I guess this restaurant is newer but the service was pretty awful. Our server took our drink orders but seemed very flustered and checked out. She didn't know how to find or add the drinks to the iPad. We ordered the arancini appetizer at the same time. When the appetizer arrived, we couldn't find anyone for side plates so we ate from the mini board it came on. Then when we ordered our meals, the appetizer was finished but the server didn't remove the empty board. When the entrees came, the pastas were quite mushy and seemed microwaved. My friend had to ask for a box and I didn't want to take any "leftovers" as it wasn't good to begin with. After, I had to ask the hostess for the bill as our server was nowhere to be found again. This was very mediocre. The best part about this place is the bread bar and even then I'd say the bread is not the best/ high quality (e.g they have multigrain/rye) breads ! Their main selling point is the diff flavoured butters for the bread. Their alfredo sauce isn't great either. Overpriced overall honestly. Patio is open! We were the only table outside so i was worried our server would forget about us. But he didnt! Checked on us frequently actually and is very friendly, thank you for that. However, he probably needs more training. I saw the Tuesday tequila special by the door and he said they dont hv specials. Had to run inside and confirm with someone that indeed there is but it starts at 8pm. The iPad he had to take our orders was experiencing issues, so he had to hand write our orders. Somehow all the table surrounding us got their food and our table was still empty. Thank god for unlimited bread bar and good company. I was getting hangry. We were here to celebrate my birthday. He told me i would get my age discount on my bill. He also said they were offering 15% discount if we follow their socials. I inquired if these discounts were stackable and he confidently said YES. Came back my bill said otherwise. Didnt even explain until i inquired. Turns out it was 35% off one item OR 15% off entire bill. so he told me i would get a better deal with 15% off. Came here on a weekday for lunch, wasn't too crowded so you may not need a reservation, but you can make one online easily. One feature that separates this from other Italian restaurants is the unlimited bread station. But this isn't just any bread station, you get to choose from four types of bread and four different spreads, then grill your selection over an open shared grill. We started with the arancini balls, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully moist on the inside. They were an absolute hit! We also tried the Parmigiana Fondant, a cheesy dip served with crispy wonton-like strips. This dip was so versatile it worked wonderfully with the bread from the grill as well. For the main course, I ordered the Mafaldina with truffle butter pasta and added Italian sausage. The truffle flavour was rich and pronounced, making it a standout dish for truffle lovers. Others at the table enjoyed the chicken Parmesan and vegetarian lasagna. With halal, vegetarian, and vegan dishes available, this place is a great choice for groups with diverse dietary restrictions. The desserts were a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal. We tried the tiramisu dolci and the field berry cheesecake dolci, both served in charming glass cups. While they were decent, they didn't quite measure up to the high bar set by the appetizers and entrees. Honestly, you might want to skip dessert and save room for the bread and pasta! Since the summer of last year (2023), I started this practice of exploring a new eatery every weekend and Pacini was on my list of places to try so I went with a friend. The restaurant is spacious and classy and not too far of a drive from my dwelling. Despite the weather being a bit chilly, we sat outside on the patio and were one of two tables initially so it felt very private. Greeted by a lovely server who asked if we had visited before. Given that it was our first time at the restaurant, we learned about their all you can eat bread bar and indulged in it. It's included in your meal when ordering a main dish. The flavoured butters on their bread selection is super tasty, especially the ciabatta. You have the option of grilling it to your liking. Perusing the menu, I spotted lasagna. I was very excited at first because I love lasagna and hardly find one that isn't filled with ground beef. But my excitement waned when I realised the only options were between mushroom or meat and not vegetables. I was hoping there would be a vegetable lasagna available. For an appetizer, Piatto was ordered and what came to the table was not what we were expecting. The look on our faces were enough to get the server's attention lol. She brought the manager over and he shared that there's different charcuterie boards available, which explained the mix up. Anyhow, our replacement was expedited, ensuring everything was to our liking. The charcuterie board arrived with our meals and enhanced the dishes before us. I really enjoyed the whipped cheese and compote. The flavours combined made my tastebuds dance. I ordered the Penne Primavera with mixed vegetables that was both tasty and filling. My friend had the Alle Carni pizza with assorted meats. We laughed at the amount of carbs consumed. Everything was carb rich! Pasta, bread and more bread.. Service was very good. Not my first time at the bread bar but I liked my experience at this Pacini's more. Our server was a delight even with our larger group that stayed for a while chatting. He is the sole reason for the extra star. In anticipation of the carb overload, I ordered the kale salad with lemon main salad ($19) which provided me access to the bread bar. The bread bar was the main star of the show. Pro tip would be to butter BOTH sides of the bread and grill it to a nice crisp. Different areas of the open grill are at different temperatures, so try moving your buttered carb around until you find your perfect spot for charring. Around the table, everyone ordered different items and the general consensus was that the food was okay. Nothing to rave about but the bread bar steals the show. read more

Came here on a Sunday evening for a dinner with the family. The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice, with perfect decor to match the theme of being in Italy. I felt that a lot of attention was paid to the decor however, not enough to the food or service unfortunately. I had wanted to order a vegan pizza as it was stated on the menu that vegan pizza was an option. I was told by the servers that vegan pizza wasn't available as they don't have the items in stock to make it since they just opened (they had been open a month already). Found this to be a pretty strange reason as to why vegan pizza wasn't an option. Meal options were vast however, the items themselves weren't cooked well. The fried calamari came in many little pieces, most of them as crumbs. Arancini balls didn't have any tomato sauce whatsoever, and the Caesar salad didn't have enough dressing on it. I had ordered the chicken dish however, all I received was a tiny piece of chicken, with two or three pieces of vegetables, and almost the entire plate covered in fries with zucchini and onion shavings on top. Very unappetizing and unappealing. The pizzas were close to being burnt, and had a strange doughy taste to them. Service was very slow, had to wait thirty minutes for appetizers to come out. We were told that it was busy however, the restaurant was half empty. Thank goodness for the bread bar, which kept us full while we were waiting for our appetizers. Servers were friendly enough however, didn't go out of their way to make our wait a pleasant one. Overall, very disappointing experience, and surely won't be back. read more

This restaurant is stunning, it looks like something out of Las Vegas. Our server, Jatinder was fantastic. Organized and friendly. The food is bland and very expensive for the portion size. Our server was told by the kitchen that they could not guarantee the pesto was nut free, so he took it away, only for the manager to take it from him (where we could see it all happen), and return it to our table claiming she checked and it was nut free. It was 5 mini Arancini for $19, there's no reason why another could not have been made without the pesto mayo sauce. The arancini was so thick it looked like mashed potato inside instead of rice. The manager herself, killed our experience. You don't take any chance with someone's allergies and your attempt to save a buck was silly given the circumstances. We won't be returning. read more

In town for business, and this location was literally in the parking lot of the hotel that we are staying at. We arrived on Tuesday night around 6:45 PM and were greeted properly and seated. Unfortunately the service past that was incredibly slow. We had a server who came and brought us water about five minutes after we were seated and then came back about 10 minutes later and asked if she can take any drink orders for us. My friend ordered a glass of wine. I opted for nothing. As we continued to chat and catch up, the manager of the location happen to come up next to us and asked us how it was going and said he noticed we were just seated and Just wanted to check in. We informed him at that point in time that we had actually been seated for a while and someone had come and taking a drink order but we hadn't seen that person return for about 10 to 15 minutes. The manager apologized and got somebody to come and assist us at which point we put in the order for the wine again and then opted to put our order in at the same time. I opted to go with the vegetable and goat cheese, risotto, and my friend got the shrimp risotto. I will say the flavor of the risotto was absolutely amazing! Very large portions. I couldn't finish it, but the flavor was amazing the goat cheese with the rich and creaminess of the risotto, blended in with zucchini, red peppers, and other wonderful vegetables Just was a truly wonderful dish to have after traveling all day. My friend devoured his shrimp risotto, and said that it was amazing. The ambience is very nice. It looks a little upscale, but it's still casual enough that you can come and enjoy a nice meal. Truly the only reason I'm only giving at three stars is because the service was quite slow. read more

So I highly recommend you to check out the bread bar! 5/5 I also got their lasagna grandiosa with added meatballs. Overall, although it's super pretty and aesthetically pleasing to look at, I thought the taste was on the bland side and definitely dry as their just wasn't enough sauce to coat all the layers especially because each layer is coated with breadcrumbs. 3/5 There's too many competition out there for pizza. This one was on the thin crust side and once again, on the dry side as well. Nothing special, nothing to rave about. 2.5/5 Also we're not sure if the server was just having a bad day because she forgot to bring us the soup we ordered and forget to refill our water even after we asked twice. read more

Honestly this place could be way way better than it currently is. Visited today for Mother's Day and was very impressed with the set up and the vibe. The appetizers were meh, the drinks were pretty good. Our server kept checking on us every 10 minutes which was awesome. But our main dishes took 45 min to come to the table. The food was meh, it definitely needed some work. The manager came to check on us, we told him we re very unimpressed with the time it's taking to get our food. His comment was "it shouldn't take more than 20 min". After checking the kitchen, he stated it's been 40+ min. His comments then were "it's not a pizza pizza the only thing I can offer you is an apology". Honestly we weren't expecting much but the responses were very irritating. Me and my husband took my mom to Pacini for lunch. The bread bar was great! 4 options for butters and 4 different types of bread, rye, raisin, foccacia and plain sandwich bread. The sandwich bread could have been replaced by a flatbread or something else less basic. My husband and mom had the baked cod on ceaser salad. They both said the fish was flavourful and flaky. The salad didn't seem to stop. It was super fresh. The pizza was good but needed a balsamic drizzle or something as it was a bit dry. The dessert was ok. Wouldn't get it again. But I'll go for the ambience and the bread bar. I want to try their pastas. Definatly great for a date night. Everyone was super nice!!! read more

I had the absolute misfortune of serving supervisor Nathan, and bartender Bobby at my place of work. Their visit started positively; they were happy, gracious, and enjoying themselves. I even overheard one of them say our wings were "the best he has ever had." However, when it came time for last call, they declined any additional drinks. About five minutes later, I brought them their bill, at which point Nathan requested shots of Jäger. I informed them that I couldn't serve any more alcohol due to last call. While Nathan appeared upset, he ultimately accepted this. They tipped generously and left in good spirits, although Nathan continued to insist on another shot. As he continued to persist on receiving more shots, his co-worker apologized for his behaviour. After closing, I noticed that Nathan had left a negative review, claiming our bartender had been rude and that they received poor service from them. This was surprising, as the bartender had not been in contact with them, and I had been the only one serving them. It was clear that Nathan's motive for the review was that he was upset about not receiving more alcohol after last call. After leaving my shift, I saw Nathan and asked him why he wrote the review. He began yelling at me, insisting he could do "whatever the f*** he wants" and "because we didn't serve them more alcohol" . Bobby intervened, confirming that I had called last call for them. When I asked Nathan why he lied, he responded, "because I can lie about whatever the f*** I want." I expressed my confusion, as I felt that I had given him great service, to which he yelled back "I f***ing know that, does your tip not reflect that?" Being more confused, asked again why he left a bad review. He repeated himself by saying "because I can do whatever the f*** I want, you didn't give me more alcohol, f*** you!" As he continued to shout, I felt his behaviour was increasingly disrespectful. When I stepped out of my car to address the situation, Nathan got right in my face and continued yelling that he "doesn't care and he can do whatever he wants", along with other extremely disrespectful choice words. As a woman, having an aggressive man approach this close was worrisome. I asked him several times to back away from me, which he would not, and continued yelling in my face. His belligerent attitude was unacceptable. He then filed a false police report, claiming that I was the aggressor, when it was clear to all witnesses that he was aggressive from the start. All of this behaviour over a false review, that he himself admitted to lying about because we wouldn't serve him after last call. It's concerning to see someone who behaves this way towards women in a supervisory role. This raises serious questions about the hiring practices at Pacini's. I would urge any women dining there to be aware of this behaviour, as he appears overly comfortable treating them inappropriately. read more

This is Mississauga's newest Italian restaurant and they have an amazing unlimited bread bar with a grill that you heat up yourself which was super neat and haven't seen before. The service was 15/10 - amazing staff who were super helpful and hospitable. The restaurant is very open and clean for sure. Where the marks get docked unfortunately is the food - there were any standouts and the flavours were hitting hard. The food was okay and not the best I've had, it's hard because I really wanted to love this place because of the staff. read more

I'm a classically trained chef. I have the gift of visiting many different locales... That said...this place is a literal gem. It's a bit of a surprise upon entry...many unexpected attractions. Is it clean? It's spotless...Robert Irvine would get emotional. Is the service good? Nope...it's exceptional...from moment of entry to menu suggestions and quiet attentiveness. The food? Good gracious...I can't order my top five in one sitting, so I selected the Italian Crusted Cod with a medium bodied Chardonnay. I may get emotional... I haven't posted in a while but this disaster brought me back. Not Italian. Not even edible food. It's frozen thawed food. The sauce is gross and way to sweet. My little froZen meatballs were will cold in the middle. The pizza is not pizza. It's frozen flatbread with disgusting sauce on top. I do not recommend this place. If anything I recommend a food court or gas station sushi it's way better than this place. read more
