While changing the worst tire I put a call into The Dalles Les Schwab to see if they had four trailer tires in stock and could install when I got there. I gave the size and was quoted a price and then told them to expect us shortly. We made 20 miles drive with no issues. Checked in at the desk and they got us in the queue. Not even 90 minutes later we were back on the road with 4 new tires mounted and balanced with brand new metal valve stems and heading home. I waited for about 30 minutes and the boys had it ready to go. They called me up to the counter and to my surprise they told me I didn't owe them anything. I asked why there was no charge and assured them I had not purchased the tires from Les Schwab's. I was told it was there way of trying to get my business in the future. Allegedly they adjusted it again. After that it was still pulling to the right. Even rotated the tires between their checks as requested. Finally today took it to Les Schwab and they gave us a print out showing it was off and showing it was corrected. Driving nice now. Will not be going back to Buntings.
