Padrones used to be great! The last few times we've ordered, the food wasn't right. We mostly order subs, and my daughter orders pasta. The subs have barely any cheese, so I order extra cheese. Tonight, my fiance's spicy Italian sub had no dressing and only 3, yes 3, banana peppers and was overcooked. The salad we ordered came with no fork and only half the dressing we ordered. Luckily we have forks at home, but what if this was my lunch order and we don't have utensils at work. Every time we've called we've gotten a credit, we use the credit and hope the next time it'll be right. Now tonight, the "manager" was rude as hell! If you keep getting the same complaints, wouldn't you think you need to change how the job is done. Stop with excuses and change the service. read more

This is one of those "you'll love it if you're from around here" places and many of the area restaurants are like that. If you're not from around here, it is a decent pizza and maybe one of the better choices, but don't expect it be a great pizza. On our third take out order, there was a long strand of hair in my salad three bites in. I threw it away and had to make myself dinner while I watched the fam eat pizza. I called to notify them and wasn't wanting or expecting anything as I had already decided I wouldn't risk such a long drive for us to have hair in our food again. The female manager offered to replace the salad and I politely said no thank you and then she offered a credit. I was hesitant, but I said sure anyways. Flash forward to about a month or so later and I happend to be in the area and remembered the credit. When I asked how much I had in credit, I was told four dollars.....which the salad with the hair was 6.25. What is the point of giving a customer a credit if you're going to only give them a partial credit? That is your opportunity to retain a customer. Hair in the food happens, but I'm sure to leave a review now for poor customer service. It wasn't like I ordered an all meat large pizza and demanded a full refund. I wasn't wanting one, but if you're going to offer, do it right. read more

We eat at Padrone's every time we're in Defiance, as we have done for years. The pizza is actually very, very good. We've not tried subs or anything, the service in the restaurant is always friendly, the only thing we'd change is having the restroom cleaned more thoroughly. read more

padrones needs to pay more attention to customer orders. the last two times I ordered carryout, it was done wrong. the last time i ordered a blt. what i got was a "b" without the "l" and the "t". the time before that i ordered a grilled chick sub. We order from Padrone's occasionally, not for "great" food, but because they deliver out to where we live. The pizza is terrible, the subs are decent, but small and never, ever ask for cheese fries. Tonight we ordered our usual 3 subs, I should have known something was wrong when I said mayonnaise and the guy asked is mayo okay? They usually take about 45 minutes so after an hour and 15 I called to make sure everything was ok. I was told my order was on its way and should be here in 5-10 minutes. Waited another 35 minutes and nothing, so I called again. After being on hold for over 5 minutes I am told my ticket slipped under the keyboard and they never got my order for 2 subs. Wait...2 subs...never got my order...how is that possible, you said its on its way!!!! So, order was wrong and never submitted, they did offer to deliver our subs for free, but its already 8pm and we were starving so we said no at this point we do not want anything from Padrones ever again. read more
