I wouldn't recommend them. Couldn't set appropriate customer expectations and wasted a lot of time going back and forth with their office manager who would ask the same questions over and over and then wanted to do a 10 min call to review the same questions we spent a week going back and forth in email about. They staged a home for my clients earlier this year and did an ok job. I personally felt the photos on their website were much better than the actual staging job they did for us (I ended up moving furniture around myself and even had to bring a few items in of my own after they staged to help show the space better)... That being said they no longer do staging and solely do design at this point, so should not be advertised as home stagers. read more

They are open to suggestions and really listen to their clients. There was a huge mound of dirt and trash outside the home that was suppose to be removed before they began staging, but they worked around it and didn't complain about it. I went with someone else that charged me $2,000 which is almost $700 less than what this company wanted. Jami was a pleasure to work with. I am very picky. When I wasn't crazy about a couple items, she went above and beyond to make me happy. She made a special trip back to the warehouse and picked out a couple different pieces of furniture to make me happy. She was staging a condo for me in Costa Mesa. Just keep in mind though that when they give you the pricing, it may not include some of the higher end furniture that you see in the CDM or Bel Air Homes.
