When I landed at the Newark airport this afternoon, it was extremely cold and windy (it was about 15 degrees F). I called them---I was told the shuttle would be there within 5 minutes. When the shuttle didn't come even after I waited in the freezing cold for 15 min, I called them and the shuttle came within 1 min. I asked the driver---he said he was given confusing direction. When I reached their lot, I asked about the delay. The guy asked back "how long did it take for you to come here from the airport?" I said 10-15 min. He said "Then why are you complaining about?" I said I am complaining because he himself said earlier that the shuttle would be there in 5 min and because it was very cold. He won't listen---he kept saying that it takes 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to go from the parking lot to airport. After a bit, he told me "Don't park here no more." I am very shocked at this experience. Probably they had a change of ownership. I will park elsewhere in future. If you are reading this, please consider doing the same. They have a sign inside saying that customers can get a discount next time for leaving a 5-star review on Google.

Used a parking app to book , when I arrived at the lot they told me they are not linked to the app so I would have to pay them. Ended up being charged double, once on parking app, once when I came back to get my car. Shuttle to pick me up when I arrived never came after 40 minutes, had to take taxi to the lot at personal expense. Waited 40+ minutes to get my car AFTER paying the costs. Was told repeatedly "we only have 2 people working". That is not my problem, that's YOUR problem. Worst parking experience ever. Bordered on illegal how they kept my car and would not let me leave after I paid.

In the vast majority of cases on my return trips, my car is wating for me by the time I arrive at the facility. Pre-payment of fees provides an additional discount. I have a very nice car and I feel much safer leaving it at SNAP than parking at the airport. Also, their point system permits me to earn points for free parking. I will continue to use SNAP.

I was still standing there at 12:45 so I called the number in the card to find out if the shuttle was coming at 1:00 because it didn't come at 12:30. The man was rude, asked me rhetorical questions, and I even said " Excuse me, are you serious?!?". 100% unnecessary, and unacceptable behavior for a service. Long story short, spend the money in any lot but this one because dispatch or the office is rude and disrespectful.

They have a shuttle that comes every half hour that takes you to your terminal for free (they do a loop through the airport), and a staffed, secure parking lot. We didn't have any issues getting in thankfully, and no issues getting to the airport via the shuttle. Our driver was friendly and helped with the bags. On the way back, we arrived after hours so called after we got our bags from the carousel and the instructions on the card they gave were pretty straight forward and simple to follow. The shuttle driver arrived pretty quickly and we got back to the lot and back out in a short time. Definitely way better than paying a ton for ubers/cabs both ways, and gave me the flexibility to leave right when I wanted to when I got back after hours. Very convenient service and I'll definitely use them again.
