It's been a little while since I've gone to the Toco Hills location but this location seemed to have more black-owned vendor spaces (of course, I can only base this on the storefronts that had clear signage of the owner). My only complaint is that many items seem slightly overpriced. Like I passed over a few times that seemed about 20% too high.

Asked to speak to management, spoke with Nicholas A., he didn't know why the fabric hadn't been delivered, found out there was a delay. This began a continuous communication where I contacted him every two weeks, and he assured me it would be sent to me soon. In May (!) he said they found out there was an issue with the manufacturer, but although they couldn't understand why there was a delay, they would continue to work on it. In June I saw Ballard online was guaranteeing new shipments within 3 days, contacted Nicholas and he assured me my shipment would go out by June 18. It is now June 23 and my order is still "in process" and no shipping target. I love the fabric, but my open house has come and gone, my family has visited and left, and I still don't have the fabric for my new dining room chairs. An altogether disappointing experience

Found some beautiful bedding that I loved for my clients master bedroom. I spend a thousand dollars for a king coverlet and three euro shams. Leave there and purchase a 9x12 and an 8x10 rug to match. I then buy $900 lamps to match and a mirror for this space. I'm on the install today and they given me a queen/full coverlet. So I call-no king available-not today, not ever! So now I have everything purchased and in the space and the the center of the show gone! My sales assistant was very empathetic to my situation which is why I didn't give a one star but unfortunately empathy doesn't get the room done. So screwed, so disappointed and so not ever going back!

It started out with a small $25 purchase, and the extreme positive attitude overwhelmed me. Certainly when I spent hundreds of $ later, they were again as helpful as anyone could be. They held my purchases, and carefully wrapped them up for me to pick up with my own truck. The quality and forward thinking of their merchandise should be sought after for a contemporary and comfortable marketplace.

I was shopping for a client with midcentury taste who likes pieces with a story behind them, and this was the perfect stop. It's a great mix of time periods and style. I received help from various people working here, and all were kind and generous with their time, even as they let me circle the store for an hour figuring out which pieces I wanted to get. Milton, the new owner, and his partner Greg are the friendliest people one could hope to encounter when shopping in such a large warehouse-style shop. But PLEASE don't let the size of Interiors Market intimidate you. Like I said, Greg and Milton are wonderful, polite, and well informed about their craft. Any question I had was met with an enthusiastic response. The store has an incredible and eclectic selection of lighting, home decor, art, and furniture... and it all ranges from antique, to mid-century, right up to today's contemporary trends.
