He assured me that everything that was taken out of the condo would be gone through and donated or disposed of accordingly. He had a great vibe on the phone so I gave him the business and it was the best choice. His pricing was very competitive and the fact that they had a larger truck bed is what motivated me to choose them above all the others. Communication with them on the day of the haul out was awesome. They met me at the condo and got right to work. Even though the condo was on the third floor and at times some of the items going out seemed a little bit large for the elevator and stairwell, they had zero complaints. They moved quickly and took much care with everything they brought out. I highly recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed.

My brother-in-law and I spent some time in the toy section and we both actually ended up leaving with some teddy bears. His was only $3, and when he looked it up in the store it was worth up to $70--he was so excited about that find! Overall my personal experience was very pleasant and the customer service I received was great. Most employees seemed friendly and helpful. I did notice a slightly awkward interaction between an older female employee and another customer browsing near the VHS/DVD and jewelry counter. The employee called out "next," which made it seem like she thought the customer was ready to check out. When the customer didn't respond right away, the employee called out louder to get her attention kinda sounded annoyed. The customer looked a little caught off guard and replied that she was just browsing before continuing to look around. It was a bit of an odd moment, but when that same employee ended up checking us out, everything went smoothly and we had no issues. Overall it was a fun thrifting trip and I'd definitely come back again. Next time I want to spend more time exploring the clothing section!
