We hired Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel both of our bathrooms. We did a complete overhaul of our primary bath with a tub to shower conversion and more of a cosmetic upgrade in our hall bath. Overall, it was a great experience. The project was done ahead of schedule and within our budget with no surprises. I would absolutely recommend Prestige for remodeling projects. Everyone we worked with - the designers at Prestige, their partners in plumbing supply and lighting and the contractors assigned to our project were fantastic. Our bathrooms are smaller spaces and we were not only seeking to upgrade the look but also maximize the space. As we do not have a sense of design, we were looking for help in showing us what our bathrooms could look like and Prestige delivered. We first met with the designers, Alex and Lindsay who came into our home and asked us a lot of questions about our style and design preferences. They were both very warm, answered all of our questions and took their time to explain the process. We felt very comfortable with both of them as they really listened to us and our concerns. Next, we went to their showroom and after seeing all of their options in flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. we knew we wanted to move forward working with them. They provided detailed renderings of what the spaces would look like, which is what we were looking for. The renderings reflected beautiful design choices as well as improved functionality. Alex ended up taking the lead on the project and was great to work with throughout. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was always readily available. Alex gave us a realistic time frame as well as what to expect during construction. We were set up with Peter and his crew for construction and everyone on his team was so friendly and courteous. They always arrived each day when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a couple of hiccups where choices we picked out ended up being discontinued but Alex came up with solutions that worked well. The quality of the tiling in the shower conversion, pony wall and flooring is top of the line. The design choices maximized our spaces and the process itself was not really stressful to us. Tarps down, sweeping up debris, moving furniture etc. The only recommendation we have is that the cabinet vendor supply Prestige Kitchen and Bath with samples that truly represent the cherry wood cabinets accurately. The samples we saw in the show room had no imperfections but many came with imperfections. The cabinet vendor described this as "normal" pitch pockets However the sample we saw was perfect, with no pitch pockets. Our sincere appreciation to Ron and his team. Vesper Master Bathroom Review Before you do what we did (got FIVE quotes) ... just go with Prestige Kitchen and Bath. I'm serious! Do not waste your time. Just call them (847-348-0066) now, ask for Lindsay, and know that you have made the correct choice. Not only was their 1st visit and quote the most thorough...they had the best price! We met with Lindsay at their new and awesome showroom where she showed us her plan using super realistic software that allowed us to really "see" what our new bathroom would look like. We only had a small (8X6) nook (pics below) in our bedroom to use, but, but Lindsay made it look like a spa. We loved the design and loved Lindsay! We were in! After picking out our flooring, countertops, shower tiles, and bath/lighting fixtures...the work started. All of the guys that worked on the project were phenomenal. They were ALWAYS working! We have heard so many terrible stories of contractors showing up late, going missing for days, and just not doing their job, but the Prestige guys are the dream. They tarp everything off to minimize the dust and clean up thoroughly after each day of work. We trusted them with all of the decisions, but when they weren't sure, they made a point to talk with us about anything major before they continued. It really felt like a team effort, but of course, they did all of the work! And the work was, and is, SO good! They were so good, we asked if they would redo the flooring in our downstairs bathroom and mudroom...and of course...they did...and it was perfect, too. We knew the new bathroom was going to be a major financial investment, but we could NOT be happier with the result. My wife and I recently had two of our bathrooms remodeled by Prestige Kitchen & Bath. We have an old house that comes with it's set of problems just by the nature of it. Prestige was so helpful in helping us understand what we could in our bathrooms. We borrowed some space from one room and another and moved other things around. I am so grateful for how helpful they were with the design and the suggestions we got with the materials. I had no idea that our bathrooms could look like this. It is by far the best looking area of our house. We are now making plans to do our kitchen and first floor. Fernando, Julian, Ivan & Bill were a dream to work with. We were in a bad way with the state of what our bathrooms looked like before we started. The demo is what it is, but we were prepared for that. They did everything the right way and went the extra mile. There are things that we thought could be done from watching so many of the shows on HG TV that we realized later would entail a lot more than we thought. I am so pleased with the Amish cabinetry that we got as well. It is well worth the extra money. If you can get that, absolutely do it! The backsplash tile that our designer picked out for us is so beautiful. We didn't even think we could do that and we absolutely LOVE IT! Ron Smith even came by to check on the job himself since it was a "bigger" project and he said that he wanted to make sure that everything was going okay. He really made us feel like family. Before we made a decision of who to hire we consulted with friends, we visited 5 showrooms, and we had 3 companies come to the house, show us their designs, and give us an estimated cost. We decided on Prestige Kitchen & Bath because Lindsay Dingmann, one of their design specialists, had the best designs, and we felt she was committed to giving us a final product we would be excited about. With the use of 3-dimensional software, we were able to better visualize what the bathrooms would look like based on the products we selected as well as changes we wanted to make. Designs can be impressive but can they be implemented and what about the workmanship of the crews? Jakub and his crew (demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tiling) were on time, courteous, cleaned up each day, and took pride in their work. Throughout the project Lindsay came by to check on the progress and made sure we were completely satisfied. Any last minute changes were accommodated. Although we started with just the guest bathroom to be remodeled, we ended up having Prestige Kitchen & Bath also remodel our master bathroom and powder room. To say we LOVE our three new bathrooms is an understatement! This home improvement project truly has made our house a home that we plan to stay in for years to come. I remodeled my kitchen with Prestige Kitchen & Bath and couldn't be happier! The entire process was amazing! I worked one on one with a professional designer, Lindsay, who was able to give me amazing ideas to add more space to my small and cramped kitchen. They came up with an entire idea of adding more cabinets on one wall and shortening my existing peninsula- completely transforming the area. Something I would have never thought of on my own. Once we had decided on a primary layout, I was able to come into their amazing showroom and decide on what cabinets I would like to complete my space. I chose white shaker cabinets as I love the look and know it is classic, and would help me in resale if I should ever choose to sell my condo. Ron and his team were extremely easy to work with and very helpful in deciding what countertop and backsplash I should use to complete my kitchen "bling." We LOVED working with Prestige! I found them on line and by driving past their showroom. I was a little concerned about working with them because I hadn't heard of anyone in my neighborhood using them. We looked at 4 different options for remodeling our Master Bath and chose Prestige. Everyone at Prestige was a pleasure to work with. Alex was the first person we met and was so good at listening to what we wanted to do. We used Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel 2 full bathrooms, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Everything was completed with quality and in less time than what they estimated in their proposal (it helped that all materials were in stock and delivered before construction began). Lindsay did a great job of helping my husband and I blend our sometimes conflicting opinions into a design for each bathroom that we both were really happy with. When we had a specific tile request for one bathroom that wasn't in their show room, Lindsay jumped in and helped us search other vendors to find a perfect fit for the design. The crew that did the renovation, Julian and Esteban, were both very friendly and polite and knew what they were doing. Both bathrooms were completely gutted, and one bathroom required moving the plumbing to a different wall. They left the work area very clean and contained each day to minimize disruption to our lives. Julian was very patient and accommodating with my requests, and he was able to solve some unexpected challenges without adding cost. It was on time, on budget, and turned out exactly as designed (maybe even better). It wasn't cheap, but also not the most expensive quote we got. She was patient, informative and very quick to respond and assist with any questions or concerns we had. Jakub, our Project Manager, was so easy to work with. Being impressed with Lindsay, as our designer/lead, and the rest of the Prestige crew is saying the least. They did an outstanding job all around, and any change/addition we asked for was met with a "no problem" ( not "well that will cost you..). For the incredible quality of work they did, we felt money was well spent - with no surprises. We can't say enough about how much we love our new bathroom. Lindsay did an incredible job figuring out what we wanted even when we were over-whelmed with all the choices. We loved her ability to make changes to the design so rapidly. Lindsay was an exceptional helpful in making recommendations on items we decided to order on our own (lights, mirrors, etc). They gave us a budget for all the plumbing fixture and sent us to this great company with just way too many options to choose from (they were so helpful too). Not everything well smoothly, there were a couple of bumps in the road, But they were met head on with an attitude of "what will make you happy" and that's exactly what they did. This is our third remodel with Ron and Prestige. In the past he remodeled two bathrooms for us and since it was a good experience we called Ron to remodel our kitchen. Ron and Lindsey came out and listened to our ideas. After that we met them at the showroom and Lindsey showed us her ideas. I could not believe that she could come up with a design that changed our entire kitchen for the better. The stove and frig. were moved to different locations (that we never could imagine). They listened to everything we wanted and worked it into the design. We have received so many positive comments from everyone that comes into our house. The workers always arrived at the time they said that they would. When they left for the day they broom cleaned to our satisfaction. The job was completed ahead of schedule. Prestige Kitchen and Bath remodeled my bathroom last year and I'm finally getting around to writing about my experience. I have to say I am impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of service I was provided. Alex was my designer and knocked it out of the ballpark. He helped with the design and helped me pick out the cabinetry, tiles and granite top. The showroom has a great selection to choose from and it's daunting with all the possibilities to choose from. He made it easy and I'm very happy with our selections. Julian and his crew worked on it daily for 2.5 weeks. We had a couple of days where we had to wait for parts but for the most part, it was a smooth process. It's amazing that they have crews for different jobs like a plumber, electrician, the tile people. Etc. But they all work out the schedule so it's quite efficient. I love my new kitchen that Alesia helped me design.  My home was built in the 60's and needed a facelift.  Alecia and her team were easy to work with.  She provided drawings to help me envision my dream kitchen.  Julian was the contractor, and his crew worked together so there was always work being done.  Between the electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiles, and flooring, the huge renovation wasn't as painful as some have described.  Alesia communicated with me and I felt comfortable throughout the process.  The end result was better than I imagined.  The tile work is perfect, the cabinets are pristine and they cleaned after themselves daily.  Yes, it was super dusty, but they shielded the rest of the house and let me keep some of my appliances plugged in.  They're definitely customer-focused.  Love my new kitchen.  I couldn't be happier. read more

Worked with Linda to design and complete a kitchen and bath renovation in my 2 bedroom apartment. Linda was energetic, full of good ideas and helped us handle with ease the many many details that have to be dealt with. The results were truly outstanding ! Foreman Jakub handled the crew and the job. The crews were professional and Jakub brought a positive approach and attitude all the way from demolition through final details and cleanup. He made everything right and followed through on his commitments. This is a pretty large undertaking and to get all the way through this with 100% satisfaction is not an easy thing to do. We had Prestige Kitchen & Bath completely remodel our dated first floor bathroom. We wanted to make the bathroom as ADA compliant as we could in a small space. They removed our pink bathtub, replaced the entire sub-floor and really gutted the room. They replaced the tub with a beautiful walk-in shower with built-in seating, installed a touchless faucet and wall-hung sink and a modern toilet. The new bathroom has multiple grab bars, new electrical and water and drain lines along with a powerful lighted exhaust fan. We are very happy with the results. Both Ron and Julien worked with us and consulted with us regarding our unique wants and needs. Julien impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism, craftsmanship and attention to detail. We hired Megan and Prestige for our master bathroom remodel, and we honestly couldn't be happier. From the beginning, she was friendly, easy to talk to, and really listened to what we wanted in the space. She helped us completely reconfigure the space. Everything turned out beautiful. The big shower niche is one of our favorite parts! It holds all our stuff and looks great. And our vanity has a drawer with an outlet built in, which we didn't even know we needed but now love for our toothbrushes. Megan kept us in the loop the whole time and made sure things stayed on track. It felt like she really cared about our project. We love how the space turned out and would 100% work with her again.
