These thousands of real-live folks---with real-live jobs and real-live friends and real-live interests and real-live problems, too--actually have real-live reasons for loving it. But I completely understand if you are too busy or too simple minded or too cool for school to bother to find out why. On the other hand, if you don't love it, great! This is our first home purchase and the process was quick and easy. For the most part, all inspections came back clean and any issues as a result of the inspection were fixed immediately. Again, this was another reason why we felt confident in the work completed by REIG. We had a beautiful welcome package left at our home when we took possession of the keys, very nice touch. All staged furniture was removed and the property was left in great shape. Here's why I'm not giving 5 stars at this time.. We've been trying to find out which laminate was used through our house. The bedrooms were carpeted and the disconnect looks unpolished. We would love to finish off the house with the same laminate as the common area but REIG is not communicating back to our Realitor. We simply want to know what the flooring is so we can match it. Please read this and get back to me. It should be quick and easy and I'm sure you have the specs on file. Keeping the relationship going after the purchase is important! This is our first purchase but definitely not our last. We would love to look for other REIG properties because we believe in the work your company invests in flips, but the post-communication is leaving a bitter taste in our mouth.

At the onset, everything looked great and I couldn't have been happier. Ever since I have encountered flooding in a semi-subterranean room. My realtor contacted their realtor several times when flooding initially occurred, March 2017. It was initially thought to be resolved. However significant flooding due to rainwater began occurring in October of 2018. Then again around Thanksgiving. After the event over Thanksgiving weekend, I removed the drywall and found a 4 inch diameter hole in the wall at the floor-wall junction. I removed more drywall and found black mold on the backside of the drywall going up the walls. They hired a company to investigate and a report has been submitted. I have yet to be contacted regarding their offer for resolution. I am a naval officer about to deploy and can no longer adequately manage my property due to their continued negligence and failure to communicate a clear plan of action. I do not want to see what happened to me affect any other good hard working citizens of San Diego. Avoid REIG properties at all costs. Thank you.

I did go through and paint several rooms plus I had 4" baseboards installed in several rooms. I also paid attention to the yard adding flowers in the flower boxes and containers of flowers around the yard. As I was trying to close escrow in Idaho at the same time and I was very stressed and cranky. Leah took it in stride especially since she had had a baby right before we listed! The only item that I would have preferred a heads up on before the buyer's inspection was that when one resales a mobile home you need to have the hot water heater strapped in a specific format and you need screens behind the vents in the siding. Other than that if you are looking to buy or sell a mobile home you can't beat Leah Cole @ Cole & Associates!
