Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. Oscar was very responsive via text. the staffs were all very helpful throughout the process. I would have given them 5-stars if I didn't have to be so nervous the last 2 days worrying they wouldn't make it.

I called Mike's and got a text from Ann within a day. She was patient and friendly and answered all my questions. She also asked me plenty of questions to narrow down exactly what I wanted and gave me options with prices, including advice since I was considering buying the fabric myself. I put it off for a few weeks and then at the last minute wanted to get it done a week before July 4th so we could host friends for a bbq. I texted her back and they (Ann and Tina) were incredibly kind and fit me into their tight schedule. They gave me a clear timeline and estimate, and were upfront about any additional costs that might come up. In my case, I wanted to reuse the foam and ended up paying a little extra to redo the dakron (buffer foam) but they gave me a heads up so I was prepared. I had one bench and four cushions redone. There was piping, zippers, and straps. And they were in pretty bad condition when I dropped them off. It was finished on time and it came out looking brand new! It looks so good. I'm so happy we went with them. The price they gave us was great and the workmanship was excellent. Tina even took time to meet me when I picked up the cushions to walk me through the work they did. I'm very pleased with the positive experience I had, especially with the hiccups I had with just finding a shop. We'll absolutely be using them again when we redo the rest of the chairs. The interior had so much dust and fuzz everywhere, wish he could have at least vacuum his mess. I had to clean off his dirty hand prints from the new headliner. I took my 2017 Mercedes Cabriolet for replacing the cables and reinfoce plate for the cables. After sending him a couple videos and talking back and showing him the frayed cables and the plate he came up with a plan on how he would do it. He said could do it and when he gets a chance. This had been months so we were patient since he had the confidence in doing the repair. He said to bring the car in on Friday night (assumed he would work on it when it cooled down) whenever he gets a chance. He calls later that night asking how to lower the top my husband explains it to him. He then calls Monday and says he was not going to do it. I dont understand why it took 4 days to let us know he wouldn't be able to do it. Only reason was so he can use ir for a weekend cruise. I dont trust him. Better off taking your car somewhere else. Not worth the job he does.
