be in the office at all. Katie and Teresa have a disconnect and lack of communication. They will act like they want to help you when they really could care less and put you through unnecessary obsticles. Waste of time!!! Huge MOLD health hazard around the windows/ patio doors, and even under the carpet near the patio door in my case. Beware if you have children, pets, or are elderly. This place is the definition of two-faced with a tinge of shady car dealership added in. They had me add another person to my lease to meet their requirements and, despite knowing that person didn't even live in this state they still charged double utilities and never told me. They also charge your deposit for normal wear and tear(such as painting over that mold to hide it) when you move out and don't itemize the list of charges except dividing cleaning and repairs, both of which are illegal in this state. I was also charged a 'deodorize' fee on a bill that was dated nearly a month before I moved out meaning they either have a time machine or always charge it which puts it in the category of 'nonrefundable' deposit which is also legally required to be mentioned in the lease(and it isnt). I called their manager three times, leaving one voicemail, to discuss all these issues but never received a call back because my lease was over and at that point they stopped even pretending to care. To top everything off, they wrote the check for what was left of my deposit to both me and that cosigner whom they knew lived out of state so that I cant cash it since we both have to be present to cash it. When I called their office to ask them to write it to just me they were Very rude, blamed me, and refused to work with me saying it was illegal to do so even though the law is very clear that all they'd need was written permission from the other person..and most places are fine with verbal permission. read more

I lived at Pacific Park for a year and the only reason I moved was to be closer to work. The apartments themselves are well maintained and have updated bathroom and kitchen fixtures (I miss the kitchen at PP!). The 2 bds have a lot of storage and are well laid out. Laundry is shared, but each building has it's own laundry room with large front loading washers/dryers and are open 24/7 - nice to be able to do late night weekend laundry and not wait for machines. The grounds are well kept and spacious, my two year old loved having plenty of room to run. Pool is always clean and accessible with nice furniture and tables in the Summer. Management is professional and courteous. The negative reviews here seem to be based on anecdotal personal experiences and not on the overall apartment/property itself. I've never had issues doing laundry, paying my rent (what a joke to expect an extension because the website is down. There's a drop box for checks or money orders. That's bogus!), or been harassed. I also like the fact the buildings are secure for peace of mind. Overall I was very happy with PP and would recommend them to any of my friends or family. read more

I have lived here for over a year and everything was fine until a few months ago. They had an office manager that was amazing, and for whatever reason she is no longer around. They hired two new people and they are rude and condescending. I have received numerous "policy changes" on my door, including some they aren't even lawfully allowed to enforce. Customer service is awful. Have a package? Good luck. Need to do laundry? Sorry not today. Have to take your dog outside to go to the bathroom, get harassed. Come home need somewhere to park? No spots available! Get home late from work and want to take out your trash? Sorry, they lock the dumpster early. It's a weekend and you need to pay your rent online? Oh no! Website is down...ask office staff if they can give you a break because THEY'RE website was down? Nope, get a $100 late fee. Unless you like rude office managers and apartments that smell like pot and noisy streets and car detailing place next door and getting your car broken into... Do yourself a favor, never live here and never recommend this place to anyone. Let's force this awful place out of business. read more
