We had booked Barons Catering for my son's wedding and paid for the services in full a month in advance, feeling confident in our choice. However, to our shock and dismay, we discovered the night before our wedding that they would not be showing up. An email sent to my daughter-in-law that went to spam was discovered after many attempts that week to reach out and ensure things were still good. (It's notable to say that ALL communication till that point was with me, the mother, and I did NOT receive an email). So clearly, he was hoping this would be missed. Despite our numerous attempts to reach out via phone, we received no response. This lack of communication and professionalism left us scrambling for last-minute alternatives on what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of their lives. Lucky for us, Rosa's, a local fast food place, jumped in with hours to spare on a 100-person wedding!!!!!!!! The failure to honor our agreement and the complete disregard for our situation is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Barons Catering for their event to think twice. We were left disappointed and stressed, and I hope that no one else has to go through such an experience.
