I was disappointed to read some of the poor reviews for Padron Flooring, as my experience has been completely different. I have been working with them for over 15 years and have never had an issue with tile orders, quality, or service. One of the reasons I continue to go back is the incredible selection. Their showroom has a wide variety of beautiful, quality tile, and I appreciate having that level of choice right here in Palm Beach without having to drive to Miami. For me, Padron has consistently been a reliable and convenient place to find great tile. I have also always had a positive experience with their staff. The Padron family has been friendly and welcoming over the years, even recognizing me and engaging with me after long periods between visits. Sue and Lisette have been there for over 19 years, which says a lot. You do not keep long-term staff like that unless people are being treated well. If you don't find what you need, you probably don't want tile. We had a slight issue with the tile we chose for our home. This place is HUGGGE. I mean it keeps going and they have a back area too with huge displays of flooring on the walls for you to choose. You can walk in but to be helped with suggestions, questions, you should get an appointment. We got one the same day and Mayelexis was incredibly helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. I told her I needed time to go through the showroom for the 2nd and then 3rd time and really look with my little blue cabinet sample and she gave us space and time but was not far if we needed something. Amazing people and amazing selections! The most choices of porcelain wood tiles I have seen! They are nicely organized too. You or your contractor can do curbside pickup with allocated spots for this and ample parking otherwise. You can get samples for $10 a piece which they refund you if you bring it back (even if you don't want flooring anymore). The masks are pretty much non existent but a very few customers had it. We had ours with no issue. Anyways just a head's up if you are not comfortable with this. read more

We came here looking for tile. At first we wandered around as they were quite busy. We did see two possibilities -- one that I was very interested in. I was supposed to get a quote via email -- which I never got. And once I had received the quote, I would have then had to go back into the store to leave a deposit or pay in full. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. Their products are extremely overpriced, I found the same tile brand in Miami for 40% less. The sales people are rude oof you happen to change your mind, also do not give a deposit unless you are 100% sure you want that exact item as they will charge you a restock even if you never pick up the item. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Don't be fooled by the luxurious showroom. The experience is ANYTHING but luxurious. We recently tried to do business with Padron Flooring to purchase flooring for our home. They provided us with their recommended installer, Excell Tile, to support with the installation. After several appointments both at their showroom, as well as appts with their installer, we landed on a tile we liked. In order to confirm if the tile was the correct size, we had the installer take measurements at our house on two separate visits & he confirmed he was in constant communication with the our sales associate from Padron Flooring, Mayelexis. When they confirmed it was the "correct size", Mayelexis informed us that the tile we liked was not in stock in the showroom & it was on a ship coming sometime in July to the United States but made sure to tell us that if we, "wanted to be safe, to put a 50% deposit down to secure it." Meanwhile in the background, we had 2 independent licensed installers come to our home to take measurements in order to do our due diligence & ensure that stair fabrication was done correctly. It was shortly after placing the deposit that both 3rd party installers confirmed that the SIZE of the tile was wrong & measurements were done incorrectly. Both licensed installers sent us in writing that the tile Padron had ordered for us is absolutely not correct & would not be able to be installed.(I have the documents if anyone wants to see) Upon hearing this my husband & I immediately called Padron Flooring & requested a refund due to the wrong size tile being purchased at the confirmation of both their preferred installer & the sales associate Mayelexis. They refused to put me on the phone with the manager for weeks of trying to call (i have call logs for whoever is interested in proof). The sales people make every excuse in the book not to speak with us, as you see in multiple other bad reviews written by customers on Google, Angies List, Facebook, Yelp, ect...The store staff ignored our requests to speak with the manager; only until I had the credit card company intervene to issue a credit. Padron Flooring is still holding onto my 20% of the total order amount even though the wrong tile was confirmed, the products are not in the showroom (they are in transit on a ship), and we did not receive ANY of the goods. This is an outright money-grabbing scam establishment !!! When I tried to handle the issue with the manager Alissa Padron directly, she refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and simply told me "too bad - we're keeping 20% for the cancellation." She even went as far as laughing in my husbands face on the phone, insinuating he's angry (well yes, we're angry because you're a scam artist), and saying she doesn't care nor' want our business. Is this someone who should be in business? Maybe you need to run some customer service workshops with your staff and set a good example so you can regain the trust of your Palm Beach County customers. Again, the cancellation was done as a reaction to an ERROR on their end (wrong size tile ordered and confirmed for measurements and the tile is not even in stock). This place should and will be investigated for scamming and fraud and I want every dollar of my money back in the amount of $2,156.80. I have recorded phone calls of the sales people & the manager Alissa Padron herself, call logs, screenshots of all our texts & emails, etc. to prove they scam & fraud. I'm more than happy to provide & make public for all to know the type of crooks that work in this business. Anyone who is hesitant about Padron, feel free to email me privately & I have no problem saving you your hard earned money from these low integrity people.Also, we know your reputation is that the minute anyone posts the truth or any negative press about their experience with Padron, you're quick to jump on here and respond as if the customer is lying or making things up. Very unethical family owned business. They took an order from us, sent an invoice which needed adjustments. First, they acknowledged the wrong item which I had to catch and needed to remove tax. When they resent the invoice, they sent it back with the pricing another $7/sf more and it wasn't discovered until our accounting team paid the higher price. We immediately asked them to notice their error and refund us the difference and we are now being ignored by the owner (Marta Padron) and sales (Alissa Padron). Apparently, they are just keeping the overpayment. Stunned. read more

They have nice tile, displayed nicely. They are more expensive than elsewhere. They will recommend that you tile your entire bathroom from floor to ceiling (hey, they want to sell more tile). Be careful of that. My salesperson was very helpful. I had leftover tile and tried to return it. They refused to take it because it was over 30 days, and was not in the original "box". They would not even give me partial credit, and would not even take it back without any credit (as I did not want it). Probably they were justified in their position, but I did not feel they were trying to help me. The 30-day requirement seems somewhat strict since one needs to order tile in advance to ensure that it is ready, complete the project, and then return the tile ... which could reasonably take 5 or 6 weeks. When you order tile, you must order by the box, and when you return you must return complete boxes. Not totally unreasonable, but not in the customer's best interest. Consider that they do offer (sell) sample tiles, so when convenient for THEM, they can split a box. If you need "one more tile" just order a sample rather than a complete box (IF they allow you!). Bottom line: "Buyer beware." read more

Great selection, very bad at measuring and figuring materials. They don't take accountability in there overage. Had a leftover 25 bags of thinest @ $27 a bag and 14 - 3X3 tiles @ $6 a square ft. So that is over $1400 that you have to eat or pay 20% for handling with you bringing it back. read more

Beware of Padron Flooring: Deceptive Sales Tactics and Dismissive Management! My recent experience with Padron Flooring was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by deceitful sales practices and an utter lack of accountability from the managerial team. Not only did they fail to provide the correct product as promised, but they also prolonged my renovation timeline with their incompetence. The trouble began when the salesperson at Padron Flooring blatantly lied about the style of floor we had chosen. Despite providing clear specifications and selecting a specific style during the consultation, we were shocked to find that the flooring that was provided was entirely different from what we had agreed upon. When we raised this concern with the salesperson, they had the audacity to deny ever discussing that particular style with us, as if we would simply forget our own choice. Upon escalating the issue to the manager, we were met with further disappointment. Rather than acknowledging the misrepresentation and offering a reasonable solution, the manager nonchalantly brushed off our concerns and proposed a measly refund of $150 as compensation. This token gesture was insulting, considering the extent of the inconvenience and frustration caused by Padron Flooring's negligence. To add insult to injury, the resolution offered by the manager only served to exacerbate the situation. Not only we had to return the wrong floors, but the delay caused by Padron Flooring's incompetence resulted in our renovation taking three days longer than anticipated. This not only disrupted our schedule but also incurred additional expenses and inconveniences. In summary, Padron Flooring's unethical sales tactics and dismissive attitude towards customer concerns make them a company to avoid at all costs. Their lack of integrity and accountability prolonged our renovation process unnecessarily. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Padron Flooring unless you're willing to risk being deceived and disregarded. Their reply is all lies! Do not believe anything they are saying! Since I wanted the exact color and style of tile that I had been installing I wasn't able to accept Mr. Padron's GENEROSITY but as for myself if I ever have any future FLOORING NEEDS I will most definitely be spending my money at Padron Flooring!! After my experience with the owner--Mr. Robert Padron--I certainly want to stress that if anyone is either shopping or in need of any type of flooring then they should most definitely give the PADRON family and staff a consideration for your flooring needs!! Despite the pandemic they had great inventory and everything I needed was readily available. But while the company is terrific, my sales rep Lisette really is what makes Padron shine for me. I was referred by a friends because of her customer service focus and I've referred several others already for the same reason. Go to Padron. But ask for Lisette Thomas. She's amazing. She has great ideas, listens to you as a customer and helps you achieve the aesthetic you're striving for, while keeping your budget in mind. She spent a great deal of time with me going through ideas, options, color schemes. You name it. She always had patience and made me feel as if I was her only customer. (Even when her next customer was clearly waiting in the wings!) In every situation she went above and beyond to get the job done for me. She was Uber responsive at every step of my 2 year project, including working with another contractor to release tile for me when my tile contractor became available ahead of schedule, and offering to meet me in Miami on a weekend with extra tile because our project went over. She's just the best! And Padron has the best selection of porcelain tile I've found after searching dozens of stores on the southern coast of Florida! read more

Was referred to this supplier. The sales person was respectful and helped finalize a choice by picking a clearance item. Due to construction delays and my GC not being fully ready, I didn't pick up for 2 months. Apparently they like to charge people $100 a week for storage after 30 days. The sales rep and the cashier never advised me and I didn't read the full disclosure attached. No one ever called to remind me, so they could intentionally collect fees. I asked the sales rep Jorge Galaska for at least a discounted rate but no budge. I would have paid something,but my total in fees is nearly double what I paid for the tiles. Make sure you read fine print. Wouldn't recommend this company. Hopefully, if the company is as respectful as yelp indicates, the manager will assist in refunding me at least half. I'll edit this review if this happens to at least show a company that cares about customer service. read more

After visiting 3 tile stores trying to pick out tile for a new shower, we were totally stressed......Padron tile was recommended to us and the minute we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place . Designer/sales person Danny approached us and walked us through the different tiles and accents that were beautifully displayed throughout their spacious store. Danny was so patient, as we had so many questions and changed our minds a few times however after about 1 1/2 hrs we made our decision. As you can see I have been here numerous times. I wish I had found this place sooner. The showroom is absolutely beautiful. Lots of samples already installed so you could get a feel of what your wall tile will look like once installed. So many bathroom variations. You will definitely find one you love. Their floor tiles are installed so that you could see several of the same already on floor. You could see tile installed before deciding. I enjoyed looking around. It is an easy shopping experience and The staff makes you feel so comfortable. No pressure buying as the product sells itself. As for the staff. I had to wait to write review as I wanted to be sure it was not a one time thing. Everyone in this place is amazing. The sales girls and guys go way beyond the scope of work to please and help you make decisions by showing you all the possible variations of grout and tile. The outside guys are extremely helpful. Shopping experience was wonderful. They load your car or truck. You lift nothing!! So easy, so friendly and the price is right. I walked in and a lady popped up, dressed in gym clothes asking if I have been here before, I said no. Then she asked me how did I hear about them all the while she did not approach me in a friendly or professional manner. I told her I was on my lunch break and just want to look around and by her facial reaction I could tell she didn't like my response. Nice products here but most do not have prices so you are obligated to talk with a salesman which is time consuming. Overall my experience is that this is not very customer oriented, I don't enjoy shopping in this format. Just post your prices for the customers! We had to match original tiles for a repair job in our home. This place had the closest match, so we spoke with a sales person. She was friendly and pleasant, and told us to buy 1 extra box of tiles "just in case". She further stated anything we didn't use could be returned. After the tiles were installed, we had 1 extra, unopened box of tiles left over. We contacted Padron and they told us they do not take returns of tiles. We are now stuck with a box of tiles we'll never use. Lesson learned - Floor & Decor, Lowes, etc. may not have the selection this place has, but they ARE willing to work with the customer. When we begin our kitchen renovation, we will NOT be making the trip to Padron. read more

Combing South Florida for the right supplier for gutting out home - from Doral to Palm Beach County - large chains and small family run retailers, we thought we had found the right tile. Our contractor insisted he bringing us to Padron. This opened up a wonderful experience. The selection and pricing (value/quality) are at the top. The problem - who can commit when there is so many beautiful options to choose from? When you have knowledgeable caring people there (Sue, Marta- the Owner), they truly help you with the vision. We are currently in the middle of the project (2000 sq ft porcelain tile flooring, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen) so you'd think somewhere along the line we'd find something to complain about- but so far (knock on wood) so good ! Nice tile, on expensive side, poor service. They botched up order several times. Transposed numbers incorrectly, twice even. First trip was supposedly to get all our order, only part, warehouse guy said part was "special order" but we never told that. Went inside to address this issue and was then told they had 400 sheets of it, "input error" was the culprit (and it would happen again sadly). So got all the heavy slabs home only to find that part of the order (2 types of slabs) wasn't what we wanted and ultimately found out they had switched some numbers around when they put their order in their system. So back it went and each time mins you their error resulted in increased costs cause what we wanted was more than what they thought we ordered (their mistaken input) we are still trying to get what we wanted! So, they don't mind inconveniencing the customer, even if they cause the issue. Frustrating to say the least... maybe they will make it right and I can update this review. The products are very nice but I'm thinking other places have this stuff (or similar) as well with way less headache. read more
