The entire studio was dark and I had a bad feeling. Luckily, the door wasn't locked (yet) and I walked in looking for someone for guidance. I then saw a trainer leaving so I yelled across the studio asking if I could start setting up. He looked confused at first, then realized NO ONE informed him or anyone about a party. He mentioned it's not the first time it happened, and something with someone not sending an email. So someone just seriously messed up and forgot about a party. Just WOW. I even asked it weekly prior when I was there to ensure they had everything needed. Every single time they confirmed my booking was there and it was all set. Then the day came and nothing was set up. Had I came a little later and he left, we would have been stranded with no party. However, he saved the day by calling his team and then helped get the activity set up. We started maybe only 15 min later than anticipated because he quickly got everything together and more trainers showed up eventually. Honestly, a venue forgetting an event you book is literally the worst nightmare. I will never book this place again and if you do, call the day of because you just can't be too careful someone forget to do their job. Three star because the trainer saved the day and kids ended up having fun but not worth the full on panic attack.

At first, he was enrolled in the ninja class with Coach Nick. Great-fun class and teacher. Perfect for kids with high energy! Then he asked to be a ninja on the parallel bars so we knew it was time to move him over to boys gymnastics. It has been an amazing experience! Coach Michael has been such a great influence on our son. Not only does he have many years of experience teaching, he is also a very caring person. He is the perfect combination of discipline, hard work, fun and kindness. My son adores his coach and, constantly talks about him at home. That's how big of an impact Coach Michael made on him! He makes him feel very comfortable, confident, and excited about gymnastics. In less than a year, he has become stronger, eager, and determined to learn more. We highly recommend those classes! He follows Covid regulations strictly and sanitizes constantly in between classes and working with individual students. Despite the injury involving her neck, no one contacted us to inform us that an incident had occurred. We only learned about it at pickup around 3:30 PM, when we noticed her neck was significantly swollen and she was in pain. We then took her to the ER, where doctors spent over 7 hours evaluating her to rule out a spinal injury. We did not get home until 3:00 AM. Thankfully, it was not a more serious injury, but the situation could have been much worse. The following day, I met with the facility to understand why we were never notified. The explanations I received were concerning. The front desk staff could not provide a clear account of what happened because different instructors worked the morning and afternoon shifts. It appeared there was little communication or proper handoff between staff members. I was surprised by how disorganized the operation seemed. I was told that staff did not re-evaluate my daughter's condition in the afternoon because she said she was "fine." She is only 6 years old. Children are not always able to accurately assess or communicate the severity of an injury, especially a neck injury. It is the responsibility of trained staff to monitor the situation and notify parents when an injury occurs. When the owner, Danielle, later joined the conversation, she stated that her staff "did exactly what they were supposed to do" and that this had been their protocol for 15 years. She also said they would pay closer attention to my daughter next time. Unfortunately, that completely misses the point. This is not just about my daughter--it is about the safety of every child in their care. Any neck injury should be treated seriously, and parents should be informed immediately. What disappointed me most was not only the lack of communication, but also the lack of accountability. Rather than acknowledging that improvements could be made, management defended a process that failed to notify parents of a potentially serious injury. As a parent, I can no longer trust this facility with my child's safety. I would strongly encourage other parents to carefully consider whether this is the level of communication and care they expect when leaving their children in someone else's supervision.

Also, the instructors ALWAYS look unhappy and have a sullen attitude. They don't make any effort to discipline misbehaving students either. All of the coaches here are fantastic! My daughter really loves coach Malik and coach Madison; they are great with her, ESPECIALLY Madison! Madison is patient, encouraging, understanding and helps my daughter believe in herself. Although my daughter hasn't progressed like many neurotypical kiddos her age, she has made progress her way and I'm very PROUD of her! She is friendly, understanding that 2 year-olds dont always follow direction so patient but encourages them to try something new without being pushy. They set up a course for the kids to do (bars, balance beam, trampoline, rope, somersaults) and it changes every few weeks. They move to different areas of the gym including the foam pit. Our daughter enjoys her time every week and looks forward to going. I will mention for parents doing research and comparing options there is no make up classes available for toddlers, but the price stays the same if there is 5 of your day of the month or 4. I started my daughter at little apples at the age of 3 during the pandemic and my son at the age of 2. I appreciated that I could email or call and ask for a short meeting to discuss any concerns I might have had. For example I was concerned about my son's transition to preschool given he was a "biter" but I was reassured by Ms. Sharon with how the staff would handle these types of situations. My daughter has continued with little apples and has been attending their afterschool enrichment program which includes homework help, learning Mandarin, science, STEM, and art. Fastfoward my daughter is now in 2nd grade and my son is in kindergarten, both attending the afterschool program and loving every moment. The staff go above and beyond and both my children have only positive things to share with me when I ask them about their day.
