My mom and dad had a U-Haul broken down and they show up to this place (closest uhaul dealer) and lady refused to help or offer any assistance at all, and was extremely rude to my mother who simply asked to use the restroom because her U-Haul had broken down. The lady kept saying no public restroom only for customers. My mom kept telling her that she is a customer and that she cannot take her car anywhere to use the restroom because the tire had blown. Lady kept refusing to help. Lady did not offer any assistance. Did not try to call anyone for our family and didn't even have the heart to let my mom use the restroom who was a U-Haul customer. Very disappointed I do not recommend a place to anybody. You should let this lady go. I will also be reporting her to corporate U-Haul.

The fees and rules kept changing, in their favor, making me pay more. I finally had enough and in late 2021 called to ask if I could buy my tank (so I could ditch them). I was told yes, but I would get a call back with the price. I never got a call. In Feb 2022, I finally got a hold of a person who said I could buy my tank, gave me a price, and completed my purchase. I signed a document online, paid, and was told I would get the bill off sale back with an AmeriGas signature once it was approved. It would be my proof that the tank was mine. Months went by and despite my calls, I could not get them to send me a signed bill of sale. Some time in summer 2022, I just gave up calling. Fast forward to August, 2023, and what appears in my inbox? it was my bill of sale with an AmeriGas signature! It only took 18 months. I am SO glad to be done with AmeriGas.

They never came so I have called back 5 times plus sent emails and everytime they say the same thing. They will expedite which has done nothing. Today the guys tells me the plant that supplies me was impacted by the storm and is down propane which is why I'm not getting my delivery... I don't care, they take my money every month and are supposed to deliver. Bring in propane from your other offices.. I am dangerously low and I need it now... someone respond and do something already!!!

When I told her my tracking number and what I was seeing on the web site she copped an attitude saying "well i show on my end it was rerouted" in a very rude and condescending manner. I said again that that is not what i am showing on the website. June then repeated herself in a manner that was again exhibiting a bad attitude. I then told her she had a piss poor attitude she then said "what?!" i told her again that she had a piis poor attitude then she started to get belligerent to when i responded " thank you have a bad weekend!" I would not have got shitty whit her if she had just maintained a professional and polite tone of voice. June needs some more training in customer service relations.
