Nurses and other staff can't even answer basic questions about the status of health, diet, etc. They will say whatever, just to get you to stop asking questions. A loved one stayed here briefly and in that time developed severe bed sores, and they didn't even tell anyone how bad it had gotten. Buzzer was not working, and it took days to fix.
