Description Total troubleshooting Electrical $315.00 Tripped breaker- Troubleshooted power issue, I did different ways of troubleshooting, taking off outlets and switches to stop the breaker from tripping. Found out after various tests that it was a Lamp causing the breaker to trip, lamp has a short somewhere inside. Unplugged lamp and set aside in room. Put back all outlets and switches. I had a home on the market that was staged by the team that we were having some trouble selling, I was on the market for a while before I decided to ask around the opinions of different people and ended up finding out the choices I had made were not appropriate for the demographic in the area. I then reached out to the team and though I had a little trouble at first, when Ron found out about the troubles we were having he showed up to my home promptly to meet with my agent and myself to dive into the issues. He respectfully listened and then walked through the house with one of his designers and after taking into careful consideration the issues and pushback we were dealing with in the market he delivered. Ron went above and beyond in changing out pieces and ended up transforming the home, mind you this was after a back surgery that he was still recovering from. The designer was a huge part as well as even when we made the changes, though the house was stunning there were a few pieces that we felt may not click with the demographic in my market. This applies to individual clients only, looking for an interior designer. I'm not sure how they deal with big builders and contractors but they come off as too good to deal with individual clients. I emailed them for a price quote, I have the money to hire them but their overall tone made it seem like they didn't want to deal with me. Seems like other people have experienced this while reaching out to them too based on prior reviews. Business owner says you can't base experience based on first impression but... that's the whole point of business. I give Pacific Staging a 5 Star Rating. First, Pacific Staging has a very good website with outstanding photos of completed jobs. Their website and customer reviews established a degree of credibility. After contacting their office I was impressed that a principal in the company, Regis, immediately scheduled an appointment with Ron, another owner. We met the same day and they provided a quote in less than 24 hours. Second, Regis worked with me to deliver a faster turnaround time than originally promised to get my home to market for summer selling season. They arrived exactly on schedule and finished early. I worked on-site with Noel who was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. I brought cleaning supplies to clean-up after the move. I was presently surprised to see Pacific already had an in-house maintenance person on-site cleaning everything including the floors after the move. Just gave them a quick call to get a quote over the phone and I wasn't even able to understand the gentleman, so I didn't catch his name, and his tone sounded like he wasn't interested in my call. Tried calling today to set up an appointment to meet with an interior designer for my new house. I also noticed on their website that they provide furniture to rent. After reading the good yelp reviews and the pictures of the work they have done, I called to rent furniture until I had my new house just the way I wanted it. Also, my other house is currently being staged using some of my furniture. I want to move into the new house right away so I don't have to deal with potential buyers going in and out. The person I spoke to at Pacific Staging was so snooty and told me they don't take new clients. When I asked about the rental furniture, he asked me where I lived and I said Irvine and he said they don't go to Irvine!!
