    Cedar Plank Chinook Salmon

Had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Wilsonville recently. This was my 2nd time staying at this property and it didn't disappoint! Assistant GM Amy S. went way above and beyond to ensure not only a pleasant visit, but a wonderful Customer experience (even some of my "local Family" got a room for the weekend)! The Deluxe King Room offers plenty of space (Suite like), and the Parkway Grill is fantastic with broad menu offerings whether breakfast, lunch, Happy Hour or dinner (see photo of the Cedar Plank Chinook Salmon - delicious!). If you're looking for a clean, well run, well appointed hotel in the area, you can't go wrong with this property!

This is by far the best Hilton Garden Inn in the country. Their restaurant serves incredible food, and the rooms are comfortable, modern and spacious. After our first night stay I rebooked the hotel for another 5 days stay in a few weeks. The hotel general Melizza is a gem when it comes to understanding hospitality, and customer care. The chef in the restaurant even checked in on us asking about our food. The hotel is conveniently located along the freeway and doesn't get interference from bypassing traffic. The pool was clean, the gym is spacious, and they have a beautiful outdoor patio with a basketball court. Especially nice when traveling with children.

Even though the parking lot is full, we managed to get a front spot at 6pm. Front desk agent friendly and welcoming. The entrance is very clean and bright. The reception desk is lite up and lets you know "here I am". The store is fully stocked! Waaaaay better than most hotels!!!! There's a lobby area in the entrance portion and another beyond the separation.....the breakfast/bar area is appealing and looks like a bar/restaurant. Coming out of the elevator on the 2nd floor the smell was so good that I commented to hubby out loud!!!! The room is very minimal and basic, but clean. The most exciting thing about room 209 is the shower (which is the same in most Hiltons) and the tile behind the microwave. Unfortunately, there is not a poop fan.

Very clean, huge room with a massive shower and comfy beds, mostly friendly staff, and very decent breakfast. It's also near the town of Aurora which is historic and known for its numerous antique stores so it was a little bonus - fun to explore on my last day. I'm a Diamond member and often stay at Best Westerns - this location is a solid choice for short stays. Since I had a later flight, I asked for a late checkout and they accommodated me immediately without issue for a 1pm checkout. I booked online via my account and chose one of their "larger" two-queen bedrooms and it was definitely very roomy. It has two comfy, soft queen beds and great pillows; a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and Keurig; desk, seating area, dresser, TV and two nightstands; very large bathroom with huge shower - all super clean and lots of counter space. I was totally comfortable here. I was on a floor that's a few steps down from "ground level" so I had a smaller half-window sort of bc it's partially underground I think. But it looked out onto the green space/forested area behind the hotel - was somewhat peaceful. But bc it's so close to the highway you always hear lots of traffic noise - but I honestly only noticed it during the day - it was very quiet at night and I slept well. I loved the shower - it was so big and had lovely decorative tiles with a nice shower head and excellent water pressure. The water gets hot very fast and everything was so clean - no complaints about the bathroom! They have a large breakfast space that has sunroom style windows which make for lovely views while you eat. They had a decent variety of breakfast items - 2 styles of eggs (scrambled & veggie/cheese omelette), sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cereal, waffle making station and various other cold items. It was good - best hotel breakfast I experienced on this trip. I'm taking away a star bc of the room location they gave me. Their elevator was out of service and the workmen started working on it BEFORE 7 am the day I was leaving. When I checked in, they told me the elevator had been out of service for several weeks - so this is something they were well aware of and they put me in the room right next to the elevator. I was already up and about so it didn't wake me up. But all I could hear for the rest of the day was drills, hammers, loud talking, some shouting - basically a bunch of construction-site noise lol. They really shouldn't be putting anyone in those rooms with all that going on. Also - they didn't tell me before my stay that their elevator was out of service. Not a problem for me, but could be a huge issue for someone with a disability so be aware. That being said - many of the staff I encountered were very warm and friendly! A few seemed like they really didn't want to be there but most were happy and welcoming. They have a very large parking lot and are conveniently located right next to I-5 - about 30 minutes south of PDX. I'd definitely consider staying again.

Get your inspection before you leave Hotel is one block away from Bullwinkles, so booked for convenience. It's not a Days Inn it is a Quality Inn & Suites at time of this review Very pleasant young man checked us in I was a little weirded out about the fact he said he was charging my card $100 for damages. To be returned at check out and inspection of room. Inspection did not take place upon check out. We packed our own blankets to sleep on and under. The phone was missing the desk drawer was missing. I had to scrub the bathtub before I could give the baby a bath I was on the second floor no idea the windows opened, I ran the A/C. The room could've used a good scrubbing, but it was just to sleep. I noticed I was charged for my room and the $100 upon check in. I then proceeded to watch my account the following day. 100% was refunded including room charge. I tried to call hotel but manager was out. I noticed the next day the charge has been reapplied including the $100. I called the hotel to discover they charged me for damages to the room. What damages I ask, and was told "writing on the screen" wait huh? The windows open? "Oh yes ma'am they do! It might not have been done during your stay. But the maid took pictures so it's billed to you" WTF? I ask how many people actually get their $100 back, and was told sometimes. But more often they charge additional to the $100. I do not know what you have to use to write in a screen that costs $100 to clean. I do know that nobody in my room wrote on the screen, as stated I had no idea the windows opened. The manager is off today, as his wife had to have surgery. The lady working the desk said she'd get back to me. Regardless of the outcome of me getting my money back, others should be aware. Add that $100 to the price of your room, you're probably not getting it back. We left our bottles and cans nicely for the housekeeper, so she didn't have to dig in the garbage. The towels were nicely stacked in the clean tub. Nothing left on floor counters or sink. If you stay take before and after pictures of every spot in the room. Seriously every spot. I will come back and update this post once resolved

I told her I would check my account and get back to her! Well she had accidentally charged my card twice and when I asked if she could fix it she told me she needed to wait for the manager to get in! When I checked out I went to her and it still hadn't been fixed! NO MANAGER again! I called again around 4:00 and the young man at the desk could see that my card was charged twice but was told by his manager that she only saw that my card had been charged $128!! My card was charged a total of $328 for a one night stay! Way over priced and lack of good management! This shouldn't happen to people and the fact that the manager wouldn't help fix it makes the situation worse!! The condition of the room was disgusting! Dog hair all over the floor, broken toilet seat and the room smelt like cigarettes and mold! $328 to stay in a dump!! Very frustrating... Poor customer service and dirty rooms

There was no food, and none of the kitchen staff were around. I was tired of standing there and tried to ask for help, but there was no one. I went to the hotel reception and told them there was no food, and they said, "I'm sorry, I don't know what to do." So I went back to my room disappointed and without breakfast. This is absolutely not either. They should tell us before we picked the reservation. They lied to me over the phone saying we have a breakfast. I will never ever come to this garbage hotels again I already know Quality INN is not a good hotel to stay I do have a bad experience with them before but the company they make the reservation for me. It wasn't my choice. Make no mistake again to come back to this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 months while I was helping my mother move/buy/build in Oregon. From such a…read morelong stay, I can give you a fairly accurate description of how things are run at this location. 1. The Noise. Every time anyone opens a door anywhere in this building the door to your room will rattle. And I don't just mean rattle, I mean 'shake like there's a storm in Kansas outside.' 2. The Breakfast. As others have stated, no actual breakfast to speak to. Unless you count bread and bananas (only sometimes). They're always out of everything no eggs, no refills, no waffle batter unless you ask. Also, unlike every other hotel/motel on earth, they refuse to allow you to take food to your room. 3. The Building. The pool pump and heater were broken for about a month. The coin laundry (1 washer and 1 dryer) was also broken the entire time. There were 2 false fire alarms that had everyone clear their rooms and wait in the lobby. And there was a dangerous situation when they admitted a couple with pitbulls who camped in the parking lot during the day. 4. The Staff. I could talk about the utter lack of courtesy and service, but I'll limit my complaint to 2 employees only: Daniella and Mariah. Near the end of my stay, I spoke to Daniella. I asked if it was okay for me to leave my things in my room because I had to leave for 48 hours to avoid residency. (I had already booked another month at this location.) I was told that yes, it was okay for me to leave my things. I was told that the staff had done this sort of thing before. No problem. On the day of my departure. As I was at the door to leave, no less, Daniella asks me if my things are still in the room. I told her yes, they were. She immediately calls her boss, the hotel 'director' Mariah, then she and Mariah demand that I vacate immediately and remove all of my belongings, because this is 'hotel policy.' I tried to explain that I had already stayed here for almost 2 months and I was booked to spend another month; that I had been a clean and quiet tenant that entire time; and that I had spent over $5000 dollars at this location alone. No matter. I had 2 hours to vacate at the last minute, meaning I had to HURRY. This disrupted everything, as you can imagine. 5. Conclusion (TLDR). My stay was RUINED by DANIELLA and MARIAH. If the actual owner of this location is reading this, I asked Mariah repeatedly to talk to you, but she stubbornly refused. (I felt used, like they had my money, so no more pretence, get out.) So, if Hell froze over, and nuclear fallout made the rest of the planet uninhabitable, I might consider staying here again. But only if. P.S. There was 1 GOOD thing about my stay here: JAMES. A young man at the front desk who couldn't do enough for us. His service was the only reason I decided to stay a second month. In 20 years of staying at hotels, he stands out as one of the best hotel employees I've ever encountered. And they had this boy doing EVERYTHING: maintenance repairs himself, handling complaints, working double shifts on all special events, even folding the laundry! If he weren't working at this hotel I'd hire him myself.
