It's a great small family-owned place for some Mexican food. I got carne asada fries and it hit the spot. The portion was huge! I'd say it's pretty filling for 2 people. Got my food to go and it was in and out of the spot in about 5 minutes. If I were to be in this area again, there's a good chance I'd stop by here and get some fries. read more

Mistakenly went here instead of El Tapatio due to poor signage. The cashier didn't seem too happy to be there. Ordered the cheese enchiladas which came filled with shredded cheese that wasn't even cooked. Also ordered the nachos. Food was cold. Everything tasted bland. Restaurant was totally empty. Horrible food. Please find some other Mexican restaurant nearby. They served us over cooked chicken fajitas. Chips and pico had absolutely zero flavor. We went in around 11am and their salsa bar was empty. Take a look, they open at 7am. When asked about hot salsa, they handed over a packet of hot sauce. To make it all worse, they did not switch on the AC until I asked because the entire place was filled with oil smell & smoke from the kitchen. What a waste of money & time. read more

Very delicious, I ordered the Beef chimichanga combo and it came out in the next 5 minutes. Big portions for how much its costs. ($8) food is always on point, other than that they could improve on there cutlery. Its too flimsy, a more sturdy fork and knife would help me cut through my chimichanga. read more

Sure hope I have the right place here. It's a small fast food non-chain family taco place that is absolutely fabulous. Best Mexican food in town. Would it be the best Mexican food in any other town? Probably not. But it shines compared to your other options in little tourist trap Page. It's "fast casual" in set-up, but think Taco Star, not Chipotle. Don't waste your time dealing with a rude host and horrible service at Fiesta Mexicana, or undercooked chicken fajitas with no tortillas at La Tapatio. Eat a chile relleno or breakfast burrito the size of a baby here. Pick your own seat. Their salsas are amazing and they have those pickled carrots and huge bowls of posole. Got in late to Page and we were tired and hungry, we were looking for something quick to eat and saw this place had a drive thru and thought let's give this place a try! So glad we did because this place has really good carne asada fries!! My husband got the beef taco plate and he said they were delicious as well! First - we did not actually eat here. We arrived and went inside, with every intention of getting dinner, but we were so put off by the condition of the restaurant and kitchen that we immediately turned around to leave. The place was very dirty. The kitchen was messy and disorganized - several staff members were not wearing gloves or hairnets while preparing food. There were only two other people in the restaurant lobby and they looked like they had been waiting for a long time. I also thought this was El Tapatio. I ordered the #2 which was two cheese enchiladas and a tostada. I got one cold cheese enchiladas (cold shredded cheddar in the middle of a flour tortilla) and a tostada. The sauce was good and there was a lot of food, but it wasn't the best food ever. Thought I was walking into El Tapitos, which is next door. Was surprised when I went to sit down and eat my food and found that they're actually next door. I got a beef taco and enchilada. Sooooo good. Enchilada sauce was excellent. Taco meat was cooked to perfection. Chips with poco were hot when they came out and salted just right. We had a carnitas burrito and the carne asada fries and they were delicious! Fries were super crispy, which We love. Burrito had high quality carnitas and guacamole with onion and cilantro. Tortilla tasted homemade. Big thumbs up! read more

This was the best Mexican restaurant in the world . Much better than El tapatio . Even tho it's only 3.5 starts the it really is undervalued

So we actually ended up here by accident because it is located exactly next to El Tapatio and we failed to see the name of the establishment upon entering. We had already ordered once we figured it out and decided to give it a try. It was OK. It wasn't the worst Mexican food that I've had, but certainly not the best. Despite the other reviews saying that they got sick from this place, my boyfriend and I did not experience that at all. It was food and it was edible, although a tad overpriced. It also seemed to us that the green chile pork was shockingly close to the green chile pork that we get from Sam's Club. The best part of this place was their rice. Their rice was surprisingly great!! All in all, it did what it was supposed to do, which is fed us. read more

This place was like a Robertos or Alberto's. The food was just ok and the place wasn't kept. We had a difficult time eating with so many flies. Bathrooms were also dirty. The only good thing about this place was the reasonable prices. read more

Came here and had breakfast burritos and this place exceeded my expectations. The burrito was HUGE and it was super tasty. I didn't even finish it and saved it for later! Loved that it was open early too, because all of the other Mexican places seemed to not be open at 9 AM, but this place was and glad we stopped here before doing Page Az/lake Powell Adventures. read more
