They were coming from Manhattan so they would meet us at the restaurant. I researched mass transit and driving options. I don't know Newark and was trying to be cautious. I finally decided this parking and the timing and be able to walk to the arena was the best way to do it. We entered the parking structure on Somerset St, where it's like part of the Westin. The area is gentrified. The restaurant was a 2 minute walk. Red Bull Arena was less then 10 minutes to walk to. It cost $15 to park for 4 hours. Saved $5 not parking at the arena. I Would definitely park here again if I was in the area for something.

My booking was made for a lot that was on the Philly side of Newark, but for some reason, the week of my trip, that lot was no longer available. The service I used automatically "upgraded" (their words, and certainly not mine) me to this LAZ lot. While I fully hold way.com responsible for this flop, the lot itself has some quirks that my fellow Yelpers should know about. First of all, when we arrived, we were frightened to see a completely full lot. We found an attendant in a booth that asked for our confirmation and directed us a bit down the road to a larger lot. Crisis averted, or so we thought. We were told that we could request an airport shuttle up to 60 minutes in advance, so we did send a text to the number provided. Sadly, no one responded. We parked and then went back to our friend, the parking attendant to ask about the shuttle. He shared that it runs every 50 minutes. 50!!! Not 15! We were already cutting it close, so we called an uber and left. There were many other cars parked in some pretty reckless ways. It felt like a mission to get the car into a spot safely. The area itself is not one I'd want to hang around to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle. The other reviews here make it pretty clear that this one is worth avoiding at all costs.

This place is trash, the people that work there are trash, and your car will most likely get broken into or messed with in some way- do yourself a favor and walk another 10 feet to the Urby or anyone of the other safer lots nearby.

We were so late we missed half of the game because we were sent on this wild goose chase. Meanwhile, I already paid to RESERVE a spot in the lot a block from the stadium. Every garage they sent us to was farther away and they still would not park us. Why would you offer the reservation at a specific lot if you're just going to give my spot away? We wasted so much time trying to use Edison.... I would never use again or recommend to anyone trying to make it to an event on time. Bad way to run a business. Very unprofessional.

I visited the online app to reserve my parking space so that I may visit the Prudential center for a graduation. The steep $40 parking was crazy but I understand there are not many places to park in the area. This location was directly across the street from the Prudential Center which is the home to the Devils Hockey Team. There are a few small lots in the area so I pulled in the wrong lot at first. They need better signage with the address on it. The staff was very friendly. When it was time to retrieve my car they did not make me wait long. I would definitely use them in the future.

Seats were comfortable and the sound was good, for the most part. Although it wasn't an issue for us, I could imagine that seeing the artists properly could be difficult for patrons seated higher up. We were puzzled at why the (only one btw) screen above the stage had promotion for the company bringing the show and other visuals rather than showing the performers so that those farther away could have a better view. It's understood that this may have been a choice by the folks putting on the event. However, the venue is large enough that more than one screen could be helpful-then one could have whatever promotion or visuals the artist or supporting team favors and the other(s) could show the performance. There were also a couple instances of mic screech, but not a big deal. Of course food/drinks were event priced and the parking lots in the area were $30-$40, again event priced. But, there are a variety of dining options in close proximity, and it's a short walk to NJ transit. The crowd at our concert was good vibes, and the staff we encountered were all cool and helpful.

NJ Devils vs. Ottawa Senators was a great game.
