Pizza is always hot and delicious, and delivery never lags. Love their cheesy breadsticks but with a lite cook since they tend to get pretty crispy. Also, one time in the online ordering "special instructions" I asked them to "draw something awesome" on our pizza box, and they drew us a unicorn, and it was in fact SUPER awesome! read more

This Pacifica location is our go to spot for pizza in Fresno. We usually order carry out from here 2-3x a month for the past few years and have never had a bad pizza! Customer service has always been very friendly even when we make special requests and the pizzas are consistently hot and fresh when we arrive to pick them up. I love that their crust is soft and thick and the sauce has a great flavor that doesn't compete with the toppings. They offer AWESOME deals which is helpful with a family of 5 :) It;s tough to pick a favorite out of the gourmet pizzas but I think the BBQ Chicken and Pesto Chicken are the winners :) Oh and the ranch is delish too, I'm super picky about ranch and love this spot's. This is consistently the best place for pizza in Fresno, so I'll give it 5 stars. In comparison to the best pizza places I've eaten, it'd be a 4. The crust is thick and bread-like and thinner, but not too thin under the ingredients. The sauce is great - not too sweet and nicely seasoned. Pacifica is my favorite pizza. The crust is my favorite and the wait time for delivery isn't that bad. Prices are a bit higher than me n eds so we usually just end up getting pizza from there but once in a while I have to fight for Pacifica! Aside from the pizza being more expensive, it's like $1 to add chicken to a pizza! We know better than to do that now so. Our large pizza usually ends up being about $13- 14. Pacifica is consistently good. We're from Chicago and have unrealistically high expectations of pizza. Nothing in Fresno hits the mark, but Pacifica is the best of the genre we call "college pizza". Flavor is great, not too greasy, lots of options. read more

When we order pizza, we order Pacifica exclusively and it's been that way for years now. In all of those years, I think there's been one mistake (they sent a Bulldog Special instead of a Classic Combo, OH WELL), delivery is on time or earlier than quoted, and the pizza is consistently good. I have yet to find any "gourmet" style pizza in the Fresno/Clovis area that comes close to as good as Pacifica Pizza. I mean, pesto sauce on one of their specialty pizzas? Sign me up please! It's not exactly the same as the Greek style pizzas I love in San Francisco, but it's as close as it gets. What I love about their crust is that it's not flimsy nor does it have that typical "cheap generic" process taste to it (like Pizza Hut, Round Table Pizza, or Me & Ed's). No matter how many ingredients were topped off onto a pie, not once did a slice flop over when I bit into one (and I ordered our pies as a pic up and it literally came straight out of the oven too. I'm not sure if the other Pacifica Pizza locations are as good. I guess I'll have to try them to find out in the future. read more

I've lived here 9 years now and never noticed this place. Luckily a visitor suggested we get pizza delivered from here because it's delicious! We've enjoyed every pizza we've tried and we've had more than we should. The cheesy garlic bread is good and so are the country ribs. The pizza is ok, ingredients are good and fresh. Issue is, they cannot get orders correct. I have ordered numerous times and there is always something incorrect about the order. It really shouldn't be that hard when the receipt has the correct order on it. I will not be coming back after tonight's screw up. On October 17, 2018 I ordered a pizza. When I brought it home it was burnt. Parts of it were black. I called Pacifica pizza back and asked to speak to manager. He offered my next pizza to be free,took my name and told me he would put up a note about it. I thought that was fair since I didn't want to go back out. On November 7, 2018 I called to order pizza and told them my pizza was supposed to be free and explained. After being on hold on and off for 15 minutes and disconnected 3 times, I was told that I had not ordered a pizza there since May and was not offering the free pizza that I was promised. I have noticed the quality has gone down drastically in the last 3-4 months. Pizzas have either been under cooked or over cooked, through pick and delivery. It's disheartening because I've been a customer for a long time. First time it happened I gave it a pass as "an off pizza" but after a few more trips- it seems like a shift in quality. read more

Ordered a Classic Combo. Received a pepperoni pizza. Not a huge issue but there was a definite lack of concern for the mistake when I called the location. The driver had left and I was told we could get another once they sent the driver to pick it up and deliver the correct one. That doesn't really help when I have hungry customers waiting. I was told it might be another hour. When I asked if there was anything they could do because I didnt get what I ordered, I was told, "Sorry, we only exchange wrong orders on the same day". Horrible Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered a pizza here tonight. I called the store to complaint about the pizza and they alleged that the owner was called and said there is nothing that could be done about the pizza. Also the driver took my sons money gave the pizza and tried to go with the money. my son ask the driver . for the change then he had an attitude and I heard the screen door slam. To much to write. I called the store and asked for their names and the alleged shift supervisor wouldn't give me his name nor the driver. I called the store and the so called driver answered the phone . I had to call the store three times and was but on hold. I told them that I was going to type this review and contacting the BBB and I was still but on hold. Staff was rude and the pizza was terrible. Go to another Pacifica. Later if I can I will post pics of the pizza., Ps We always tip the driver but give the change back and you will be given a tip. bad pizza/bad service. bad telephone communication, order taker did not want to listen to delivery instructions, kept cutting me off. we ordered this pizza before and were happy with it but this time i ordered a vegetarian pizza, there was so little vegetables we couldn't even tell it was vegetarian. it looked like a few vegies fell on top of it on accident. hardly any cheese either, it was barely in the center of the pizza and no cheese on the top half of the slices. i will never order from them again. read more
