Wow. Highly recommend Glenn and his crew. Professional, well done. Looks new. Cleaned up well after. Great price! On time and hard workers! Wish I had done this years ago .. first sand blast in 16 years and it needed it !

I bought my house that was a rental for many years. 15 years of neglect and not only was my pool unsightly the tile was gross. This company cleaned my pool tiles and boy what a difference! Yes I need to retile and plaster my pool, but until then I have a nicer looking pool!

    Before tile cleaning.

Dave is a true professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. He was punctual, provided quality work, cleaned-up the surrounding area afterwards and left it spotless. In addition, after the work was complete he was very thorough while providing instructions for once the tile sealer dried. I highly recommend!!!

Since replacing the tile on my outdated pool is not an option at the moment I was recommended to have my tile professionally cleaned, after searching online & getting multiple quotes I went with Pacific tile cleaners because not only did I feel the most comfortable with they also had the best rates, and all I can say is WOW!!!!! Glen and his team came and removed YEARS of calcium buildup in just a few hours! My old and outdated pool looks fabulous and ready for summer. Thanks Glen!

Here is a chunk of my pebble tec from underneath the deck, sitting on an area that Matt did poorly. Notice the difference in color.

Warning: Matt Allen is NOT a licensed contractor. I had Matt out a couple of years ago to clean the waterline of my pebble tec pool. I didn't remember until after I called him again recently that I wasn't that thrilled with the job he did. I contacted him last week about doing a full acid wash of the pool. He's not a quick replier, but when he did get back to me he told me, "It's gonna be about $650+/- depending on how bad the staining is." He scheduled the job for yesterday (8/30/17) but came the night before to drain the pool. He had 4 helpers with him all dressed in respirators and long rubber boots, but Matt walked around pouring acid into the pool barefooted. When I confronted him about this later, he said it was because he only had enough boots for his workers. After 10 years in business??? He finished the job in a couple of hours and when he left, the pool was still wet and looked pretty good, although, he did nothing to the waterline. He said, "I'll have to come back another time and do the waterline for you." For an additional cost of course. When I asked him how much I owed him, he hemmed and hawed a little, apparently just guessing, and said, "$750." He said he had forgotten how deep my pool was and that we had a jacuzzi. But wait, he was just here the night before to drain the pool and saw the depth and the jacuzzi, so why didn't he adjust his estimate BEFORE he did the work??? I paid him and he went on his way. After a couple of hours of the pool drying in the sun, it was clear that they hadn't done a very good job; there were white patches all over the pool (see attached photos). I immediately texted him and sent him photos but I did not hear back from him for over 24 hours. When he finally replied he said he had answered my text (I got nothing) and that he had called me the night before (there was no messages from him). He proceeded to argue with me that he had done the job properly, and would then say, "I'm not going to argue with you." Well, he WAS arguing with me! I asked him if he was licensed with the Contractor's State License Board and he said he didn't need to be. However, I had just looked it up on the License Board website and it said that he was indeed supposed to be licensed with a D-35 Pool and Spa Maintenance license. California law requires that work over $500 be done by a LICENSED contractor and that contracts and change orders be in writing. Matt is not licensed, and did not give me a written contract or a change order when he changed the price after the fact. He ended up telling me that he was too busy with other customers to deal with me. So, I'm sitting here in the final days of summer, not being able to use my pool. Matt was full of excuses even though he hadn't even bothered to come back and look at the job once the pool was dry. I told him I wanted a written response from him by noon today and I didn't get that, so I'm leaving this review to warn potential customers about him and his work ethic.

Glen did a fantastic job removing all of the calcium build-up. Pool tile looks brand new. Can't wait for summer! I highly recommend Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning .

I recently used Pacific Pool Tile Cleaning and am very happy with their work. My pool hasn't looked this good since we first installed it. Their customer service was exceptional as I always got prompt a call or message back with any questions or concerns. Both Matt and Glenn were wonderful to work with I would definitely use them again.

As with any large project, there were a few issues that came up along the way. What impressed us most was how quickly and professionally they addressed our concerns. They took the time to make things right and ensured everything was completed to our standards, which we really appreciated. The finished pool looks fantastic, and we're very happy with the end result. Because of our positive experience, we've already referred them to friends and neighbors who are considering pool remodeling of their own. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for quality work and excellent customer service. It's hard to find a company that stands behind its work and truly cares about customer satisfaction, and this team did exactly that.

I had to replace the fountain pool filter & controller with the mainboard. He came right the next day morning and explained what was causing the issue. He was prompt to get the parts to finish the work. Luckily, he was able to get all the parts within 2-days. So, I was able to replace the parts on the 3rd day after the first price quote meeting. No dragging time. He sent all the photos of work that's been done. He is knowledgeable, clear, and professional. He checked the other parts that might have or cause an issue and let me know some tips to take care of a pool right way. He did more than what I asked for. Which is very thankful. He has a lot & long experience in this industry. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs help to fix or replace the parts for the pool.

Also he was able to source the equipment so I didn't have to buy online or pick it up. He also beat amazon prices. I will be calling Algaebusters for any of my pool needs.
