You can take the streetcar to get to the stop, cross the street, then hop on the tram (roundtrip). It was about $8 roundtrip for adults. We bought the tickets and boarded the car from upper level, entrance right next to OHSU Hospital. Ticket prices were $9 for round trip. The tram was really popular for locals, especially for the employees working at the hospital. The upper terminal had multiple lookout spots to see the city skyline and also up close watching the tram heading to the lower terminal. As we started heading down the hill, we saw stunning view of the city's greenery, houses, buildings and Willamette river. In the horizon, we could also see the snowy Mount Hood. The ride was about 5 minutes. At lower level, everyone had to exit the lower level terminal. Then we used our round trip ticket to enter the terminal again and board the same car. At the lower terminal, there was a huge parking stand for bicycles. Trip from lower to upper terminal was little longer, took about 8-9 minutes. Being a sunny bright day, we absolutely loved the short round trip for such a decent price.

But in actuality, none of those methods will get you to a person nor a person who can help you. Can't reach anyone to tell them the exit door doesn't latch, the stairwell is full of litter, the only exit door is glued shut--you get the idea. None of the emergency nos work. Even the janitor can't access the stairs because once in he can't get out. --- here's the latest: Got trapped in the parking garage stairwell this morning with no way to get out. I use a fob to raise open the big steel garage door at street level. I drive up the ramp and park. I lock my car and walk a few parking spots over to the stairway. The steel exit door has a pushbar. I walk down a flight of stairs and exit out on to the street. But today, the street exit door was locked and no amount of force opened it. I walked back up the stairs but the exit door I'd just come through after parking my car is always locked from the stairwell side so that no one can *enter* the parking garage *from the stairway*. So can't get out the door onto the street and can't get back into the garage area. Made a few calls and sent some text messages. Called City Center Parking, got someone maybe in Canada (they asked me which province I was calling from) and when they said they had no phone numbers for anyone, I hung up. Their recorded greeting did say: "Cursing, swearing, or vulgar name calling will not be tolerated by our phone agents". Eventually my coworker got me out. The Risk guys at my office called the Fire Marshall and the Fire Marshall cited and fined CCParking. What a morning! All before coffee or brkfst. I have more stories about City Center Parking I could tell ya but this is long enough. Good thing my phone was fully charged and I didn't have to potty. PS: when a company's recorded greeting has to state the warning above, you know you're dealing with a shit organization.

I went to park and they had locked the lot and turned it into a tent city for the homeless. That is their prerogative to do what they want with their property, but they kept charging us customers for a service we could not access. To top it off, they charge the rest of the month, PLUS another when you cancel and they won't issue any refund for the charges applied while I had no parking access. It blows me away that the city of Portland let's this sham of a business operate, much less give them exclusive permissions.

I use a ride share app myself but for my client's first ride alone I opted to call Radio Cab because it is what the concierge at her community uses. The Radio Cab dispatcher was laughably rude. He angrily refused to give a driver ETA "I have no way of knowing! I don't want to lie to you." I explained that my client was a sight impaired senior citizen and told the dispatcher that she was anxious. He responded with another impatient retort. After waiting with her and her dog for one hour I gave up and installed Lyft on her phone. Nine minutes later a kind driver appeared in a beautiful, spotless, well air conditioned (it was 90 degrees outside) car. My client's Radio Cab arrived 45 minutes later, almost 2 hours after I called. Two weeks ago I received a frantic call from a resident at the same facility who was stranded at her bank after waiting over an hour for her Radio Cab. I was with another client so she had to be rescued my the community's medical transport car. How is Radio Cab still in business? Starting tomorrow, I will be helping residents install the Lyft app and giving one on one instructions to help them become comfortable with this far superior option.

I called dispatch and was told the driver considered me a no show. The dispatcher then said they'd send another cab but they never did and would not answer the phone when I called. They stood me up two more times when I was stuck downtown, one time late at night. I now realize they 86'd me without bothering to say so, preferring to leave me stranded and waiting. How vindictive and passive-aggressive! I will definitely get the word out to boycott this company and I intend to report Radio Cab to the Better Business Bureau. This happened in Portland, Oregon, not San Francisco.

He was very helpful in setting up my schedule. After the times were nailed down, I felt confident that he would take care of me. A couple weeks after making my schedule, I needed to change the time: no problem! I was picked up right on time, the driver was very nice, opened my door and took my bags. Told me where I'd be picked up, but I didn't quite know what he was talking about, lol! (the airport is a lot different from the last time I went there.) On the way back, Sam contacted me with a courtesy reminder while I was still in transit. I was very grateful for the reminder as I was totally exhausted. I asked at that time, "if i can get an earlier flight, will that work for you?" he says, "yes." **PLEASE NOTE: Twice I've made a plan and later asked to change it; the second time, my request was last minute. He hopped out and grabbed my stuff. (I am sure I looked pretty wilted.) Saib was easy to chat with and friendly...I enjoyed having him as my driver.
