Hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with the main courtyard on the first floor open to the rooms rising up several stories. Happy hour and some breakfast busy times can be a little noisy as we were on the second floor, but it wasn't anything that was unbearable. In addition, there's a mall nearby and a Target store across the street if you need to pick up other snacks or maybe something you forgot to pack. I called Choice Hotels "customer service" and they couldn't care less. I will never never never stay at a Choice Hotel again. PS, they are also LIARS. People diving constantly although it's prohibited. My other guests had to switch rooms because it wasn't functional. They got a "new" room that rarely had hot water or wasn't working. They also had their key card to the room accidentally revoked and couldn't get in until they were able hunt down the staff. They then seemed puzzled that they reserved a room for two nights instead of one. They were promised a credit due to the MANY issues they faced and when it was time to check out, they had no clue what they were talking about. By the way - this is only a fraction of their horrible experience. Ridiculous!
