Also, appreciated that both the designer who helped me with the product decisions and Phillip were responsive to me, always returning my calls quickly if they weren't available when I called. I replaced the current engineered wood floors for LVP, and update carpeting on the stairs of my split entry home. I did all the due diligence from price comparison and shopping the big box stores, requesting samples etc. When I just couldn't get excited about anything out there, I visited Alpha Rug. They are a local business, which I like a lot. I was not pressured to buy, they directed me to the areas which displayed SO MANY large format samples. With the help of Lauren, I narrowed down my options, took home the samples to see them in my home and lighting. She scheduled Gary to come measure the following week. Can't say enough about the quality of the installation. The teams were so respectful of my home, courteous and most important---professional. The work was perfect. I am pleased and pleasantly surprised but the owner, Shawn has provided an appropriate resolution to our rug issue. I am sure he was not aware of the manufacturing shortcomings. We have been coming here for years and will continue to come back. Not often do you have a store that is interested in retaining your business.

They…read moreremoved all our carpet upstairs and pulled up the old engineered glued wood downstairs to install luxury vinyl planks (CORETec Pro Plus Enhanced Planks Edinburgh Oak) throughout the whole house. In addition, (and most impressive), they installed hardwood stairs and landings and were able to match the stain to the vinyl floors perfectly! It all came out better than I ever expected. The job was done as promised and on time and the whole team was friendly and efficient at ensuring we were happy. George was amazing at helping with product selection. Joyce's level of communication and friendliness was top notch. Last but definitely not least, Marcus was incredible working on site each day making sure everything was perfect.
