Never again. I've had their lasagne before and it was awesome. Tonight, it's full of hot sausage (I'm allergic to those spices) that wasn't there before. The meatballs are also beyond spicy. Ron said it was always that way, which simply isn't true. I can't recommend a place that treats customers so awful. read more

One of my daughters favorite places to get pizza. People are always nice, service is good, and did a mention the pizza is great.

The sauce is good, the dough is great but recently everything is covered with canned garlic and it's awful. Everything tastes and smells like it. It's too strong, doesn't cook down and that's all you can taste......all night long. On top of pizza? Please NO. You're ruining your otherwise delicious pies....... read more

Nice, casual pizza shop on the main drag in Ridgway. Great prices and big portions. I stopped here with my aunt and sister and we had a small white pizza and a small hawaiian mexico pizza (pineapple and jalapeños). Pizza was good, a nice thin crust. Everything is served on paper plates. There were only a few other tables in the restaurant and we waited about 35 minutes for our pizzas. read more

We stopped here after a 3 hour drive to get some food in us. When we arrived their happened to be a large group (20+) whom just ordered and were seated. We thought for sure we would be waiting an eternity to get our order. We received our pizza within 15 mins, which the cook brought right to our table in the box! My wife and I stopped by there this evening We ordered a medium pizza, it was the size of most large pizzas. The service was good, employees very friendly, and the price was very reasonable for what we ordered. The crust was hand made and very good. If you like Paesano Pizza go to the one in Brockway pa. The one in Ridgway, their dough is doughy, very little toppings. I ordered a steak Stromboli and the said they don't make them. They Make calzones. I have worked in the pizza business for over 20 years. Many different shops. I know how to cook everything and variations of pizza. Like Stromboli's and Calzones. I got my steak Stromboli and it had pizza sauce in it. I have never had one with so little toppings and sauce in it. It was the worst Stromboli I have ever had. They told us they don't have Stromboli's but the call it a Calzone. And they said a Stromboli is thee same as a Calzone. Poor workers which means poor leadership. Never going there again. Cheerful, well kept, clean dining room and a pleasant staff go a long way when combined with better than average pizza. The regional preference for goey undercooked pizza better eaten with a spoon than a properly folded slice is unavoidable, but if you ask for light cheese and the pie well done or even crisped, it will be as close to a NYC experience as you will find in the area. Thought I'd try them again since every place has bad night, and come to find out it's the same. My 2 stars dropped to one. The wait time is not even close to reality. 40 min is def not 1 1/2 hrs! The food there is great, they just NEED to get it together. Don't tell me a certain time when you know you can't do it. Tell me an hour or so, I'll be fine w it. Pretty darn good! Nice, thin crust pizzas, foldable! ;) They have a couple arcade games in the back, so your kids can go amuse themselves while you wait on your pie. They also have some pasta dishes, but I think the most memorable part of non-pizza entrees is the awesome bread they serve with it. Inexpensive, roomy, good for groups, families, etc. The staff is all really nice, too. And they deliver- what more could you want? read more

3 stars for cleanliness and pleasant staff. Wish service was better, though; we were the only ones there for lunch and we watched the staff stand around for more than 15 minutes after taking our orders before they started working on our orders. The pizza was good, the steak subs were just OK. Unfortunately, the chicken parmigiana sub was awful. Had to pull away large amounts of bread to find any of the cheese or unseasoned chicken "cubes" which were obviously pre-cooked out of a bag and not reheated all the way through. I stopped eating a few bites in, after biting into something hard - ewww! I usually like to give a place a second chance before saying "never again", so here's hoping the other menu items live up to better reviews. read more
