The food was way BETTER than expected and I would recommend this establishment! Updating this to mention that my wife and I went back today (I've been there in the interim) with four others and we all loved it. I mentioned that the young waiter was fantastic in my prior review and inquired about him and learned that he is just starting his second year in college. Our waitress Diana was excellent and extremely personable. We all enjoyed speaking with her. She took everyone's order without writing anything down and we were worried but she performed flawlessly. I got for the third straight time Penne Rustico and it was delicious once again. My wife got salmon this time and it was delicious as well. My brother-in-law loved his seafood over pasta. One sister-in-law liked her pasta Primavera. Another brother-in-law loved his meatballs with pasta. And my other sister-in-law liked her plain pasta with sauce. Great place! read more

First off when entering the restaurant you are greeted immediately and seated. Restaurant is very clean and entire staff is busy. The pizza was very good with the right amount of cheese and pepperoni. Wings were a change being breaded but were very good and large. It was so lightly fried and served with a delicious Marinara. My wife had Chicken Parmigiana dinner with Penne and I had the Eggplant Parmigiana with Angel Hair Pasta. Perfection. My husband, girlfriend, and I stopped here for lunch after visiting Jamestown and all the Lucy attractions. We had friendly and knowledgeable service. They have an extensive menu to choose from. While we were ordering I learned that they do not offer lunch portions nor lunch portion pricing on weekends. I went with the chicken cacciatore, my husband had the white pizza-personal 10 inch size and my girlfriend had the veal Parmesan. Your meal comes with a choice of pasta and salad or vegetable. The salads were the usual, lettuce with tomato, cucumber, sliced olives and got a blue cheese dressing. I did inquire about bread for our table and learned that they don't serve bread. Instead I ended up ordering garlic knots for the three of us to share. I must say I really enjoyed the garlic knots! You can make a meal out of those alone. When we got our food I was blown away by the portion sizes. Both my husband and girlfriend were very pleased with their meals. My girlfriend said it was one of the better veal parmesans she had in a long time. I found my chicken okay but lacking in chicken pieces. It did have the vegetables and now and then would find chicken but for the most part I felt like I was eating angel hair with marinara sauce. The place has an Italian atmosphere but they were playing classic tunes like "singing in the rain" that to me just didn't fit the mood. I enjoyed the music however. Note when you go to pay your check they do attach a credit card surcharge on it. This surcharge is also listed on their doors as you come in. All in all we had a decent meal here and it was good to get away from the hustle and bustle of events happening during our visit to Jamestown. Arrived about 04:30pm and was seated immediately. We got our drink order in about 30 seconds after being seated and I ordered garlic knots. They have 6 or 12 and I ordered 12. Big mistake lol cause they are huge for knots. They came in about 10 minutes and were absolutely fantastic. I ordered chicken alla nonna with angel hair noodles and a garden salad. My wife ordered chicken parmigiana with Alfredo and a ceasar salad. It tookabout 15-20 minutes. The Alfredo is good but major buttery. The chicken parmigiana was amazing with the crust being crisp but the inside moist and tender. The chicken alla nonna was surprisingly good as I always order the stuff that seems less likely to be good. The portion sizes are absolutely nuts, and I'm not a tiny guy. Even with all that the best part by far was the workers, which were friendly and very attentive. Probably the best service I've had in years. Seated promptly, waitress was really nice, and knowledgeable about the menu. They have their own ovens not only to make pizza, but also foccaccia, Italian bread, etc. We stopped here for lunch at 12:00 Saturday (after discovering that Allen Street Diner had closed at 11:00 a.m. and the Hidden, Exclusive Home of Philly Cheesesteak was closed for no apparent reason). Everything we tried was fresh and delicious -- Italian wedding soup, the mozzarella "carroza" and a great chicken sandwich on foccaccia. The prices were also reasonable. The best thing about this place was the waiter. He had awesome patience with my unhappy husband. I'd say the portions are big but it's mid Italian food. Meatballs were ok. But I feel like there should've been bread at the table for an Italian place. Also more meat on some of the dishes would've been ok and cheese on the house salad.
