This was my first time eating here. The Service was great. The waitress was very attentive to our larger group of 7. Decent drink menu. The mozzarella cheese appetizer was good. I had the filet steak and it was not good. It was probably the worst filet I've ever had. They tried to load it with mushrooms and onions to give it flavor. But the meat wasn't good. My mom and step dad come here often so they decided to bring us along on Saturday. The place doesn't look very inviting, understood we were on the bar side... I didn't get a good glimpse of the restaurant side but I think they could add a little light/color to the bar side for sure. The music was really really loud on bar side for a quiet evening, bar crowd wasn't even in yet. Just a quaint evening dinner crowd. The location is a little odd, would have never had known it was there if it weren't for my mom. HOWEVER, the food was really really good. We started with an order of fresh mozz sticks and I was so surprised to see 2 very large sticks laid atop a bed of marinara sauce. I was expecting your typical freezer cheese sticks but these seemed to be handmade and really really amazing. The salad and bread came out next and I really enjoyed the house dressing. I ordered Polla Alla Primo's for my main course, the description was kind of vague. It came breaded and with a side of pasta, I had ordered it because I was trying really hard to not eat a million carbs and had thought this was unbreaded chicken without pasta, but it wasn't. Regardless, I said screw it and ate it and it was amazing. My boyfriend ordered pizza and I had a few bites and really enjoyed it, and my mom had prime rib which looked perfectly cooked and amazing and she really enjoyed it. Really needs to do something about ventilation or something because it always has an unpleasant smell. And it's not fancy. I to go here on date-night with my fiancé. The bar atmosphere is excellent. Jared the bar tender is great! He works super hard at making sure we have everything we need in a timely manner. The food is delicious, authentic Italian. My friends say they love the pizza, although I've never ordered that yet. I like to shoot some pool there, enjoy some beverages, get a great meal with awesome service and on Fridays and Saturdays, listen and dance to the music of all genres. I gave this 5 stars because when we go to Stefano's, we need not go anywhere else for the night. It's everything I like all under one roof! read more

The place opened at 4pm, we were the first customers of the day. The floor hadn't been vacuumed from the previous day, the chair was dirty, the silverware was dirty and my wine glass had a lip print on it. I complained to Stefano the owner about the filth his reply was thank you. I will never return again. Gross!!! read more

You would never guess that they served delicious food by looking at the building. However, once you are in and seated, the service is fast and friendly. The food is delicious! We began with an order of fried mozzarella and it was perfect. Golden brown and laying on a bed of warm marinara. And then she brought the bread. Soft, buttery and garlic loveliness. The salads are good, dressing was more delicious than expected. I ordered the chicken piccata, and it was flavorful and satisfying. Love chose chicken Alfredo with mushrooms and was pleasantly surprised. I wish they had a stronger dessert menu, but there was nothing to complain about. read more

Came here with my boyfriend for a date night. The food was not very good, nothing was fresh. When we got here we waited about 15 minutes for our waiter to get our orders for our drinks. The server forgot to bring out salads and bread and the salad was so gross! My boyfriend ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs tasted like dog food. We told the waiter that something was wrong with the meatballs and he said that they were imported from Detroit. We will not be coming back! read more

My husband and I loved this place. Would rave about it. We took our friends for her birthday and I was so disappointed. It took over an hour to get out food. My salmon was so salty. I'm not sure why this isn't rated yet. I live here in town and we like to eat here. The owner does a great job of giving the customer authentic Italian food. There are two sides: the bar side and restaurant side. I like eating on the bar side because the dining room is kind of 1980's cheesy decorated. It's sometimes too bright (all natural light). The food here is outstanding. The pasta is all good...whatever you choose. The pizza is fantastic. The crust is really good and they make it from scratch. They have an appetizer of fried mozzarella that is our favorite.the house dinner salad has homemade house dressing that is good. If you don't like black olives you will want to tell them no olives. It's just olives and shredded mozzarella cheese with the dressing. The meals are served with really good crusty garlic bread. I think their prices are reasonable. It looks a bit sketchy on the outside since it's in an old grocery store but don't let that hold you back. read more
