Master's Kitchen and Bath were the last company we spoke with, and I am glad we did. Having an older home leads to a lot of questions and uncertainty. All of the concerns and what if's (which lead to a lot of added unforeseen expenses) were addressed with clarity, confidence, and the reassurance we were looking for. From the first consultation, design process, and throughout the remodel, we felt we made the right decision to hire Master's. Working with everyone at Master's Kitchen and Bath was a great experience. The project manager listened to our vision, and he was able to come up with a clear plan on how to make it happen. The designer was very in tune with our style preferences and provided us with a lot of great options, a lot of which we had never considered. The entire crew that do everything from demo, electrical, plumbing, and installation were absolutely amazing. True craftsman who take pride in every detail. I initially agreed to choose THI for my project due to the good reviews online and recommendation from my designer who thought it would be easier to have THI be my contractor since I was already ordering cabinets and tiles from them. My initial consultation with the owner, Aaron Glenn, was great. He seemed to understand the entire scope of the project but ultimately fell short at time of contract signing. There were significant discrepancies, and I felt like I was gaslit on multiple occasions. This company subcontracts almost all of its work which resulted in major inconsistent quality and communication issues. Major delays occurred due to incorrect supply orders and measurements, and the company (Aaron) showed absolutely no willingness to offer apologies, sympathies or compensation for these setbacks. The most concerning aspect was his unprofessional and unethical behavior regarding a final punch list of incomplete tasks and a remaining balance of $2000 of a total $138,000 project. He demanded payment onsite without providing an updated invoice and even threatened to dismantle my kitchen if immediate payment was not made via credit card. He was assured multiple times that payment would be sent after final work was assessed by my designer, just as I have been doing for the $135,000 of work previously completed but he refused to leave my home. I ultimately filed a police report and am still contemplating legal action as he has threatened to put liens on my property. Based on these experiences, I would NOT recommend Total Home Improvement, LLC. If you decide to still pursue this company, make sure you get everything from the owner in writing during your initial consultation. It is critical you have him sign a delay of work contract (clause dealing with delay in performance) and a waiver of lien so he cannot threaten you as he has done with me. If he refuses, that is a red flag, and you should reconsider this company. Good luck on your renovation project and God speed!

I had home projects and money ready to spend with this business but…read moreapparently they don't need it and would rather ghost their customers than communicate professionally. 2 months ago I requested a home quote, they responded immediately and I had a project manager at my house with 2 days. She came over and took measurements and we discussed the projects I wanted completed. She was in my house for 1.5 hours! I sent her follow up emails with multiple pictures and design ideas I wanted to incorporate. She said she would follow up within 2 weeks. Now, 2 months later- nothing. I have sent follow up emails to the PM, called the PMs cell phone as well as the main business number leaving voicemails. No return calls or emails. Even a short message saying they are too busy to take on new projects would have been well received. Why even come over to my house to NOT give me a quote or follow up with me again?? Will not be working with this company or recommending them to anyone.
